Our family of 6 adults 2 young children and an infant spent a week at this home that included everything we could think of. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the home itself was stocked with anything we needed. It was such a fun and relaxing place to come back to after enjoying the sights of Colorado Springs. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful week with family in the exquisitely appointed home. We had everything you could need to enjoy cooking inside and outside, pool and hot tub were perfect for all adults and kids. There was plenty of bathroom amenities, pool and room towels were more than adequate. The home is beautifully furnished with plenty of toys and games for children of all ages. We really enjoyed the pool table, outdoor yard games and puzzles. Linne , the owner, was quick to respond to all questions and gave us great suggestions for near by activities and for other needs. We would highly recommend this home for your family to make memories.

We had a blast here! We take a trip every year with 19 people (5 families) and this was one of our favorite places. Our host was VERY accommodating and responsive to anything we needed. The kids loved the pool, pool table and hot tub. The kitchen was a great setup for many adults cooking and eating. The beds were SUPER comfortable! The location was really good. Easy drive into Manitou Spings. I'd highly recommend this place!

We have a our family Thanksgiving at this VRBO which fit our needs perfectly. The house is set up for families with young children - lots of toys, books, games, foos ball table, pool table, outdoor pool & hot tub. There was something for everyone. In addition, the kitchen is a dream with everything someone would need to cook. It fit our family perfectly and we would recommend this home to anyone.

The location of this house along with the amenities are amazing!! House is fully stocked with anything that you could need. You will not be able to beat the view from the backyard. We can’t thank Linne enough for being an amazing host and will always treasure the memories our family made this week in Colorado.

Wonderful! Everyone had a great time. There was plenty of room to cook, dine, do crafts, play foosball and pool. We went to a lot of places nearby in Colorado Springs and it was easy getting to them.

What a special getaway for our group of friends! The house is gorgeous and well stocked! The best part was how communicative and helpful the host is. We’ve rented a lot of homes over the years and hands down, this was the most helpful host. Many of us had late flights out on check out day and the host let us stay past check out since nobody was scheduled to check in the next day. She also gave us hiking recommendations and was available by phone and text anytime we needed her.

I have high expectations. This place exceeded them. Ideal for a large family.

Our stay was absolutely perfect here. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a getaway & perfectly suited our needs. The views from the house are incredible & the beds are so, so comfortable. Linne was an excellent host; she was super responsive & helpful in providing recommendations for our trip. I would definitely rent a car if you're staying in this area as taxis/ubers/lyfts are incredibly hard to call/come by, but it's super easy to get to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, downtown Colorado Springs, & more once you have a car. 10/10 would recommend this house to anyone looking for a CS getaway! I will definitely be coming back.

We came to Colorado for a destination wedding with a large group and this house suited all our needs. The game room area was perfect for the competitive folks in our group and we took advantage of the hot tub. Linne was always quick to respond and flexible with us checking in early and checking out later. We had issues with the dryer not working but Linne was aware of the problem and allowed us to use the other laundry room reserved for the cleaning crew. If ever back in this area with a large group, I will certainly check if this house is available.

Linne was a warm and gracious host! Easy to get in touch with and even purchased an air pump for pool floaties when I asked if they had one. The property looked like the pictures and we had a blast!! A wonderful option for multiple families with kids to enjoy a vacation together!!

Our family enjoyed all the amenities this home had to offer. Swimming, playing pool, good sized kitchen for meal preparation all in a beautiful setting. Host, Linne was very responsive.

We were hit with an unexpected May blizzard Out hosts could not have been more accommodating and helpful From getting driveway shovel to internet restored and even offering to have a relative take us to an event if we had trouble House was spotless and well equipped

Words cannot express how beautiful this vacation home really is! You will just have to see it for yourself. Linne the host is so sweet and great at communicating with you whenever you need her. We we’re a large family of 17 visiting Colorado for Christmas for the first time and Line’s home accommodated the entire family with lots of room to spare!. The views are simply breathtaking! Not to mention the large heated pool and hot tub in the backyard is an added bonus! Just one thing, there’s quite hours after dark and there’s no light in the backyard close to the hot tub and pool but this is no big deal, there’s lots to do inside after dark. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, game room etc… are fully equipped with all the comforts of home with lots of toys and games for the whole family! This home is minutes away from lots of attractions like Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cave Dwellings and Manitou Springs! We had such a great time and loved the house so much we didn’t want to leave! Kid you not, we tried to stay 1 more night but the home was already booked! 😩 I just want to thank Linne for opening up her exquisite home and allowing us to create life long lasting beautiful memories we will never forget! We will definitely visit again! ❤️

It is a beautiful house - so colorful, lively, & bright. House has plenty of things to do for all ages. Our family kids simple loved the stay! The pool & hot tub was amazing. This house has it all from a well stocked pantry, to games for the family and plenty of toys for kids of all ages. Love that the location is within 10-15 minutes of downtown Colorado Springs but there’s mountain hiking right as you walk outside the door. Linnie has thought of everything! Working with her was a true pleasure as she was always quick to respond and VERY accommodating. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

This home has it all. It’s very hard to find a place like this in CO. There is a stunning pool and a lovely hot tub. The yard is huge. The kitchen has everything and invites gathering. If you have kiddos the house has all the things you’ll need. The pool table is a blast. The coffee bar is wonderful. The hiking is amazing. Communication with the hosts is fast and kind. They anticipate your needs. We will be back! Thank you!

We had such a great time at Linne's house. I organized a trip for a group of 12 guys and Linne's clear communication, prep, and organization made things infinitely easier for us. She was super responsive leading up to the trip, worked with us to accommodate early check-in so we weren't stuck waiting around after people flew in, and she provided all of the information we needed to enjoy the weekend. The house looked and functioned exactly as described in the listing. The property is beautiful with gorgeous unobstructed views of the mountains and it's very close to great outdoor activities while also being close to downtown Colorado Springs. It's a perfect place to stay if you want to experience nature while also having access to the nearby city. Linne is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 17 (8 adults and 9 children) had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! Our host, Linne, was very accommodating and always quick to respond to our questions. We enjoyed a ride on the Cog Railway up to Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. When asking our grandchildren what their favorite part of our family vacation was, the first thing they all said was "the house"! It's so kid-friendly with lots of toys, pool table, foosball table, swimming pool and hot tub. The kitchen is amazing and equipped with anything you would ever need. There is plenty of space in the home for everyone to comfortably spread out in. The location of the house is just a few minutes drive for groceries and attractions. This house was perfect for our family vacation and we would highly recommend this beautiful home!

This property is nothing short of wonderful. Linne is super responsive and sweet. She went above and beyond to help us when we had unforeseen circumstances with our special needs son. The house was spotless, beds so comfy and the house was completely stocked (and we use lots of kitchen stuff). Would stay again if the opportunity ever presented itself.
