Great location at the lake, private parking and availability of swimming pool.

The floor was wet due to the temperature regulator in the house. It smelled unhealthy because of this. Also the bathroom was uncomfortable as the douche cabin door was broken and floor was wet because of this. Lot of mold in the kitchen above the floor and room smelled a bit like this as well.

There was a big problem with heating/cooling systems in the apartment which makes the floors always wet and cold This system need to be changed You can not have cold floors and dry at the same time The floor either has to be warm or just switch off the floor cooling system The bedding sheets doesn’t feel clean an it has weird smell I suggest to buy new bed sheets, blankets and towels every once and awhile

The views from the apartment were amazing and the complex was very peaceful. The apartment was spacious with modern, good quality fixtures and fittings and plenty of storage.

The towels were rather thin and worn and the bedding was pretty dismal. On each bed, instead of a top sheet there was just an empty duvet cover under a throw which would not have been laundered between guests. The parking is in an underground garage over the road. Whilst it is great that it is safe, it is very hard to manoeuvre in and out of (particularly if, like us, you need a larger rental car to fit 4 adults with 4 suitcases). The location of the property is not brilliant as there is really not much within walking distance and to get to anywhere (on foot or in the car) you have to go up a steep drive and out onto the very busy, dangerous coast road. The kitchen does not have a microwave which we would have found very useful when trying to cook simple snacks & meals.

Wonderful view of the lake from the house. This is exactly what we wanted .. very peaceful and relaxing.

The weather when we arrived at the Como lake was really miserable, but that does not detract anything from the apartment itself. It was really great. It's spacious with a very nice design and you will find everything you need in it. Two bathrooms come in handy and washer/dryer was of great help as well. Communication with the host was exceptional both before arrival and while we were already there. Irina gave us a lot of useful tips that we took advantage of. The highlight of this apartment is its location and especially a terrace directly overlooking the lake. It's splendid and in sunny days I'm sure one can enjoy a great lake panorama unfolding all around. There is also a swimming pool available but we did not manage to benefit from it. All in all a very nice time spend at Casa Polina.

The property was in a beautiful location. The large windows in the bedroom and living room provided a stunning view of the lake. The large balcony was very nice and well furnished. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and very clean. The living room was spacious.

The mattresses on the beds were very old, lumpy and poor quality which is disappointing for a property of this standard.

Location with views overlooking lake Como is perfect. Apartment has all facilities we required and Marco was very helpful. Parking in garage was convenient and secure.

The host was very responsive. Lovely modern flat with great balcony overlooking the lake. Use of shared pool. Private jetty. Nice neighbours. Everyone very friendly.

Garage very small and difficult to get the car into. Too sparsely equipped at start, but rectified by host. Couldn't get the air conditioning to work in the smaller bedroom. Access gate to the "private" jetty is left open so people outside the apartment block can get in and use it. These are minor problems though - overall the place is outstanding, though on the pricey side.
