Clean friendly hotel
The amount of single use plastics! Plastic cups wrapped in plastic. Plastic plates knives, forks and spoons. All condiments single use wrapping.
It must be a social thing as no one seemed to care about recycling.

It was very clean. The card reader’s battery on the door of my room was dead and the front desk receptionist came to help and got me and my little ones in quickly. The breakfast was very good as well!
The indoor pool was too cold. My children enjoyed it either way, but too cold for me.

I love the size of the rooms and how cozy it feels when I stay. It's always so fresh and clean clean
The glass shower doors wouldn't stay closed. So we wedged a washcloth to make it stay

Excellent staff and location
I think that having to ring a bell to get the clerk to come from behind the wall is not very professional. Neither is the clerk sitting in the lobby and having to walk over to the counter to check us in also is not very professional

Beautiful Hotel, So Clean and New looking. We slept very comfortably and had a Good Hot Beakfast with plenty of room in the breakfast area. Will definitely be back!

The room and complimentary breakfast was good.
The housekeeping was awful. Did not get dirty towels or tradh. Didn’t look like they had come to the room at all. I let them know but every night after that I had to keep going down to get towels because they would o ly leave a couple of towels. We had 6 people

very friendly staff, excellent location for our needs. clean and the continental breakfast was great
there was a power outage while we were there, weather related. the biggest concern was the lack of emergency lighting. the lights were there, but for whatever reason they were not working, so myself and my handicapped husband had to maneuver up and down 3 flights of stairs without lighting.

Everything. Nicely new/renovated. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Excellent staff. Good location.
No real negatives. If I were to nitpick, I would like a bit more water pressure in the shower, but it wasn’t bad.

The ambiance of the hotel, the comfort of the room, the chaise lounge, the convenience of being able to call for food delivery service and the Kroger just up the street for anything I may have forgotten to bring that the hotel didn't have.
I couldn't adjust the heat in my room. It had dropped to the 20's when I was there and I could have used a little more heat than 70 degrees. Also, I couldn't get the headboard light to turn off so I slept with it on, but would have slept better with it off.
