The room was very spacious, our room had a view of the big mall. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive, and smiling! I had a good experience , I recommend this hotel !

The room was very beautiful and big. Bathroom very modern and beautiful. breakfast was very good.

Helpful and friendly staff. I needed them as I had forgotten how to travel.

The rooms are clean, very comfortable, and the staff are amazing, especially Steffy and Carmen. I got to the hotel supper early and didn't want to wait . I was allowed to check-in early at around 8AM. So this was a big plus. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. Gorgeous building in a great location, near a big mall, a train station, great view on a river, and lots more. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ludwigshafen.

Very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable rooms. great for families. the staff is also very friendly. There is big parking garage right across the street and a shopping mall on the same street. it was a pleasant experience and will definitely stay there again.
