It was at a great location for a good price. At first we booked studio apartment, but when we realized that it was to small for us we were able to upgrade to a bigger apartment for the fair price. The staff was always polite and extra helpful

Might be noisy at mornings if your window is on the inside yard, I think due to garbage collection.

The location was great. The check-in process was easy - there's a code for entrance door and a key in a lockbox. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy. I didn't really hear any neighbors and the outside noise didn't bother me - windows were isolating the sound well.

I stayed for 2 weeks and there were only 2 toilet paper rolls left. The shower was overflowing with water. Also it was generally clean but you could sew that the edges haven't been cleaned in long time. There was a washing machine, which was nice, but it was all grimey around the rubber seal so I had to clean it before using it. The matress protector was not quite clean - after removing sheets I saw multiple hair strands that definitely were not min. I also didn't feel safe leaving my important belongings, like my computer, during the day as the room door didn't feel very safe. The door is like regular room door, not like outside doors for an apartment and it locks with a low security key with just one turn. If someone would want to enter it would take less than a minute to break that door. Nothing happed but it did not make me feel entirely safe.

In need of doing up The inner courtyard…..if that’s what you call it, was just a yard and didn’t have any lights so was pitch black of an evening

A specious apartment in a very good location.

Everything is the apartment is very basic. The mattress was very soft, and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom is ultra smelly, and needs deep cleaning urgently. What’s more - the key to the apartment is a joke.

The apartment itself is comfortable

The host didnt inform about hot water maintenance in advance, because they “didnt know” apparently, when even the cleaning lady said that the notice was given one week ago. The host just said sorry and let me know how can i help you and proceeded to not respond until we checked out even though we wrote to him on Booking and called. In the end they said they will ask booking for 10% discount. That is after 6 people didnt have hot water for 1 and a half days out of 2 days of our trip

We enjoyed our time in this apartment. Everything was as expected. Apartment was clean in very good area, close to the center.

Apartment looked quite nice, not very high quality renovation, but good enough. It had well equipped kitchen. The place was comfortabely close to the city center. There were places to eat and shops nearby. The elevator is a cool expearience itself (if you're into historic stuff). Contactless check-in/check-out.

It was quite hot as there was a heatwave.. There was only one blanket on the double bed, it was a little problematic for the kids.

The property is clean and accessible to the city.

They gave us a rooftoop apartment. It does look like a haunted house, I cannot sleep at night. The water under the sink is leaking and the property owner doesn't care about the property problem even know he knows about it. Neighbors are so loud and it's disturbing our sleep. My biggest disappointment is the lack of water supply in the building. Every morning you don't get water. Furthermore there are lots of pillars in the room it feels like in horror movie.
