This was the best experience. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly want. Impeccably maintained house and property. I would give ten stars if I could.

This home was so clean & had every convenience we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. Great accommodations!

My husband, son, and I attended a wedding in nearby Sandwich, so we spent two nights at the "Weeks Pond Charmer." It really was charming - my only complaint was that we needed more time to enjoy the area. The house was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and a perfect size for the three of us. We also appreciated the pond and outdoor space as well as the quiet neighborhood (that said, we were there after Labor Day - a quieter time on the Cape in general).

Perfect size for a family of four- nice, modern, and clean with everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy basement for winding down at end of night, plenty of board games, and sunset over pond in backyard great way to end the day. Great location between Falmouth and Hyannis and close to mashpee commons with great shops and restaurants

Need some painting done and some light switches didn’t work. Master bathroom need tiles to be redone in shower and the main bathroom sink leaked. The kitchen table was very sticky seems like it was spray painted. Over all it was nice and close to the pond. Would stay again

We came with our family of 6 and it was PERFECT! Very clean, plenty of supplies down to the hand soap and other toiletries, all settled in a cute neighborhood. Beach is right down the street and we absolutely loved our stay here. HIGHLY recommend this rental. It will not disappoint!!

We had a wonderful stay at the house! My family celebrated Thanksgiving together in such a comfortable house. We would recommend this home to others and hope to come back in the summer.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to get away for our anniversary. This home fit the bill perfectly. Very clean and nice view of the lake. The bed was very comfortable.

This was a lovely small home. The kitchen was great. The backyard overlooked a lake. The property is well maintained. The only issues I had were: 1. When there were questions, we spoke to the property manager and they NEVER responded with the answers. 2. We did not know where the lockbox was but we were able to use the code so we didn't need a key. 3. One bathroom faucet had a terrible leak. I had to wrap towels around it so that anything on the counter would not get drenched. 4. The oven was not clean when I got there (I had to run it through self cleaning). However, despite the above, the home was absolutely lovely and clean (except noted above). I enjoyed the grounds and the firepit. I would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay was very nice property and convenient. Only problem we had was washer machine wouldn’t spin out so had to wring out the clothes then put them in the dryer. One bathroom ran out of toilet paper and the master bathroom door handle fell off several times. Hall bathroom faucet leaked . Otherwise great stay and would stay there again.

Great place to spend time with family.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood with only a few houses. Walk to small pond beach or drive 20 min to a nice shore beach. Looks exactly as shown with a nice fenced in yard. Would recommend for anyone and especially families

The house was in a good central location, about 20 minutes ride to the places we visited. It was comfortable for our family of five, clean and well equipped.

After a long travel day from Boston, we loved landing in this clean, spacious, well appointed home conveniently located 15 minutes from Falmouth.

The stay was more then we could have asked for! The house had plenty of space for everyone and had a bonus room downstairs. We had access to the lake and the backyard and fire pit was a plus! The house and area were beautiful. Would recommend staying here, wish we had a longer stay.

We are a family of five who had a great stay here. It was clean, quiet and cozy. The only thing we thought needed attention was the comfort of the beds- all were very firm and noisy when you moved, but everything else in this lovely home was just right!

Wonderful place to vacation with my high schools sons!

The house is located on a quiet culdesac with a gorgeous view of the pond and pond access. The decor is very Cape-like with a lot of areas to hang out (the outdoor yard is very large, 2 living rooms and a downstairs basement with an entertainment section). It's a 15-20mins drive to the actual coastline but there are plenty of things to do in the area and the neighbouring town of Mashpee. Vacasa itself was responsive to our questions if we needed anything (only asked how to turn the ac on) and check in/check out was quick and painless.

What a wonderful place for us to stay for the week!!! The two teenagers loved the bonus room downstairs. The lake view is awesome and it was so quite and peaceful!!! Would highly recommend!

Very nice clean house, comfortable sectional in the finished basement, big tv, gas grill on the patio, and a fire pit. The only thing missing was a real coffee maker.

We stayed here just before Memorial Day and were fortunate with the weather. Our boys (8 and 6) loved the yard, which was fenced in, and the access to the pond. There are steps going down a fairly steep hill to the water. It’s not on a beach, but the boys played around in the water and “built rafts” with the drift wood. There is a really nice lake beach within a five minute walk that we went to several times. The water there was perfect for them. Shallow, very nice sand, and clean water. The house was lovely and nicely renovated throughout. We made good use of the grill and fire pit. The house shares the street with only one or two other homes, it’s very private. My wife and I watched the sun go down from the west facing back yard looking out over the pond. It was very pretty. Highly recommended.
