This was our second visit back to Casa Mandovi with three generations of our family and after three years since our last visit, it certainly did not disappoint. Our two weeks here were spent enjoying the pool, relaxing on the terrace, enjoying family meals and exploring the many sights of the Algarve. The villa is the perfect home away from home for a large group. The outside space is excellent for spending time together and also offers ample space to spread out and catch a quiet corner on the terrace. Casa Mandovi is well appointed with everything you could need. Maddy and Richard were helpful hosts and were on hand if we needed anything. The location is perfect for the whole family, close enough to the local towns, beaches and water parks with ample choice of excellent restaurants. The views down the valley are breathtaking and were hard to leave behind when our stay came to an end.

We stayed at Casa Mandovi from 25th May 2024 – 1st June 2024. We were 5 adults and 4 children ages between 2 and 11 years old. Casa Mandovi is a stunningly beautiful property with a large garden and a warm, inviting swimming pool. The property has an outside terrace and a patio furnished comfortably and perfect for cool evening dining and after-dinner conversations. The bedrooms and bathrooms and large clean and comfortable. Most importantly Richard and Madeline are superlative hosts. Madeline was very understanding and accommodating considering we had 4 young children. She did not have to, but she did her very best to give us early check-in, heat the pool and keep it heated for when we came and she gave us a host of information on the best local supermarkets, eateries and beaches. She even offered to go to the supermarket for us and stock the refrigerator with essentials if we needed it. Richard responded to all of our requests promptly and came out to the property in the middle of our stay when we expressed a need. They were easy to contact, prompt and responsive to our myriad questions and requests. The children particularly found it very difficult to readjust to real life in the UK after having the most wonderful time at Casa Mandovi. We would love to go back and explore the area while staying at beautiful Casa Mandovi.

We were a family of 10 including 4 children under 6 years old. The house met our needs perfectly, all being on one level with lots of space for everyone. The house was spotless when we arrived and had a very relaxed laid back atmosphere. Maddy and Richard were perfect hosts and made us feel very comfortable. Our memories will be of a relaxed holiday lots of sunshine and lots of fun with our family. Thanks Mandy and Richard

Casa Mondovi is a lovely villa in a good central area nice and quiet and private lovely pool superb hosts would love to return for another holiday at Cash Mondovi

Madeleine and Richard were great hosts! Easy check in with lots of great recommendations for restaurants and area attractions. The house was beautiful and worked well for our family vacation. Access to various beaches and restaurants was a breeze. Though not on the beach just a short drive to everything. Definitely recommend. Quality experience - beyond expectations!
