Nice house for a family, enough entertainment for everyone

Planned for ski weekend but when weather didn’t cooperate we had a fun weekend of karaoke, poker and ping pong. Pool table was there too but small table. Basement gameroom was great gathering space as well as the family room. Amenities met my expectations and feel worth the cost.

This property was very spacious, close to Camelback and Walmart. We loved the game room! Only thing we did not like was that we had to pay per garbage bag to dispose of our garbage and this was not told to us prior- we were just told to seperate plastic and paper.

This is a great property with lots of amenities for a family of all ages. It’s very clean and has everything you need for a long weekend or a family vacation in the Poconnos. It’s a quick 10 minute drive to the slopes, town and the lake. Albina was a great renter to work with, my family will rent with them again.

We signed up for 10 days and left 7 days The streaming service on tv was lack luster the house itself was lackluster

We enjoyed our stay. There were many sleeping options and lots to entertain us and our kids. We had an issue with the tv in the basement. It would only play video games so we watched a movie upstairs. Overall it was a great place to stay and convenient to Camelback.

Beautiful property stocked with everything that you need. You just walk in with your clothes and spend an amazing time at this property. We were 2 families including 4 kids who had an amazing weekend at this property. Clean house and accessible to all attractions near by. We will come back again!

This was the perfect home for my family and I. The home was big with plenty of things to do and it was near a pond where you could swim and bbq. Albina was very responsive anytime I had a questions. I would definitely recommend.

Really nice property with a lot to do. Could do with a refresh all round and the community facilities were not in a good state - you should check before buying passes.

House was perfect for our mini mid week vacation. The lake around the corner was great for my almost 4 year old and was basically private. Communication with owner was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this home. It is spacious and exactly as described in the advertisement and photos. The basement and outside seating options made for plenty of space for my family to not only enjoy time together but also have personal space when needed. The Smart TV made it easy for us to log into our favorite viewing accounts and we had fun with the Karaoke equipment provided. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and I especially appreciated sheets and towels being provided as well as the washer/dryer. Downsides: the lakes and pool are not really within walking distance if you have small children or elderly people in your group. Having to take the trash to the compactor on Thursday before 5 when our checkout was Friday, was very inconvenient. In spite of our best efforts to have as much trash removed on Thursday, we still had Thursday dinner trash as well as refrigerator clean-out trash that we had to drive home with. Overall, we had a very nice and relaxing stay at this home.

We loved it but septic system does need work.

Our recent stay at this home was fantastic! Everything was clean, neat and in place (I’m a bit OCD) which made our settling in easy and comfortable. The finished basement with all the games was the kids’ favorite spot next to the bunk beds. I did lots of cooking while we were there and the kitchen is well appointed with the items I needed. We did a little bit of entertaining with the dancers and parents from our dance studio, and it was a huge success! Making s’mores in the fire pit, plenty of tables and seats for eating some pizza and snacks. The layout of the house is great! The only struggle we had was finding where the garbage and recycling was located. But once we did find it, it was easy to get back to again. The lake/park access was close by and beautiful! The pool was very nice as well. On top of the amazing home, we really enjoyed watching deer frolick and nibble in the backyard, birds chirping, and owls hooting during the night. Very peaceful and relaxing. :) I highly recommend this property and owner! She was there to assist me with how to get the Apple TV to work as well as recommending a good local pizza place.

The house was very clean, spacious, and full of fun for the entire week. good amenities like karoake and apple TV. Albina was also very helpful and easy to contact when needed!

Did not expect the shower to contain open bars of soap, shampoo, etc. These were used. Told not to use the wall therostats for heat but to use the furnace. Nothing to tell you where the furnace was or how to use it. Told to take trash to a dumpster site. Drove 3 miles to the dumpster site to find out it would not be open the day we were to leave. My sister & brother in law had to take the trash home with them since we flew up from Fl. We were very disappointed with the site.

A very beautiful house ,nicely built on a slope which gives look & effect of staying in tree house. A house with all the facilities starting with well lit hall with Sofas, chairs, kids table & chairs with fire place ,tv ,karaoke system for music lovers& board games for free time play. Three bedrooms-2 bedrooms with double bed one with two bunk beds. All the beds nicely covered with clean fresh bedsheets,pillow and comforters. Two clean bathrooms with showers tub along with body wash, shampoo,conditioner, and all the accessories required. Provided abundantly. A nice Kitchen with fridge, cooking range, all the required kitchen utensils, plates, dishes, cups etc. sugar, salt ,rice , dining table with comfortable seating and other required things available. For laundry -washer dryer with liquid detergents. A surprise full furnish basement with double bed , sofa, so many toys for children, pool table, table tennis, tv for video game & play . Outside deck is big having chairs and umbrella table for breakfast with view of beautiful pink flowers . A gazebo with sofa chairs, rocking wooden swing, trampoline for jumping , swing and chairs with campfire place surrounded by green little forest. A lovely lively house , one must think of staying.
