Staff, pool area

Bathroom, tiny and flooded everytime we showered, lack of choice on menu, would mot recommend half board. Light from outside front door lite up whole room during the night. Had to buy some cardboard and tape to block out the light.

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja około 8 min od plaży i chwilkę od centrum miasteczka. Pokoje przestronne z balkonem, ręczniki, lodówka na wyposażeniu . Fajny basen, choć woda zimna.

W pokojach było czuć stęchliznę, łazienki z małym cieknącym brodzikiem, śniadanie bardzo skromne-jedna pozycja z krótkiego menu do wyboru np omlet czy jogurt , brak wędlin,sera warzyw i owoców.. Obiadokolacja:starter lub sałata oraz danie główne, napoje dodatkowo płatne.

Una struttura molto bella, situata nel cuore di Kavos, un posto che consiglierei a gruppi di ragazzi per potersi divertire di sera nei tantissimi locali che si possono trovare a pochi minuti di camminata dalla struttura. Noi abbiamo fatto un viaggio di coppia e devo dire che non è stato niente male in quanto è possibile trovare anche tanti locali e ristoranti dove potersi godere una cena di coppia e fare delle belle passeggiate. La struttura dista a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia del posto (molto semplice e carina) e a circa 20 minuti da alcune spiagge molto caratteristiche della costa Sud di Corfu (Marathias, Gardeno e Agios Gordios). Chi non preferisce il mare può pur sempre passare la sua giornata in piscina. Le stanze sono semplice e carine, il personale della reception e al bar (che sono aperti 24h) sono top, gentili e accoglienti e anche molto simpatici. La reception è sempre a disposizione per aiutarvi su qualsiasi cosa, per il rent di un mezzo per spostarvi, posti che potete visitare o per prenotare un’escursione. È stato un soggiorno tanto tanto piacevole!

L’unica pecca è stata la pulizia. Purtroppo il servizio di pulizia delle camere (e il cambio delle tovaglie del bagno) avviene ogni 3 giorni. L’unica cosa che facevano ogni giorno era mettere a posto i letti.

Central location in Kavos.

Reception staff are extremely rude. We had no air conditioning our first night, it was unbearably hot and staff were not kind in resolving the issue. The bathroom drain kept overflowing when you showered bringing up dirty water onto the floor. Room service never replaced the bed linen or towels for our 4 night stay, only emptied the bins and barely cleaned the floors. We got many bites in that room so not surprised if there was bed bugs. Umbrellas at the pool can’t move so it’s hard to relax in the shade.

The staff were lovely and helpful and it’s a 2 minute walk from the strip and about 10 min walk to the main beach. There’s another lush beach about 30 min walk but it’s worth the walk. The pool is nice
