This is an absolutely wonderful place, fantastic location, lovely family, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a very nice stay and our hosts were the kindest people and helpful in so many ways. We can’t say enough good things about his special hotel and if you have a chance to stay here, take it! Highly recommend!

Good location, clean rooms.
Accommodation wasn't well signposted and curtains let light into rooms very early in morning which woke us up

The hotel is a family-owned business so they are very hands-on and take wonderful care of their guests. They even helped us set up a lunch on their bbq in the nice open-air kitchen behind the hotel. The owner of the hotel came to pick us up at the bus station with his car. The hotel itself was great! The room was spacious, clean and with a nice view of the sea. There are shops for groceries and essentials 2 minutes walk from the property. The beach was wonderful and it took us less than 10 minutes to walk there everyday. 👍

Quiet location close to the beaches.
We had difficulty finding the place. Signage at the beginning of the road would be very helpful.

The hotel is exceptional value for money. The room is very clean, there is good wifi, and a private balcony with sea view. Marco and his family are welcoming and attentive to their guests' needs while also giving them space and privacy. Thank you for everything!

very good location to access Dhermi beach.
rooms were cleaned to a super high standard. we checked in immediately after a music festival and it was as if it had never happened (the festival)

The room was very clean, big balcony, and cheap compear to other accomodations.
One of the bed was uncomfortable,and the wifi was not working inside apartmen only in balcony.

The host, location and mountain/sea view were fantastic. Everything we wanted in a beach getaway stay.
The wifi was pretty dodgy and the shower would sometimes go cold. It was worth it though.

Marko, the owner, is so helpful. Once it wasn't high season and I was traveling alone he picked me up and dropped me off at the bus stop and drove me to all my dinners. The location is perfect, just 3 minutes walking to the beach and surrounded by markets.

Lovely family run place - so friendly and helpful with everything I needed - thank you. I had a lovely big room which was lovely and clean and short walk to beach and restaurants. Excellent value for money, would happily stay again.

Its location and clean
The noise, we like to sleep until late but it was impossible because of the other tourists, wall were not sound proof at all and chairs made a lot of noise in the balcony when someone was cleaning there

The place was clean. Marco and his wife are great hosts. Very helpful and flexible.

Very nice host, confy beds and good size room. Also it had a nice view towards the sea. A big plus was the parking in front of the accomodation. Close to the beaches and to restaurants. Bare in mind the the beach is reached on foot on a steep road down (up when coming back), no pedestrian sidewalk and lots of traffic, especially in the evening. Only rocky beaches, the Luciano Restaurant Beach has a little bit of sand and the price for umbrellas is smaller. Also is a very good restaurant, view and food wise.
The lack of shower courtain, but I noticed is the same all over Albania on this part. When you have a shower, everything in the bathroom becomes wet.

It was very scenic and restful. It had a beautiful view and a lovely outdoor eating area/kitchen. And it also had the best price and staff.
We didn’t have a kitchen in the room only a small fridge. Also there was no tv (but that was less of a bad deal - we didn’t come to watch tv)!

Excellent location close to the beach and nice sea view from the balcony. Rooms are basic, but spotlessly clean, very spacious and bright. The bed was very comfortable. WiFi worked excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always available when assistance needed. Thank you!
It would be great if the common kitchen area in the garden was functional.
