Spacious, perfect location and great for family/ friend events. It is children friendly too

The beds were not as comfortable as we wanted. We also noted that the sinks were blocked and took time for water to drain out of the sinks.

Host was helpful in finding us a new stay when ours was cancelled. The house we were given was quite spacious and could accommodate all our guests.

We were told on the morning of the check in that our apartment was not going to be available as the apartment had some issues which left us quite frantic on how to move forward. The host then gave us another number to contact someone who assisted us with a few other properties which was helpful as they had a few options but unfortunately not of the same quality or location we would have hoped to have had from Lee's house.

Clean and spacious premises, easily accommodated a group of 14.

The tumble dryer was not working.

On first glance clean tidy house, off road parking and right next to bus route and takeaways. The takeaway let us park for an hour as nowhere else to park. Was a great base and big enough for us, was 2 families 4 adults 6 kids and everyone had own bed. Towels were provided and there was enough for everyone to have a towel although they could of been bigger.

When we first got there we couldn't park due to a neighbour parking over the drive, this put a stop on us going out and exploring, as we couldn't park anywhere else as we didnt want to get a ticket, the neighbour moved after an hour but didn't apologise or anything. There was no tea, coffee, sugar which I had messaged and asked but didn't get a reply. Front door needs replacing as very hard to get in, don't think it fits the frame properly or has dropped from the frame. Shower trays need replacing as many have mold and cracked. Heating was great in the bedrooms but rest of the house very cold. .

Spacious rooms and bathrooms with each bedroom . We stayed as 3 families for a wedding so rented entire house. Which severed its purpose well.

Lack of towels ..We only got 1 bath towel per person. No hand towels . No bath mats . Lighting in bathrooms poor as many bulbs not working . We saw rats in garden and front parking area several occasions. Parking is for 3 card ..slight sqeeze.

I liked the location, how big it is, the spacious rooms each with its private bathroom.

There were things that could be improved the towels are few and some were old in the garden there was a broken bed, there were many damages in the house I suppose caused by previous guests the walls need painting they are dirty and in the kitchen there was no toaster and only one pan in very poor condition

it was a nice stay… i booked this for the relatives coming from europe for my wedding. they enjoyed their stay a lot ane the owner of this property (Mr.Aron) is easy to communicate with…. recommended…🫡

wifi got stucked all the time but everything was so good

We booked this stay because of the fact it had individual ensuite bedrooms. This was convenient for us to get ready.

We could not get hold of the host to give us the key codes. the email he sent with the code was blank so we had no access to the property. We called and messaged several times but had no luck. One of the girls was stuck outside waiting for at least under an hour because he would not answer our call. It was by chance she happened to see someone trying get the attention of us at the door so she followed him back to the agents office. She explained how we were unable to get the code so they called the host - the host picked up straight away! We found this very rude, poor and unfair treatment for someone letting out their property. We also had 2 towels missing. They knew in advance we had 7 guests (though 9 at time of booking so he had this information months in advance) yet only provided 5 towels. I messaged the host to bring 2 more, but was completely ignored, not even a message to acknowledge the issue. Finally, I was advised the deposit will be refunded to my account the next day after check out. He processed this 3 days after check out and I'm still waiting for refund!!! It's been almost 3 weeks now. Unfortunately, I've been told it can take up to 30 days so finger crossed I get it back. I would look elsewhere to be honest because the stress is not worth it.

The location is perfect and has everything very local for what you need, easy acess into London as well 👌🏻

Lovely property - great size for the whole family, and love that there is an en suite attached to every room! Really easy to get to location wise, and lots of amenities nearby (shops / takeaways / barbers / nail salons etc), and Uxbridge Station was only a 15min drive away in peak traffic. We also really liked the driveway which fitted 2 cars on the drive, and 1 across, and also the back garden size, (we didn't use it, but can imagine it would be great in the Summer time for BBQs etc). The host was great - we had a pre check in conversation, and also spoke with him when we had a few queries. He was great to deal with - polite, professional, and provided very fast responses.

The property had plenty of beds and en suite bathrooms as well as a good kitchen and living room area. It also had a nice garden which allowed up to spend time outside as well. There was also good wifi.

I was no given a code for the lockbox prior to arrival, and had to message the hosts once I arrived to be given the code. They then proceeded to give me a phone number for another person involved with the property if I had any further issues during my stay. On the first night we discovered that one of the beds had bed bugs. This was hugely disappointing and due to this a couple of people had to get accommodation in a local hotel as that bed was out of action clearly. We have not been compensated for this at all. At the time I messaged the number of the 'house manager' which I had been given and my message was no even acknowledged, and no attempt to rectify this issue has been made which I think is very poor. The property in other areas was cheaply furnished and the 'sofa beds', did not come with any kind of bedding and was hardly usable as a bed, but we made do as sleeping bags had been brought in expectation of this issue. A number of the showers did not drain properly and we did not use them as we were worried about the issue of flooding. There are signs all around the property warning of damaging things and that they would keep your deposit which is very off putting and I think unnecessary. During our stay we also had 3 unknown males knock on our door at 3am waking us up and when I opened the door they looked very confused, and when questioned as to why they were here and what they were here for they mumbled and just strolled off, this was very unusual and made us question what this house may be used for when it is not booked out. Overall not a very good experience with areas for the hosts to improve on if they wish to continue to use this platform to book their property.

This place was amazing! It felt just like home… my siblings and I had a great time and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Illegal activity clearly goes on at this property as we had 4 different men knocking for drugs at various times through the night. There were rats in the garden. The property had lots of damage. It was not clean and smelt of stale cigarettes. We did not feel safe at all. The host was more concerned that we had woken him in the middle of the night rather than being apologetic that we had been woken by a man looking for him for drugs. I would strongly advise not staying at this property. It’s concerning that booking.com actually allow this property to be listed on their site. Have since complained and have basically been told there is nothing the host is willing to do to compensate. Taking it further with booking.com

Large, clean, comfortable room with well appointed en-suite. Very well equipped shared kitchen with everything you would need for a multi-night stay including fridge and freezer. There is even access to a garden. The host was kind enough to accept a late evening booking. Excellent value for money.
