We loved the apartment and the location: great ocean views, people and car watching from the patio at all times of the day, and quick access to a great beach. The air condition was a must during the summer heat. Was impressed at how the windows cut out all the noise and once the shutters were closed on the bedrooms one left the noisy world outside for a peaceful sleep. The host was a pleasure to with and accommodating to our late day arrival. We would definitely stay again.

This apartment is amazing. Overlooking the beach, beautifully decorated. Well equipped. The garage is very small and the entrance is difficult to get in and out but we parked in the carpark across the road €10 for 24 hours so very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Just back from 11 nights in this apartment. Have stayed in Juan several times and this apartment has the best view yet. Good size apartment with 2 decent sized bedrooms. Nice living space with well equipped kitchen. Perhaps could have more plates to save washing all the time but otherwise had everything we needed. Downside is that it is noisy with the road to front and side but when windows were closed it blocked most out and we like having lots to look out at. The club along from the flat is noisy and not sure what it would be like in high season as it was only open a few nights we were there but we just used earplugs. Overall we loved the flat and hopefully will be back. We also managed to get transfers organised through the owners and that was really great.

Best accommodation we stayed in during our 2 week holiday in France. Very modern, well equipped kitchen and very clean and homely. Best part is the balcony overlooking the beach (beach towel, chair, parasol provided if you want to spend time on beach). Antibes is 30 min walk away or 12 Euro taxi. Downsides to be aware of - one of the nights there was really loud music from a nearby beach party until after 3am, the ac in one of the room has a really loud intermittent buzz every 3 mins which kept us awake and the shower doesn’t drain fast enough meaning you need to keep turning it off every few minutes to avoid flooding the place (v annoying). The balcony and proximity to the beach is the main draw of this place. Would return in the future.

We really enjoyed our time at Julia’s condo at Le Lido in Juan Les Pins. The condo is clean, modern and roomy. The view over the Mediterranean is just beautiful. We loved seeing all the luxury yachts in the bay. Guillaume was very kind and communication with him was easy. We would highly recommend the condo for those looking for a Mediterranean beach experience. The beach right in front is one of the rare sandy beaches in the area. Other than poor weather which no one has control over.. and perhaps less dining choices than other places, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 3 months and had a wonderful time. The apartment is located right on the beach with a corner location which provides for a panoramic view throughout the living room, kitchen and dining area. Great sunrises and sunsets.

Gorgeous spacious apartment with the most stunning views across the French Riviera. Well equipped with everything you would need from kitchen equipment to beach towels. Contact with the host & property manager was excellent both were very responsive answering any questions. Check in was very easy huge thanks to the property manager for offering to collect us from Nice airport. The apartment is very close to some lovely restaurants & supermarkets are also only a 2 min walk away. We hired the electric bikes which was a great way to visit the local area including cap de Antibes. A couple of points for consideration - The train line runs behind the apartment with the station about a ten minute walk away excellent proximity to local transport links. Whilst the road outside the apartment is very busy & a bit noisy it makes for great entertainment & people watching. The only other bit of feedback I would give is the wooden balcony chairs & beach chairs when we went to use them they were broken. Should these be updated the apartment has everything you need & more. We certainly enjoyed our French experience & would certainly recommend this apartment to others.

I was so unbelievably please with this rental. The location is fantastic, the apartment is super comfortable and has everything you need, including all the little conveniences like - plenty of hangers, plenty of outlets, all those little things that make a stay even more pleasant. The house manager Guillaume was so nice and welcoming. The hospitality was great - they had water and wine for us upon arrival. Those little touches are so appreciated. The apartment smelled so good when we arrived. The views are awesome. Beds are super comfortable. Just loved it. The only thing that was complicated if you are not a very confident driver is the very very tight parking spot, so if you rent here, make sure to get the tiniest car you can. There's a learning curve but by the end of our trip the garage was no longer intimidating.
