Great holiday in a really well equipped villa. Lovely pool, play area and table tennis. Short walk to restaurants, supermarket and beach.

Great location to relax. We opted for pool heating as it was November , it was great and enabled us to have pool time each day. Owners where very quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful villa in a great location. Restaurants and supermarket with easy walking distance. Lovely pool with plenty of loungers. Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. This was our 3rd visit to Olhos D’Agua and we’ll definitely be returning.

Wonderful property and great stay. 5 adults and 3 kids stayed very comfortably. Linens provided was great This in no way impacts the 5 stars and stay but for renters notes: Wifi is a bit slow but I learned this is common in Portugal plus we hardly used it! House has all you need to cook but no staples provided you’ll need to buy salt and pepper and sugar. Washing machine but only a drying rack. The beaches are close and beautiful you just need to find the parking for them. Market,cafe, and restaurants walking distance. A wonderful stay and we would recommend to anyone!

Really enjoyed our stay at the villa which is close to supermarket and a good selection of restaurants. Villa is very spacious and in great condition. Air conditioning in all bedrooms but not communal areas. Pool area beautiful, gardens very well looked after, and the pool a great size. Can’t wait to visit again 😊

Casa Aguias was home away from home with the added bonus of an amazing pool. Very spacious We were party of 6 and rooms good size with aircon. Lovely bathrooms with large showers. Kitchen fully equipped with everything m Needed for bbq Would stay again

We arrived in a very clean villa. Nothing was broken, everything was there. We had a good time and the supermarket within walking distance was ideal. The contact with the owner was good.

We had a great stay at this villa in May 2022. We were travelling with young children and our older parents and It suited everyone perfectly. Great travel cot, high chair and children’s crockery. The pool area is lovely, our kids were never out of it! We paid to have the pool heated which made it lovely and comfortable, even first thing in the morning. The biggest selling point for us was the location. In our experience it’s quite unusual to find a large, spacious villa in a quiet street, while being right next to amenities. The supermarket is a 10 min walk, there are restaurants within 5 minutes and the more lively beach area is a 15/20 min walk. We also got Ubers into Albufeira a few times and it was around €6 each way. Well worth it for a change of scenery. We had a great stay in the Algarve. The villa is located centrally to explore all the sites. We visited some beautiful beaches, a water park and did crazy golf in Vilamoura. The host was always available to answer questions and we were greeted on arrival. Our only suggestion for improvement is maybe a book of instructions for some items like using the WiFi, where the bins/recycling goes, and some restaurant recommendations would be handy. Thank you for our stay and we look forward to returning one day!

We had 3 kids with us and things like children's plates, bowls, cups and cutlery made meal times so much easier. The pool was amazing, and having heated made it so much more enjoyable. We would 100% recommend and would rebook without a doubt.

Any issues (smoke alarm battery needed changing) were sorted immediately as we contacted them via email. The pool is lovely and was great as it was heated. The property has 1 double and 2 singles downstairs in their own rooms and upstairs there is a double room and a room with 2 singles. There is Aircon in the bedrooms and this is great at night. Overall the host was great, the accomodation was great and it is literally 10 minutes drive to main Albufeira. There is a beach near by with a few gift shops along with a handful of restaurants. We would love to stay hear again and my kids had a great time.

Villa was way above our expectations and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Sandro (the manager) was always at hand from we first booked through to when we were leaving. The property is a short walk away from the nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants and approx a 20 min walk into the strip in the new town. I would highly recommend this property for all ages.

If the pool could have been a degree or two warmer that would have been perfect but worth paying to heat it given our late October stay. We all agreed we would come again. Thank you!

The villa is located in a position not overlooked and provides fantastic sunsets ! The villa easily accommodated 4 adults and two 16year olds with a double bedroom spare! The pool area is lovely and the communication with Sandro (owner) was always first class. Location was eight mins to Albufeira centre by taxi 15-20 mins to Villa Moura Marina by taxi- Lots of restaurants in D’Aguas that are all walking distance of 3mins ( great indian) to 15mins walk to a great steakhouse . Good supermarket 5-6mins walk from villa so the location was superb! First time holiday in Portugal and we will definitely return to the same Villa and location !! Fantastic holiday. Just returned from a 10 day break in this fabulous villa. Location is perfect. Private gardens and pool overlooking open countryside. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Beach is only a 20-25min walk. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing quiet break with the family. In our party we had 3 generations consisting of 5 adults and 3 children. There was ample space for us all to enjoy the pool together without it feeling overcrowded and the villa itself is spacious and modern and kept very clean and tidy by the owner.

The villa is located down a quiet residential area. It’s very private with plenty of room for two families. The villa is very clean, generous sized rooms and several bathrooms. Outside, the grounds were well maintained and a lot of attention has been made to the landscaping. The pool itself is big and our kids were in there every day. We had the pool heated during the first week and opted to have it unheated during the second as the air temperature in July is very hot. Sandro was very accommodating and helpful to resolve some queries we had. Shops and beach are no more than 10-15 min walk.

The photos do not do this huge beautiful villa justice. It easily fit 6 adults and 2 children. It was clean, modern and the beds were comfortable. Great heated pool and any issues were resolved. Highly recommend!

The villa is great and much larger than expected. The master suite is huge and large showers in bathrooms lovely. You can walk to a couple of local restaurants and the beach but would advise a car to visit old town or main center of Albufeira. Any minor issues were sorted very quickly with host. The property was lovely and perfect for what we needed as 7 21 year olds. A 15 minute walk to the beach and shops and plenty of room for all. The pool is chilly when not heated but we didn’t feel the need for it

Our group, 4 kids and 4 adults, loved staying here! Beautiful home and garden which we could tell was well looked after. The location was perfect as we could walk to local shops, restaurants and the beach. Our host was amazing, attentive and quick to answer if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed as a family of 7, villa very spacious with a great pool, location perfect for supermarket and local bars and restaurants, also not far or expensive in taxis to Albufeira or Vilamoura. Great communication for Sandro before arrival and available during stay although never needed him as everything worked fine. Would book again.
