We are sorry to leave this comfortable apartment in a charming and convenient neighborhood. The host was outstanding.

We spent a wonderful week in Padova. The flat is beautiful, cosy and fully equipped and extremely well located : just a 10 minute walk from the center and shops just downstairs! ( We highly recommend the mozarella shop!) But the area is very quiet and we could enjoy the quietness of the terrace. Walter is the perfect host: extremely nice and helpful. Rent his flat and you’ll enjoy the perfect stay!!!

We decided to stay in Padova because of its convenient location near Venice, Bologna, & the Dolomites. Our family had no expectations of Padova and we were absolutely blown away by how rich this community is in culture, art, history, and there are so many great restaurants. This place is conveniently located close to all of it! The unit was perfect for our family of four. The host is amazingly helpful and the building is very secure.

Tutto è stato perfetto. L appartamento è grande, luminoso fornito di ogni comodità con una bella terrazza. Pulitissimo. La cucuna equipaggiata di tutto con gusto ed attenzione. Fermata bus davanti casa .possibilità parcheggio. Grazie mille al Signor Walter per la splendida ospitalità. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo di sicuro

The flat is in a really good location, we could easily walk to the city and the train station. We had no problems to park our car (VW Sharan) in the garage. The appartment is fully equipped, the keys were handed over just in time. Overall a perfect stay.

We were warmly welcomed by Riccardo. Apartment very clean and well equipped. So much space, very comfortable bed. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Lovely private balcony terrace to sit and eat out on. On a main bus route with stop nearby. Convenience store next to the apartment entrance. Perfectly quiet when the windows are closed and bird song when they are open. An easy 15 minutes walk by the river into the centre of Padua. It was very warm weather during our stay and the air conditioning was not operating, just air circulation which was a little disappointing. However, this did not spoil our enjoyment and we congratulate Walter on his very lovely apartment. This apartment also has a concierge service and we found both the lady and the gentleman who were at the desk also very helpful. We would certainly stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to friends. I would have given this a five star rating but for the air conditioning problem.
