The bottom half of the house is a little tired,with quite a lot of work that needs to be done.

This property is great for large groups that still want their own space. It has two levels, both with kitchen and bathrooms.
Kitchen pots and pans are a bit tired so you may need to bring your own.
Be aware when booking that the price advertised is only for 8 people. Any extra and you’re charged $50pp per night.

We had the most perfect weekend at Surf to Mountain Property. The house was very spacious with high ceilings and panoramic view of the mountains. The house had everything you needed to have a relaxing get away. We will defiantly be back for a much longer stay. Thanks Tony.

We had a lovely stay and hopefully will return next year. Very convenient for a few days in the snow with little children- plenty of space and the birds visiting the verandah at breakfast were great!

We had pasta one night and there didn’t seem to be a large enough pot with a lid to fit.
The couch downstairs- one back on it fell down within 5 mins of being there- dangerous for little kids.
It would be handy if the child fence on the stairs could be fixed
Was a bit weird that a drone kept coming over when the spa was used?

Gorgeous Property
The property it’s self cannot be faulted. Everything listed was what was delivered. Amazing views and outstanding property.
The 4pm check in and 10 am check out was the down side. I paid for 3 days 2 nights sleep, however that was cut short by the property manager who advised it was due to cleaning. When we arrived there we’re cob webs that look like they have been around longer than covid and we found a dirty Band-Aid in the down stairs living. At the price that was paid and the excuses I was given I expected a little more at that price.

We stayed 4 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our time.
The house was spacious so that everyone could spread out, kids downstairs and parents upstairs. Spa was great even on the chilly evenings, property was clean and well maintained.

A perfect spot for a family get together
The property was very flexible and gave the children plenty of space to play. The kitchen was great to work in and organise family meals and the outdoor verandah was a lovely spot to sit and chat. Everything was clean and well-organised

Excellent property
Very good property well maintained and loads of room. The host was super responsive and resolved questions and issues pretty swiftly. Stunning location and breathtaking views. Overall high marks for the way he conducted himself and the experience very professionally. Well done.
Only minor comment is that we increased the number of people last minute and we were charged $40 per person per night which we thought was a bit excessive. Hoping that can be realistic when the facility says can sleep 20 and with the number of overall people still below 20 even after the additions.
But all good. Very pleased with the stay and will come back.

Positions amazing!
We were very happy here and found the house spacious and clean. The heating was more than adequate, the kitchen well equiped and beds extra comfy.
The amazing view of BULLER and the mountain range was truly stunning as were the king parrots that came onto the deck. An enjoyable place to stay in the high country.

Merrijig at the foot of Mount Buller
We booked the property for a getaway with 3 families.
We liked the configuration with the top floor perfect for the adults, while the kids were downstairs.
Mount Buller and the Mansfield area Re best known for winter activities, but we enjoyed the hiking/biking and bush walking in the area.
Limited options to eat out, and we weren’t sure if that was due to the January shutdown or fall out from COVID, so best to be prepared and/or go to Mansfield.

Wow wow wow!
We absolutely loved this property. The house was even better than it looked on the website and was perfect for our group of 10 people and 2 dogs. Plenty of space and everything we needed was there. The view from the deck is spectacular and the stars at night were incredible. We all wished we could have stayed for longer. Would love to come back and enjoy it all again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

What a fabulous view! The spa is on the deck looking over the mountains. Birdlife everywhere. Peaceful.

Single night getaway with a group of friends.
We loved our single night stay in Tony’s double story home, the deck space gave us excellent space to enjoy the wide views. we chose to eat out in Mansfield during our stay which was 30 mins away, if you do like somewhere close to pubs and restaurants then surf to mountain probably isn’t the right choice for you.
