This property is absolutely spectacular. It is a perfect space for two or three couples. Pinch yourself views, amazing space, all the amenities including a well stocked kitchen, many gorgeous outdoor spaces to visit, relax, eat, and enjoy the breathtaking views and the magic of the olive groves. So conveniently located for biking, walking, the beaches, road trips! 15 mins to great groceries in Carovigno. This is one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed. The pictures DO NOT do it justice. Host very responsive and translator on site was wonderful. Worth every euro and then some!!!

Siamo rimasti esterefatti dal livello di pulizia, rifiniture, dotazioni e soprattutto dalla vista che questa villa ti permette di avere durante tutte le fasi della giornata. Grazie mille per averci assicurato una settimana di relax. Torneremo di sicuro, a presto.

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in diesem gemütlichen Ferienhaus mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (12+14 Jhr.) verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Selbst bei etwas schlechterem Wetter kann man hier mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer den Tag verbummeln. Schlüsselübergabe und Kontakt mit der Vermieterin haben wunderbar funktioniert. Obwohl wir relativ spät angereist sind wurden wir freundlich empfangen und zu später Stunde noch zu einem Restaurant in der Nähe geleitet, das war supernett. Einzig die Entsorgung des eigenen Mülls ist etwas umständlich, aber sobald man weiß wohin ist das auch machbar. Fazit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Although the road was a challenge after the heavy rains, and you do not mind live remote (although the village is only 7 min drive), the location is outstanding. A beautiful view over the olive trees to the sea. Serene quietness and a very well thought out outside table with a very welcome ever lasting breeze. One remark, 8 people in the house is a choice as there are 3 bedrooms, The master bedroom will have 4 sleeps then. Recommended

La villa est magnifique, le panorama à couper le souffle. Dans un environnement calme ,entourée d’oliviers centenaires ,une piscine miroir , vue sur la mer . Nous avons passés de très belles vacances , merci à Susanne et à Rosa pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous reviendrons c’est certain .

We recently left Villa Mondi after a wonderful week. The villa is private and isolated though convenient to any area of Puglia you wish to explore. For obvious reasons a car is needed. (would recommend at least a small SUV) The view from the Villa never stops at every level and the blue Adriatic is always in sight. The home is set up perfectly for two couples and each will have privacy but yet a a great shared space exists on the first floor. All amenities are in place and of high quality. The pool is beautiful but unfortunately not heated so we had little opportunity to enjoy it. Of course we are in the off season and the fall temps are in play. If pool time is a must you will need to come during summer months. Even so, sitting on the deck watching sunsets every evening more than made up for this. Susanne the owner and Rosa the on-site manager were very helpful and responded very timely. They were a great help in enjoying the area. As stated, the convenience to shopping, tourism, beaches, etc. was great. We were amazed at the sheer abundance of great restaurants and each meal was better than the last. Two minor suggestions: A microwave would be helpful and alternative TV channels. (Service was in German only but than again who goes to Italy to watch TV) I would highly recommend Villa Monti to anyone looking for a contemporary villa in a most convenient location.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is airy, modern and elegant with a wide and sweeping view of the coastline. We enjoyed just sitting on the comfortable seats on the shaded terrace and doing as little as possible, aside from swimming in the pool. It would've been helpful to have some information provided on the local area but Google helped out there. At the end of our week we wished we could stay for another.

We have stayed at many other holiday homes but Susanne’s is by far the best. The photos hardly do it justice. The view from every room is beautiful, sweeping views down to the sea. The villa is extremely comfortable and all furnishings are brand new. Generous towels and bed linens are provided. State of the art showers as well. We enjoyed lazy lunches on the terrace, enjoying the fantastic views. The pool are is lovely as well. A car is essential and enables you to explore the lovely villages and countryside. Great restaurants are on be found in Carovigno and Torre Santa Sabina, both ca 4km away. In short, we have already booked for 2019! Der Blick ist fantastisch zum Meer Auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter hat man in den großzügigen Räumen einen tollen Meerblick und fühlt sich sehr wohl. Selbst die sehr gut ausgestattete offene Küche hat Meerblick - dort lässt sich wirklich sehr angenehm kochen. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige km und das Wasser ist glasklar. Die Villa ist gut gelegen um diverse Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Alles ist brandneu und hochwertig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Auch ich bin mit großen Erwartungen in meinen Apulien-Urlaub gefahren. Was ich dort sehen und erleben durfte hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Ich durfte hier wundervolle 8 Tage verbringen und werde mit Sicherheit schnellstmöglich wieder kommen. Diese Villa ist traumhaft schön. Bis ins letzte Detail liebevoll gestaltet, absolut sauber und voll ausgestattet. In der näheren Umgebung findet man karibische Strände und tolle Städte, die man gesehen haben muss. Wer allerdings lieber die Ruhe genießen möchte, kann entweder am großen Infinity-Pool oder der Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer abschalten. Meinen herzlichen Dank geht hiermit auch an die Hauseigentümerin. Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise blieben bei mir keine Wünsche offen.

Beim Buchen dieser Ferienvilla waren unsere Erwartungen hoch. Und um es vorweg zu sagen: sie wurden von der Realität noch übertroffen: Erstens was die grandiose Lage dieser Ferienvilla anbelangt: ruhig inmitten der Olivenhaine mit Rundum-Meersicht. Zweitens auch, was die Ausstattung anbelangt: die Inneneinrichtung ist überaus geschmackvoll, modern, hell und gleichzeitig funktional. So stellt man sich modernes Wohnen vor. Alles ist-bis zu den kleinsten Details- liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Und um den Wohlfühlfaktor noch zu steigern ist auch eine dritte Komponente nicht zu vernachlässigen: die ausnehmend kompetente (auch mehrsprachige) und freundliche Hausbesitzerin und das sehr nette örtlichen Betreuer-Ehepaar (Sie spricht auch Englisch). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ! Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen: wir verlebten in dieser Ferienvilla einen Traumurlaub
