Claudia and her son were friendly and welcoming, ferrying us to and from the station, and recommending and booking a table for dinner, which was spot on. It was interesting to hear about Claudia's home and her family history, especially as the location on the first floor couldn't be bettered - on the Piazza del Duomo, and therefore ideal for exploring Ragusa Ibla. There were many books and maps etc. about the area. We had use of a sitting room and our bedroom was spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and with a very comfy bed. There was a balcony from which one had a great view of the Chiesa di San Giorgio, and there was a cafe next door.

I can't really think anything that I didn't like. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the communal area, rather than in our room, but there's nothing else I would want to change.

amazing location and hosts ! I highly recommend to stay there . The warm welcoming and interaction , the beauty of the palazzo yet very authentic and mixed with great taste of decoration and renovation of some part in a perfect style .. it feels special to be there and will remain as a unique experience . will definitely be back . nothing we loved all

This was a beautiful property in a period building furnished to a very high standard. The situation next to the Duomo is amazing and the property has a balcony over looking the Duomo and the piazza. We even observed three wedding parties on the Duomo steps. Breakfast is in the cafe next door with freshly made croissants coffee and orange juice. Claudia the property owner and her son made us very welcome and even collected us from the station. Claudia also dropped us off at the end of our trip for our bus. Our stay was wonderful and I would really recommend this property.

Lovely feel and atmosphere, right in the heart of the city. A wonderful balcony to relax on. Very clean, very calm and wonderful hosts. I enjoyed the special touch of having a piano to play on 😁 very accommodating to children and babies, a huge plus!

The apartment was exceptional and the location excellent. The hostess Claudia was extremely helpful and her son gave us a permit so that we could park easily. The central heating was very efficient - and essential in March.

Unfortunately, Booking.com is showing that the apartment has a kitchen. This is no longer the case. However, the hostess made space for us to eat our own breakfast and even washed the dishes for us.

The property is beautiful and we ended up having the whole place to ourselves. Perfect location. The hosts were very friendly and checked in everyday to see if we needed anything. No complaints at all. Highly recommend to see the lovely town of Ragusa Ibla and surrounding areas. Easy parking too.
