Cozy cabin with privacy and beautiful view. Convenient to downtown in 15-20 minutes.

It was as advertised. and very well stocked. We will most definitely return.

Home was clean and looked like pictures.

The road up to the property was steep and a few sharp corners but realistically, no issues whatsoever. Saw reviews that GPS doesn’t work but we used the Waze app and it took us there with no issues and we all had signals the entire stay. Definitely a lot of pots and pans and dishes and knives in the kitchen. Wi-Fi and cable worked great. Hot tub was enjoyable and worked great. Just a couple things which could easily be changed was there was not enough toilet paper. Had read reviews and brought some. They only provided enough for a weekend stay. If staying longer or having a larger family stay, definitely not enough. The oven on the stove worked but the only buttons to set the temp was 1,4,7. Had to set temp at 411° to get oven to work. Only 1 piece of wood for the fire which if I recall they said it would be full. And only 1 washing machine soap. Since you have to wash the kitchen towels and placemats before you leave, you definitely need to bring some of your own if you intend to wash clothes or anything. These posted issues were minimal but easily to overcome. We drove to Bryson City and took the train one day. Only 30 min away. The next day we went to downtown Sylva and had lunch and enjoyed a little shopping. Only 12 min away. It was an enjoyable stay and we will definitely book again!

The property is up on the trees for sure and provides a beautiful view whether for sunrise or sunset. The home is comfortable and well appointed. Will gladly return whenever possible. Be sure to enjoy the local food and downtown area. Very quaint and great places to eat.

As advertised. Nice and quiet. Awesome view. Loved the hot tub which could be a better experience if the perimeter could be improved as far as the dirt and wood chips are concerned. The location is perfect for going in any direction. Would come again for sure

Beautiful property and location!

The cabin was amazing! We were able to enjoy the view of the mountains from just about everywhere in the cabin. Sundog Rentals made the whole experience easy and we really enjoyed our stay. I will choose Sundog Rentals again for my next stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here! The GPS kept taking me to another location, but the written out instructions provided by owners were easy to follow and lead me straight to where the cabin was at. I'd say that it was a nice drive over all, there's one bump that made our low cars hard to go over, but it didn't cause any damage. The cabin itself was beautiful and we had a great view! High recommend! We will definitely go back, thank you!

I brought my daughter, daughter-in-law and grandchildren to see the Luminaries and Lights in Dillsboro. I chose Treetop because of the central location and they had a hot tub. My granddaughter loves a hot tub. However, we were told a day before that the hot tub wasn’t working . I was very disappojnted. However, we had a great time snyway

We enjoyed our stay! Unfortunately the hot tub was broken when we arrived and maintenance was unable to fix it before our stay ended which was a bummer. Outside of that, the house was great and very accommodating!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything was great, and I will definitely be booking another stay in the future!

Loved everything about Tree Tops, from the location to the views to the well laid out, comfortable & cozy cabin. When we arrived we were unable to get internet access, and as always Sundog responded promptly and got us up and running in no time. Hope to be back next summer and look forward to working with Sundog again...

We were lucky enough to spend an extended stay here and loved every minute in this home. The kitchen is well appointed, wifi is fast, and the views are amazing! We’ll be back!

Paved access until last 1/2 mile. Great Deck and screen porch with view. Lower level is where fire pit and hot tub was. Plenty of chairs and easy access to hot tub. Relaxi g and about eight minute drive to downtown shopping, restaurants and breweries made this a perfect place for us. It was clean but when first got in there was a bad odor. Called and maintance person saic run hot water in disposal since it had been sitting and that fixed it pretty quick. Never smelt it again.

The cabin met all of our needs and then some. From the sunrise in the morning to the fire in the stove at night this was a great place to relax and unwind. It had plenty of pots, plans, plates, glasses, etc; even a robust spice cabinet. I so wish our visit was during the summer time so we could enjoy the outdoors better. There is plenty of hiking and unique food choices as well. This is a great place to stay.
