Lovely home in the woods with large deck, grill & firepit, approx 2 miles from Downtown Bolton Landing. There were 9 adults in our party, Nana, 3 sisters & niece / nephews with 3 vehicles. Plenty of room to park and room for all of us inside. We had an amazing week!

The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The house was a few minutes from Bolton Landing. The house is set back from the road and sits in the middle of tall pine trees. It was beautiful! Very prettying setting!

Place was great and very clean! Matched the description perfectly! Big snow storm night before we arrive and the driveway and entry was plowed and shoveled! Upstairs bedroom was perfect for family.

The house was tucked away in the woods, but was a quick drive to Bolton Landing. There were 6 adults in our group. The house met our needs with ample space including ample parking. The kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc. for us to cook breakfast and dinner. There is a propane grill which we used for dinner and then enjoyed a relaxing evening around the firepit. Roy and Stacy provided a very informative Welcome Book with all the instructions and great suggestions of things to do, restaurants, emergency facilities, etc. The house was clean with towels and linens for all. The two rooms on the first level have twin beds and are the smaller bedrooms. The rooms upstairs are plenty big and the beds are comfortable. There is a full bath on the first floor and the second floor. The kitchen is open to the dining table which is really nice when preparing dinner and being able to talk with everyone. We had a puzzle in progress on the table and had appetizers on the peninsula counter which worked out perfectly. There is a wrap around porch with a patio table, which you would probably use more in the summer. Roy was very responsive with our questions and helpful with suggestions about where to purchase firewood and other food items. Only wish is more side tables in the bedrooms to place your phone, book, glasses, etc. But certainly this was not a deal breaker. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the home had everything we needed. Had plenty of parking for 4 bass boats and trucks and the house was great.

The house was as advertised. There were 4 adults and 6 kids in our party and everyone had a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking tools we needed. Location is very quiet but also close enough to town for a quick night out. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Close to Golf, close to Bolton Landing, close to the lake. House was clean and well stocked, beds were comfortable and the fire pit was awesome. Highly recommend this property.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house and property was very clean and accommodating. The living areas and bedrooms were spacious, and the outdoor deck was perfect. The drive to Bolton landing is easy and less than 5 minutes. Roy is an excellent host and I appreciated how quickly he returned any messages. Looking forward to staying here again next year!

this is a great spot in a quiet part of bolton but only a very short drive to town and the lake. great outdoor firepit and grill. we had a unforeseeable issue that was resolved immediately by the owner...exactly the kind of service you want to know is available if the need arises. id highly recommend it and will be back

The homeowner was 30 minutes late sending me the code to enter the home. The homeowner situated the gas grill against the kitchen window. The logical inference I’ve come to is the excessive heat in such close proximity to the window cracked the glass. Also, we emptied the home of all our belongings before 1100 am. At approximately 1115 a rude cleaning person arrived and needed to be reminded that the home was empty, clean, available to them and we were delayed by 30 minutes in gaining access to the home upon arrival. The homeowner now advised that we broke the window and intends to charge me approximately $450 dollars.Not true. My lawyer will will handle this situation moving forward. Thank you

Great for a small group. We were a group of 6 ages 15-60. Comfortable seating in living room and dining room table for 6. Has beds for more but seating a little limited unless visiting in summer and then you have use of deck. Fireplace was lovely. Would love to come back in summer. Lovely town and people were very friendly. I would recommended!

My girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Very roomy and welcoming environment. The house was close to Lake George and the cute shops. We took advantage of the beautiful Fall weather on the nice deck.

One of the nicest homes we’ve ever rented in Bolton Landing. It was clean and had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here if your going to Bolton Landing.

Nice spot for the family. The property even had toys for my 2 yr old grandson. Mattresses could be better but overall nice, clean, convenient place for grandparents, adult children and their children. Would stay there again.

This place was the perfect little getaway for my daughter's 1 year old birthday family vacation! 8 adults and 2 toddlers slept comfortably in this home (which already came with a pack and play, high chair, and children's toys!). There were plenty of extra supplies that we were welcome to use (i.e. bug spray, kitchen supplies, towels, toiletries, and much more). It is only 2 miles away from 2 very clean, not crowded, and family friendly beaches (Rogers Memorial Beach and Veterans Memorial Park). Plus, it is only 25 minute away from the more popular Million Dollar Beach near Lake George Village. We loved using the firepit at night and grilling on the deck. We look forward to booking here again in the future!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The property was perfect for our family's needs. It was a short drive to Bolton Landing shopping and dinning. The drive to Lake George was about 20 min.

First the negative ( LOL) We were cooking when the propane gas ran emptied; laughing we had to wait a whopping 10 minutes before the project manger came over and restored everything......10 MINUTES - can any of us ever recall service that first? My daughter's family joined us and had a spectacular time! I highly recommend this location to anyone: young family to witness the stars at night, a couple to witness the beauty of forest, closeness to the town... When you leave, your memory is afresh with all great times

Renting this property overall was worth it. My family and I loved the home and had a great vacation.

We love the house Royal was attentive and answered promptly on any questions we had even put in a temporary ramp and remove the door from the bathroom so I could access the house from my wheelchair would stay again loved it

Absolutely no problem to make arrangements. Roy was easy to contact and answer our questions. He contacted us several times during our stay to make sure everything was ok.

Our group of 5 adults absolutely enjoyed our stay at this comfortable cabin in Bolton Landing, NY. Roy was a pleasure to work with throughout the booking and check-in process, always responding quickly to our inquiries. Having towels, bed linens and cookware provided made packing so much simpler. We spent most of our days traveling around the Lake George area and enjoyed a few dinners in Bolton Landing ~ the town is a gem! We loved coming back to the cabin in the evening to spend time at the fire pit! Highly recommend Roy & this cabin!!

First about the house...specious, clean, comfortable, well equipped, secluded yet close enough to buy necessities or for entertainment. About the experience, Roy was a pleasure, the communication was easy and the response was prompt. Overall if you are looking for a home away from home we highly recommend this house, we look forward to coming back as soon as we can but for more time because there is soooo much to do in the area that we want to experience.
