We had 13 people and had plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the pool. Fast easy access to Disney parks. Short drive to Cocoa Beach area. Would stay again.

Windsor Hill is a nice and quiet area. The home comfortable, spacious and well stocked. The home had what we needed to make our week enjoyable. Our boys enjoyed the swimming pool daily, pool table and air hockey. My husband and I enjoyed the whirlpool spa as well as the other amenities! We couldn’t have expected any more. The owner very quick to respond and very knowledgeable! We look forward to visiting this home again. Thanks!

We came down with family for a Disney and Universal Studios vacation. This home is in a PERFECT location. Very close to the parks and every need nearby. We loved having a pool for down time. Plenty of bathrooms for all. Lol. A priority for our family!! Home was clean. Showed some normal wear and tear but met all of our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back for a future visit.

Neat, clean and met our needs. Beds were comfortable. We appreciated the multiple layers of pool safety. Kitchen had the basics. Lots of towels, including pool towels and plenty of pool toys. Great location to be close to the Disney world property.

Overall we loved the house. It's in a great location close to everything, and the space is amazing for bigger families. The house however is starting to show its age needs TLC. Upon check in there was black mold around the tub and shower surrounds and the calking is coming off needs to be replaced (I bought Cleaner and cleaned it so its back to being sparkly). The hot tub had a lot of sand in it (took 3 cleans before we could use it) two of the jets are not working 100 we told the pool guy, it could be plugged. The hot tub cover was old and broken very heavy from water in it, it is by far not a new hot tub. The bean bag chairs were missing from the game room due to a previous guest ruining them. I contacted the owner within mins she contacted me back told the manager who in turn met us at the house the next day with new chairs, and ordered a new hot tub cover!. We also found a few more issues which we showed the manager he was on top of, and very easy to work with. They were grateful we told them of issues previous guest's had done so they can correct it. For the price and for the space was worth it. My daughter loved the ariel room. The heated pool was great especially on cooler nights. we enjoyed our stay.

We were a party of 6 staying for 7 nights. 2 trash bags and one dishwasher tab was left. We had to buy trash bags, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and paper towels. The master bath only had 2 towels.

The highest praise I can give this property is that we chose to stay here a 2nd time. Great location, communicative owners. We love the free standing hot tub!

Stayed a week with family. Easy access to all parks. Great amenities in the neighborhood. Great to walk in neighborhood from home to pool, playgrounds, etc. Walmart within a mile.

We had a great stay! The house had a lot to offer and facilitated an enjoyable vacation. High points are the Harry Potter decor, the playroom and the pool. The property has more to offer than we were able to make use of, most notably the complex’s water park.

We had a wonderful time. It was very close to Disney, food and Walmart. The housing community was clean and friendly. We felt very safe and at easy. House was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and the community water park. It was the perfect size for our young ones.

Everything you need under one roof!

This home was so spacious and fit the needs of our family so well. The location was much closer to Disney than we expected, which was such a nice surprise. Our kids loved the Harry Potter themed play room and bedroom upstairs. We had all the amenities we needed and enjoyed greatly the private pool in back of the home. We have a medically fragile child that required cooler than normal temperatures in the home, which potentially could have added stress to the AC unit. The owners graciously worked with us to accommodate the needs of our daughter which was valuable to her overall great experience visiting Disney. I would recommend this home to anyone. If you are spending a week at Disney, we would encourage you to take a day to relax in the home, enjoy the pool and hot tub and have fun in the game room. It is a great home!

This property is a really good value for large groups looking to enjoy Disney and Universal parks. The gated neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. There were some minor issues here and there, but when you consider the price of this house versus the price of enough hotel rooms in the area to sleep 12 people it isn't even a question. I would absolutely stay here again.

