Posizione fantastica, vicinissima al centro, vicinissima alla spiaggia e su un bel parco verde con tanti giochi per i bambini. Appartamento di fascino così come promesso dal nome dato dal proprietario. Quest'ultimo è stato davvero molto ospitale, gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. L'appartamento è perfettamente attrezzato, non manca nulla.

Tutto benissimo. Solo un consiglio: potrebbero essere comodi letti singoli invece di matrimoniali nella seconda stanza in modo da essere più flessibili e indipendenti. Ovviamente essendo in centro non c'è parcheggio libero proprio vicino, ci vuole una passeggiata. A pagamento si trova facilmente sotto casa in bassa stagione a 20€ al giorno.

Beautiful old ligurian building

Terrible noise in bedroom no 1. Room needs some cleaning. Almost impossible to park your car. Full everywhere. Be careful, even close to train station, there is a cleaning day once in a week. Different day on different locations. Fee is 20€

Great communication with the host. Excellent recommendations on how to spend your free time. Apartment is huge and in a good location. Kitchen with coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, glasses, plates, cutlery - ready to use. Train to Cinque terre, Genoa, Positano is 7 minutes from appartment. Beach 3 minute. Bars, shops ... 1 minute.

The owner really cares for all things and is a nice guy, very easy going. The location is quite good, just some minutes by foot to reach the pedestrian area and the beach. Next restaurants, ice cream parlor and beach is 2 minutes walk only. The beach is typically for Italians, separated in several public and private areas, sun equipment is with costs (lounger and ambrella each around (5)...8 Euros / (half a) day; so for a family these additional cost will summarize a lot...). The appartment itself is located in an old palazzo at the frist floor. So if you like this old style and atmosphere is a really good advice to step over. The appartment is big sized; no problem to live there with 5 persons (2x2 and 1x1 bedrooms). 2 further persons (7 in total) could sleep on the couch in the living room. But I guess the bath room will finally limit a relaxed stay to 5 persons recommended. Living room and kitchens dimensions are generous, equipment is fine and sufficient. At night it could be some loud due to the streets noise, especially on the weekend and main season. But that's the price for being located close to the center and attractions. So I won't tell this a negative aspect. But who has a sensitive sleep may be bothered by that.

Public free parking space is limited within the city. So if you can: go there by train.
