Had to call for check in, no fireplace like in the pics, place needs some repairs, very noisy. Good location but overall a poor value for that amount of money.

I stayed here with my two teenage children for four days of skiing. The location was great and the unit was very well equipped. They were very responsive to any questions we had or minor issues that we encountered. I would definitely stay here again!

Great 16 day stay - our third stay at Wildwood Suites. Great location to town and trails walk to everything. Particularly like units facing Sawmill Creek and hearing the water run by. Did not like that with a 2 + week stay linens were not exchanged. Had to go to the rental company and ask for them and then replace sheets myself.

Very nice 1 bedroom condo. Perfect for weekend stay for two people. We enjoyed the balcony looking over the creek. It felt like you were really in the mountains but close enough to the busy part of town to walk to restaurants, etc. Having a full kitchen was nice also. Have been to Breck many times, but this property was a great fit for us!

The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Perfect for my husband and me. Management checked in on us with texts twice and was quick to respond when I had a question. This condo was in the perfect location. Short walk to Main Street or there is the free bus stop right at the end of the road. And the river that runs right behind is the most blissful sound to relax to. Such a peaceful and beautiful place.

The Condo is a corner unit, with the creek running right outside the back deck. It is very quiet, private, and relaxing. It's a great get away, and is easy walking distance to Breck's mainstreet, Gondola, and other sites.

Clean, quiet, nicely decorated. Well maintained and stocked with all the essentials. Convenient location for walking or public transportation. Wonderful view from the back deck. Perfect for a single or couple. Management company was quick to respond on some small issues and questions I had. The only negative was no screens on the bedroom windows, which I hope can be remedied in time for my next stay.

Property management was very helpful all the way through the process. Beautiful location with ski trail just out the back. Easy walk to Main Street in Breckenridge. Property is basic, but very clean and accommodating! As a couple, we found it to be just what we were looking for.

Great location, near Main Street and bus stop.
Convenient, the room provides enough utensils and other electronics, we don’t need to bring any other things.
Size: the square of the room is much bigger than the same price hotel room, with a living room, cozy sofa.
If we gonna ski there again, definitely book the room again.

A beautiful and relaxing space. If you plan to cook much, you will find a minimally stocked kitchen. It's sufficient but bring any spices, oils, or other basics you may need. Cooking is completely optional though, being within walking distance to many great eateries.

Overall, great experience and a very nice condo for solo, couple, or young family ski-cation. Caveat, though...Per title, it’s a pretty wrenching hike up the hill to catch the nearest lift — Snowflake Lift. It’s not that it’s such a great distance (only about 1/4 mile), it’s more that it’s a significant elevation change — and remember the air at Breck is thin, given the high elevation.

Very easy to rent this property, and location can’t be beat—it’s truly “ski in ski out,” and easily walkable to all the restaurants in town. It’s a simple property, but clean and well-maintained, and a fair price for the area.

Clean and great location
Unit was clean and appliances were all brand new. The deck faces a mountain stream and is a great place to relax.
Main negatives are the master bed/mattress are a bit springy and rickety. Also, the hot water situation was unpredictable with two of my showers being luke warm at best, whereas one shower was normal.
