Our family vacation was amazing and the property exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival the owner had a bottle of wine on the table, some water in the fridge and was very accommodating. We drove straight through from Wisconsin and ended up arriving earlier than we expected so we ran to Walmart and then was notified that we could arrive earlier than the original check in time. The pool and hot tub were amazing and super clean. Make sure you get the spa package for the heater and the lights ( definitely worth it ). The house was spotless inside and out. The grill ( Its a Traeger ), worked amazing and was definitely nice to have. Do not hesitate to book this property as it will exceed expectations on all aspects. It is super spacious.

The whole property is a dream come true. The location is amazing, close to every point of interest specially the beaches. There is a giant mall close to it as well (Port Charlotte Town Center) where is the best Dillard’s I’ve ever being. But when you start to dealing with the star of the movie “Kim”, everything will be better, she was extremely kind and professional all the time, Definitely we will come back to that house, not just because it is a beautiful house, also cause’ the personal treatment of the hostess. Kim welcomed us 1 day before and always was on top of things, she even asked for our favorite drink to have it later when we arrived on our first day. We forgot some personal stuff in the house that she sent to us immediately after we find out. Extremely happy with the experience.

My family and I had a wonderful visit in the warm Florida sun. The house is gorgeous with high end finishes and furnishings... all essentials were provided. Situated in a canal neighborhood that had some understandable ongoing repair from Hurricane Ian, we fished off the dock, spent a lot of time in the pool/spa and played cards under the covered deck. Our contact guided us through the process and promptly answered questions via text messaging which was very convenient. Will definitely consider staying here again!

This home was great! We loved the location and the home itself. Kim, the property manager, was very responsive before, during and even after our stay. We left a couple of personal items in the home and Kim contacted us after we left and offered to mail them back to us free of charge.

My family and I stayed in this home for a week in June. It is a beautiful home and very clean. The description is accurate. We loved the Sonos app that allowed us to hook up our phones to the surround sound speakers around the home and especially outside by the pool. It is well-appointed and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t already there.

We rented this house for my aunts 85th birthday. Everything was incredible upon arrival. The house is amazing, the beds are extremely comfortable, the pool was fantastic and the accommodations were all first class. Even more impressive is the property manager, Kim. She was so attentive and responsive and did a great job to make us feel extremely welcome. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs in Florida and this is one of the best!

Roomy luxury home with plenty to do outside. Short drive to coast and many local day trips.

Kim was by far the most amazing host we have ever had! The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 9 (6 adults, 1 kid, 2 infants) and there was still room to spare! The open floor concept makes the house great for young ones and never feel cramped! The rooms were very nicely decorated and the beds were better than any hotel! Kim makes for sure there are amenities aplenty! She had every bathroom stocked with anything you could think of prior to our arrival, drinks in the fridge, pantries filled with cooking necessities, and even a bottle of wine awaiting by the table. She is very focused on making sure your stay is memorable and relaxing! The AC unit died halfway through our stay and Kim had a new one installed the very next day. She was so courteous and caring for our family! The kids absolutely loved the pool and spent the majority of the week in it! We will definitely be returning in the future!

This is a great place to get away and enjoy peace and quiet. Everything in the house is up to date and user friendly. Highly recommend.

Lovely setting on a quiet, safe well kept street. The property is centrally located with short rides to stores, shopping, amazing restaurants and beaches. Kim’s home is perfect for a mid size family to relax in and to spread out and enjoy the pool and spa. Lovely equipped kitchen for the days that you don’t want to eat out. We have stayed at multiple locations and have almost always enjoyed our stays, but this get away, at this location, with the most wonderful hostess blows them all out of the water. The house is beautiful and set on a quiet street, it had a laid back vibe with everything you could ask for to relax. It is centrally located to beaches, restaurants, and the local grocery. It has 4 wonderful bedrooms, for your family get together. The master bedroom is absolutely amazing, with a large king sized bed that is very comfortable, huge tv, and a master bath that is utterly jaw dropping. The house is open and inviting, and decorated perfectly. The kitchen has everything you need (stop by the fish market and pick up some fresh grouper and blackening seasoning). The pool and hot tub is enough to occupy your days, and at night watch a movie on the absolutely massive television in the living room with amazing sound, while relaxing on the very comfortable couch that reclines. The hostess Kim is amazing to work with, and answers all questions promptly, and very flexible about extending our stay upon request. She left us a nice bottle of Riesling, that we enjoyed. You can fish right off the dock, where we caught a catfish and a tarpon. If I had one complaint it was that Kim has raised the bar so high, that any other place will likely be a let down. I do not think it would be possible to stay here and have a bad time.

This house was absolutely AMAZING! I don't even think "amazing" is the right word for it. The property, views, and neighborhood was a complete oasis. It was my family and I first time in Florida and this house provided us with everything we needed! The owner is very attentive and always answers within 10 mins. The house is in a perfect location with groceries and many stores to chose and shop from. If you are looking for a place to rent in Florida, THIS IS THE ONE.

The location was perfect and the home owner was great. Any questions I had was answered right away and my family was greeted with a bottle of wine. The home was inviting and clean. My family of 8 had enough space to enjoy ourselves. We had enough linens for everyone. I will be back.
