We stayed here for a weekend in October for close by soccer tournament with other families and their sons. The house accommodated everyone, super clean, extras of everything we needed, but the best part was Jayne. She communicated frequently and offered suggestions for things in the area and was overall just so helpful and kind. You can tell this was a house filled with love and that they want you to also make memories. Absolutely reccommend!!

This was a first class rental property. The location was exactly what we were looking for, the unit itself was everything it was advertised to be and our hosts were wonderful. Dan even came over and got the cable working for us so we have nothing but good stuff to say. Thank you, just wish the weather was better!

We just home got from our stay at Jaynes property. We absolutely loved the place! The house was super clean, a great location to get to the beach. And had great amenities for us with little kids, we utilized the indoor pool and playground several times. Jayne was easy to reach and we were even surprised with a welcome bag full of goodies, including some things for the kids. We are looking forward to returning again in 2023!!

We went to Bethany for a bachelor party/golf trip and this house was perfect! Took just a step outside and bear trap dunes golf course is right there. Everything in the house was as described if not better. Definitely RECOMMEND!

We had two families with five kids under 9. We love Ocean View, but have never stayed at Bear Trap. The amenities were amazing - various pools, clubhouse, pickle ball, tennis…it’s close to everything in the community as well as Bethany Beach, The Salted Rim, Millville Boardwalk. The kids had a blast. The house has a basement area filled with toys and it was the perfect place to send the kids when we were prepping meals, etc. The owners were fantastic. They gave us a welcome bag with kids stuff (so nice) and checked in with recommendations. We will be back!

Our large extended family ranging in ages from 18 months to 80 years old enjoyed our stay in this conveniently located and clean house. This house is near the pool and pavilion and has lots of nice extras included. We used the high chair, pack n plays, beach toys, and the bikes which were all in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need and the beds were comfortable. We loved the shuffleboard table and the toys in the basement. The owner was very responsive.

Just as advertised! This place is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and so much more. It was very clean when we arrived. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was awesome, and the downstairs play area for the kids was a huge bonus!! The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of utensils, cups, plates, bowls, etc., along with a crockpot, blender, pots, pans….and the gas grill out back…I could go on! We really enjoyed the grill and outside space to enjoy a family cook out. The garage is stocked with plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas, and some bikes. It’s a short driving distance to the beach, and so many great places to eat. There is restaurant steps away, which was so nice. The guys also enjoyed having the golf course steps away as well. Purchasing the amenities package was well worth it. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. We had a great time with the grandkids at the pool. It’s a short walk across the parking lot. You can even catch a shuttle to the beach there. There is an indoor pool, tennis courts, playground, and sauna, All very well kept and very clean. The owners, Jayne and Elizabeth, were great to deal with. The check in and check out process was so easy! We were even able to check in early! They offered suggestions on places to eat and things for the grandkids to do as well. It was an absolute pleasure. Any questions we had were answered so quickly. Our group included 6 adults and 3 children. We had plenty of room. We hated to leave, but hope to visit again! You won’t be disappointed renting this home.

We had a perfect stay at Jayne and Dan’s place. We had family members aged 7 months to almost 70, and everybody found something to enjoy at their property. We especially appreciate that the owners were so helpful and responsive. Our stay was memorable and enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this rental.

Met or exceeded all expectations. Short drive to the beach. Short walk to indoor and outdoor pools and all facilities at Bear Trap. Centrally located for everything we needed. Very comfortable property. We’ll appointed. Outdoor space with large gas grill was great. Easy and plentiful parking. Safe and secure. Everyone had a great time.

My husband and I, our children and grandchildren enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, kitchen stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were extremely comfortable. The children enjoyed the large downstairs recreation area with games and toys, and a comfy sectional sofa. We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor pools. The owners communicated with us in a timely manner, and we received necessary information. We did think the cleaning and service fees (an additional $800) was a bit high. But overall, we had a great experience.

We used the pool almost daily and drove into the beach 5-6 times over the course of our stay. We also worked remotely and had no issues with the internet at all. I would highly recommend this spot for a family with young children looking for a great summer vacation!

This was my 1st time staying at this property. It was just as it was pictured. Very clean. The surrounding neighborhood was very peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great property. Immaculately clean and updated and great location - central to many golf courses in the area - we played golf in both Delaware and near Ocean City Md. Plus, there is a very nice golf course, only steps away from the house. Roomy, beautiful property - we had 3 guests and more than enough room - There are 4 spacious Bedrooms, plus a fantastic "entertainment room" with a big screen TV and plenty of games to keep busy. The Owners were very helpful and accommodating - making the trip even better. Highly Recommended.... Kevin B.
