I stayed with my brother and our wives, so 4 of us. Our host, Jennie, was so kind and super quick to answer any messages through vrbo. The place was clean and had just about anything you could want/need. The trail/staircase to get to the beach was even easier than I imagined. The hot tub was fabulous. Coffee was divine. Secluded private drive shared with only two other houses, yet close to groceries, and whatever else you might need. A++ for this location. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

This property is excellent! It's beautiful on the inside and the location makes it ideal. It's a very quiet neighborhood, so stay away if you want to have noisy parties, but if you're ready for a peaceful weekend with AMAZING walkability, book here. I traveled with a friend + their dogs and my child + their friend. Another big plus to this property is there is a bathroom with at least a shower for each bedroom. So great for a group of adults! What a treat not to have to share a bathroom with my teen ;) Host was responsive when I had questions about the lock on the private path to the beach. All good things to say, and I hope to be back again!

Our group of six very much enjoyed our stay at Cliff house. Lots of room for us all to be together or have time to ourselves. Great location close to the beach with private path, Nye Beach area was fun to walk around and had great restaurants close by. We look forward to coming back and appreciate the owners for letting us enjoy their wonderful home.

Great place for family get together fantastic property close to everything and easy beach access

We loved our stay at this property. It had plenty of space for the six of us and we were very comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach. Jeni was always very responsive to any questions we had, and was very quick to fix a problem we had with the Wi-Fi during our stay. Everything was great. Highly recommend this house.

Beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home equipped with everything we needed to have fun. Beds were very comfy with spacious bedrooms - every room had a bathroom & shower. The view from up stairs was lovely and there was a good view of the ocean even though the house has another house in front of it.

Honestly, this home was probably the best stocked home we have ever stayed in. I am used to having to bring most amenities but ended up hauling a number of things back home unopened (TP, Paper towels, seasonings, shampoo, etc). They might want to consider purchasing a crock pot for the home so when the weather is cool you can put a pot of soup, stew, beans, or whatever's your pleasure on to cook while you're out enjoying the beach. Communication with owner was easy and quick. Hot tub was delightful and needed to relax those sore muscles after pulling crab pots, reeling in Halibut, or just relaxing! Enjoy the Cliff House!

Felt like being a guest at a place with people who live there rather than the usual VRBO an investment-property-they-mostly-rent-out type setup. Very private. Easy access to the beach, the town and 101.

My family and I had the most wonderful, enchanting, and relaxing getaway at Cliff House! The house was beautifully decorated, with a kitchen that inspires you to cook and a living room that begs for family memories. The deck off the kitchen/living room has a great view of the ocean, and we all enjoyed drinking wine out there and taking in the sunset. The hot tub and garden area was STUNNING. I felt like I was at a spa, with a rainforest surrounding me. The six of us also loved the enchanting beach trail, and enjoyed the ‘Favorite Hike’ described in the manual ~ we stopped for lunch in Nye Beach along the way! We will all be back, no doubt. Thank you for creating such a beautiful sanctuary at the coast! Highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay, the house was clean and had everything we needed including close access to the beach. We had a lovely week staying in this great home! The communication was great and the house was exactly what we were looking for.

beautiful property and will located with private access to the beach. loved location and had great time. only complaint is consumable items. extra trash bags for bathroom only(only the original bag for the kitchen trash can); no dish cloth to dry dishes-just a single roll of paper towels. TP was short too...

The Cliff House was amazing, it was so clean and had everything you needed. Loved the decor, the beautiful view and path to the beach. The hot tub was nice after a of day sight seeing, restaurants and shopping were just a few miles away. The weather was beautiful while we were there, would love to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you could need on vacation was in the house. It was beautiful, clean, quiet, easy to find with direct walking access to the beach. We loved the art, the books, bathrooms in every bedroom, extra towels especially for the dog, comfortable beds. We walked the beach everyday. Newport has a plethora of interesting things to do. We appreciated the well organized notebook with local recommendations. We saw the lunar eclipse! My husband even saw whales breaching in the distance!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cliff House. It was very comfortable in the house for 4 adults. Loved the extras such as beach chairs, towels and bicycles. Hot tub was great! It is a great central location for exploring the coast. Highlights were seeing the Bald Eagles by our beach, whales at the lighthouse, great fresh seafood, Aquarium, Tillamook Cheese Factory, Proposal Rock and Ecola Park! Beautiful everywhere you look!

We spent a fabulous month at Cliff House. Everything was so perfectly organized, there were plenty of extras...the hot tub in the garden, the beautiful setting with the view from the deck, the quirky path to the beach, the coffee wall with Everything you could want, even enough cooking supplies, spices and basics in the pantry and fridge. We walked the beach every day and had happy hour on the deck. My daughter loved the path to the beach and went out several times at night to watch the sunset on the halfway bench. It was the perfect place to relax and branch out for wine tasting, breweries and yummy seafood. We hope to return. Jeni was a wonderful host, handling any issue and responding fast. And her front garden was glorious! Thank you Jeni!

The owner was great to work with. Expectations were made very clear. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Highlights were the beach access, a gracious and communicative host, and the easiest VRBO check out process ever. We will be back!

The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and there were toiletries. Excellent location to restaurants and attractions. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house with delightful decor. Private beach access. Plenty of space for five sisters and each bedroom had an adjoining bath! The location was great. We walked to breakfast in the Nye beach area and enjoyed the quaint shops. We found movies to watch on television and played games. It was an all around wonderful weekend.

Great ocean view, Master BR very large with full bath, 2nd BR also has full bath, comfortable beds, ALL chairs in LR very comfortable. (All of above on 1 floor) very tastefully decorated. Hope to stay again (basement has 3rd BR + bath)

It was not the most enjoyable experience, for the price paid we expected more. -I was very excited for the advertised complimentary coffee bar, but the coffee pot was disgusting and full of mold like it had been sitting untouched and uncleaned for months. I hope it was thrown out because that's a complete health hazard. -There was a giant rip in the bottom sheet on the king bed so either they did not clean the bedding between guests or they just didn't care and put a ripped sheet on anyway, either way it was uncomfortable and disappointing. -There isn't really an ocean view, the house is on a secondary lot and you have to look right over the deck of the neighbors to see a glimpse of the ocean. The neighbors were extremely nosey and would literally walk up to their glass door and watch us, it was so creepy. We ended up leaving the blinds closed the whole time so the neighbors couldn't watch us and we didn't even get to use the balcony on that side of the house because the neighbors would walk out and watch us every single time. -They keep dog food in the pantry in the kitchen so we couldn't put any food in that cupboard because everything in it reeked like dog food. -We were offered an earlier check in, but the house keeper was there until over an hour past the "early check in", we would have left later if we had known it wouldn't be ready in time. It was a beautiful home and so well decoarted and stocked, but we won't be staying again because of the reasons listed above. We did really really enjoy the hot tub and the secluded back patio, we spent most of our outside time on that side of the house.

We enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday with our grown kids and 1 year old granddaughter at this comfortable beach house. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, mixers, etc...we easily prepared a Thanksgiving feast. The beautiful beach is down a hill trail but we all did it with no problems. The house has lots of Windows and feels spacious and cozy at the same time. We had trouble with the audio on the tv and were only able to watch some things on YouTube but we weren't there to watch tv anyway so it didn't matter. Check in was easy and Jennie kept in touch, making sure we had no problems getting in. A wonderful beach getaway!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this neat house so much! We saw one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Located close to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the trail to the beach. The home had everything you need to enjoy your stay.
