The house just didn’t feel clean. Smelled bad and could have been better. Pictures

location was great, but pictures of property were not accurate, fence was broken the whole time even though property manager told us it would be fixed, piles of sand were under the carpet in the living room, beds were hard as a rock, overall the price was not worth it.

The house was well accommodating to our whole family. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Every one had a good time. The only downfall was the whole peninsula lost power for 2 nights we were there.

We booked a multigenerational family trip for Crystal Beach Changes in Latitude 2nd row unobstructed view beach house back in Dec with final payment due in April. Upon our arrival June 1, we found a 2-story house well under construction blocking the "unobstructed" ocean view. We would have appreciated a heads-up notice with the option to stay or cancel. In short, the online description was inaccurate, and we felt somewhat duped and disappointed. Otherwise, the accommodations were as described.

this home is perfect for a large group. no bunk beds here. a little disappointed there is a house being built in front of it, but we just delt with it.

Great property for our large family of adult children and our grandkids. Beach access was an easy walk and there was a lot of parking for our vehicles including the golf cart that we rented. Kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. The beach in that area was very clean. We all enjoyed our week!

We so enjoyed our week in this property. It met all of our needs. The house was equipped with everything you would need. The location was excellent. One of the guest was in a wheelchair. The lift and the downstairs bedroom made it perfect for him. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We go to the beach Friday-Sunday several times a year for mini reboots. The cabin was decorated beachy and comfortable! Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. The owners of this property cared about their guests stay. We were grateful we got it last minute!

Really enjoyed the property it had really everything we needed. I would suggest a new charcoal grill and updating the dryer since they were the only items that need to be replaced. Thanks for having us😁

Thank you for a wonderful house to have a small party for my Husband's family. My daughter graduated from college so we invited my Father-in-law, SIL, BIL, and my 2 adult nephews and family plus my 2 daughters for a small Reunion. With the "kids" being all adults now, finding a time with busy schedules to visit is hard. Your home provided that for us. The fact that we had a beach view was just the cherry on top. We could have a relaxing morning drinking coffee and listening to the surf. Everyone had great time. Thank you! We will be back!

This house was wonderful for us and our dogs. It's just steps to the beach and has great views. The house is exactly what the owners presented and Susanne was responsive in our communications.

We had a group of 8 adults and 2 children and had an awesome time! The house location and views are great! They also have a great stocked kitchen, bedrooms (lots of blankets) and plenty of games for all ages! Oh and the air conditioner works great!! If I had one piece of negative feedback it would simply be the beds seem a little old and weren’t super comfortable but not so uncomfortable we had any trouble sleeping! I would book this house again!

Great Location
My family of 11 had a wonderful time at our Beach House. The couple that own the home were in constant contact to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. There were plenty of beds to accomidate our large group. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. I highly recommend you try this VRBO if you want an Amazing family vacation.

House was less than clean. Washing Machine was so loud it kept everyone up at night.

Great place to stay.
The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. It has all the things that was listed on the website. The location is perfect. We are not right on the beach but we can see the beach pretty close from the balcony. There was an issue with the Wi-fi while we where there but Suzanne kept us updated on what is going on. She is very nice, pleasant and fast to respond. Our visit was short but enjoyed every minute of it.

Fun Family weekend!
The beach house was beautiful and spacious! We had plenty of room for our family of 8! It had everything we needed to cook, relax and games to enjoy! The outdoor shower had hot/cold water that made showering downstairs great! The owners were available for questions and very helpful! Location is the best! View of the beach from our balconies and a short walk that was easy for 5 and 6 yr old as well as grandparents in their 60’s! Hope to visit again!

Rented for Easter weekend Friday through Monday. House was in a great neighborhood and one road from the beach, great location.
Had one problem but owner came right over to make the repair.

Fantastic Changes in Latitudes
We went down to celebrate our 6 year old son's birthday. We had 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 17 to 3 years old. This house was perfect for the whole bunch. The owner texted with us directly and made everything easy. The house has a view of being right at the beach even though you are second row. They have plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the deck. A BBQ pit, shower for when you return from the beach and gated to keep the little ones in.
The beach access is super close and easy to walk or drive to. The house has everything you need for cooking, cleaning, etc. We would highly recommend this house and will probably rent it again in the future.

Beach View Beauty
This home is perfectly situated for a view of the beach and distant Galveston. The deck is filled with comfortable chairs and tables for enjoying the view. Inside decor is tasteful and clever. Ample beds make it perfect for families. Kitchen is well equipped. Owners delightful to work with.
