Wir waren zum 2. mal in diesem Hotel. Es war alles fast perfekt. hatten ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Zimmer bekommen. Alle Leute sehr freundlich, nur an der Bar am Abend waren nicht alle gleich motiviert und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber, könnten aber noch mehr mit Liebe gereinigt werden. Z B die Betten nur rasch gestreckt. Aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Die Lage an der Bergbahn ist genial; man kann vom Hotel aus direkt durchstarten.

Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig und einseitig. Auch das Restaurant hat mehr Fastfoodgerichte. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass es zu wenig Personal gibt. An der Bar wurde man einfach nicht bedient.

Modern und innovativ an perfekter Lage. Gutes Frühstück, komfortables und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer.

The Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating of our requests. The room was extremely comfy and had a great balcony with view to the mountain. Additionally, the Spa was incredibly relaxing. Even after checking out, the staff allowed us to store the ski gear in their room and use the Spa facilities after a long day of skiing. Truly customer centric. Will return!

The interior was great and the bed was very comfy.

The restaurant wasn't open on the first night, the menu was very limited and no other option but pizza for vegetarians. There was no room service and no minibar.

朝食のスタッフが親切。ロビーフロアにあるバーレストランで寿司を注文した際、寿司職人が日本人で苦手な食材を抜いて寿司を握ってくれてフレキシビリティがあってありがたかった。苦手な生魚があるので非常にありがたかった。

トイレとシャワーがガラス張りでカーテンを開けておくと外からも見えてしまう。

Kein Pool im Hotel. Zimmer- Preis ist obere Grenze .... Bedenklich finde ich, wenn mann an der Hotelbar die Pommes Chips bezahlen muss ... DAS geht gar nicht !!!!

The breakfast is great, the location is very convenient for all possible intents and purposes, the rooms are excellent, with wonderful bathrooms. The gym was excellent, I never used the sauna, but the facilities looked very welcoming.

Nothing to dislike. Note: there is no place in the rooms to prepare your own snacks, but there is a small fridge.

Very good location. The Wellness & Gym areas were lovely, so was the Bar/Lobby. Checkin staff was very friendly and helpful. Considering we visited during off-season, the choice at breakfast was excellent.