The house was clean when we arrived. Easy check in as I have been coming for the last 3 years. The property manager responded promptly to any questions I had prior to my arrival and I didn't know that you had to add guest even if they stayed in the area but the property manager quickly added them on so there was no issue. The house does have a few cosmetic issues and I saw a few cockroaches in bathrooms and ants( I really don't know what to call them) in the tub area but it was no issue as I have seen them in other places that I have rented down here I guess it's just Florida. I was trying to refill the hot tub as my kids splashed water everywhere but I was not able to access the water hose but there is a pool man that came to clean and said the clean up crew would refill it upon departure. The house was great overall, my kids enjoyed the game room and private pool when the storms came and we had to vacate the main pool.

This home was a perfect location for our Disney Trip ! Heading to all four parks -Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios all week was a breeze ! Under 15 minutes ! Home was great and clean ! Pool and jacuzzi after a long day at the parks were wonderful!!! We all loved the house and community water park also was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend and stay again!! Thank you!!

The house was very nice and exactly as pictured. The proximity to the amusement parks, restaurants, and stores was great. There was plenty of room for my family of 11.

Upon arrival the check in process at main gate was long. House is close to the main pool, clubhouse, and children's park, which was nice. The size of the house is perfect. I honestly am not sure how the place has a 4.9 review. I rented the place because I thought it was managed directly by the owner, but it's not and it's managed by a management team. The house is stocked with kitchen supplies, but not many for cooking. The grill has no utensils so we had to buy our own. The coffee maker was broken and we had to buy one as well. The house is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The furniture in living and dining areas was nice, but we didn't use any of the pillows as they all looked dingy and had stains on them. The pool area was perfect, BUT the jacuzzi doesn't stay hot once you take the cover off and the jets barely work, so it's more like a bathtub. In the game room the air hockey table isn't sturdy and the game chairs have holes in them and there were white balls from them everywhere when we arrived. There are 2 old games on the PlayStation, but we didn't use it. The baby strollers have holes and rips in them and are very dirty. We brought our own, but if your hoping to use them you'll find yourself buying one, the same with the baby portal crib, again we brought our own. Moving upstairs we find the bedrooms. The master king as well as the other 2 kings are all sinking in the middle so you roll into your partner. We had to move the kids in the king beds and my husband and I as well as my elder parents used the twin beds, which weren't comfortable at all either. The shower in the master bath is cracking and water drips from the faucet. I had to come in and wash all the comforters as they weren't clean and again looked dingy. I cleaned for a whole day when we arrived and we left a day early because I didn't feel like I could walk around with my bare feet, our backs were hurting, and I was tired from not being able to have a good night sleep. I contacted the owner as communication with her was beyond exceptional, but she let me know that they haven't been there with COVID making it hard. Very sad as this place looked perfect for us. I do not recommend this place until the do a deep clean and replaced all the mattresses. I would also suggest they replace the baby items or not include them in property description so families with children can bring their own.

Great stay close to Disney and universal

The overall condition of the property is very good, the resort and amenities are excellent and well maintained. Our entire group agreed we would rent the property again. Communication with property management was fast (any communication during business hours was usually answered in minutes) and extremely helpful.

I couldn't be happier with our stay. The house was clean, plenty of room, great location, convenient to area parks, and the pool and hot tub were perfect!

This home was in the perfect location - close to everything but yet in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you could need was there. The home was clean and inviting - we'll be back!!

We came with 2 families and a set of grandparents. There was plenty of room for everyone with a living room and family room. The kids loved swimming and the adults loved the hot tub. The location was easy for everyone to get to where they needed to meaning Disney, Disney Springs, Universal, restaurants, Publix and Walmart. The men in the family especially liked the game room. Everyone used the patio. Thank you for the use of your house we had a great time.

This property was perfect for us, the grandparents and a young kiddo. The proximity to Disney was amazing! The house was a fun cozy treat at the end of busy days. Property owner answered our questions very promptly.

This is a beautiful home and it's perfect for a large group or family. My teen grandkids loved the game room! The pool and hot tub were perfect to relax and unwind after a long day at Disneyworld. Roman, the owner is very responsive and was great to work with when I had questions or requests. Thank you Roman for helping to make my once in a lifetime trip for my family of 11 memorable!
