This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we absolutely love it! It was a large family vacation with all ages represented. There was so much for everyone to do! The location on the river and across the street from the beach/ocean provided many options for the gang. some went to the beach. Some kayaked on the river or stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The ping pong table and putting green also were a source of great entertainment. This property has it all! Flying into Palm Beach International airport made it an easy commute. We cannot recommend this highly enough. You won't be disappointed if you stay here - especially if you are a large family looking for something for everyone!

Aquarius North is a fantastic rental home. The location is great with the river (and dock), the pool, and the beach right there. A major bonus is all the extras that come with the rental - outside there are kayaks, paddleboards, ping pong, putting green, bikes, pool and beach toys, and so many more. Inside the house was so well stocked with staples such as coffee and tea, condiments, many cooking and serving pieces, and also beach towels and toiletries. A bonus for us was the high chairs and pack and plays which are also provided! The service from Al Roberts and his staff is exceptional. We have stayed in several Beach House in Paradise properties, and have loved them all.

Every year we stay at a different BHIP property and we are never disappointed. Al and his team are the best hosts we have ever stayed with. Book this house or any other BHIP rental and know that everything you could possibly need is most likely included

This house is amazing. It was everything we wanted and more. From the comfortable beds to the huge refrigerators to the pool and dock to all the toys provided….it was just fantastic. Al was very responsive to all our questions. The welcome basket and little keepsakes throughout the house made the stay even more special. I HIGHLY recommend this property to any family.

This house and location was more than expected! Everything was perfect from cleanliness, supplies, location, and more! If we needed anything, or their was a problem, it was addressed and fixed within the hour! My entire family and their children had the most amazing stay and memories! Thank you!

For a family group of three generations , this was a simply ideal property. The equipment was terrific; the supply of basic staples generous. Just a really good spot for a beach/activity holiday for all ages. Above all else, the management support was of the highest order that we have ever come across. Any thoughts, requests etc. acted upon immediately and generously. very strongly recommend the property and the management team. many thanks

This is our second time staying in the house. Everything was wonderful as expected. The house is beyond stocked, clean, very minimal check out procedures. The pool and beach were so much fun for the kids. We had one minor issue with the pool/jacuzzi heating that was our own fault and Al had the problem fixed immediately. We had another fantastic visit and cannot recommend the property more.

We had a great stay at Aquarius, total of 17 of us with ages ranging from 8 months to 75 years old. Plenty of room for all. The property is great, with everything you could possibly need for a great beach vacation.

We had the best week in paradise! The house was big enough to accommodate all of us. So many fun things to do with all of the toys, pool, hot tub and beach. Getting the the beach was an easy walk, The sunsets were spectacular as well! It was nice to have family meals there and not have to go out all of the time. We are already trying to plan our next week in this house! The only negative would be the apartment area. It does have a smell to it, but we still used it.

Great home in a great location. Perfect family vacation. Really a nice design for big groups and well stocked for big groups. Our whole family really enjoyed our time at the home! Our low rating is not due to the home, amenities, location etc. Totally due to the communication of the property manager leading up to the rental and post rental. Very poor communication.

5 star across the board place to stay. Will visit in the future.

Everything was just perfect when we arrived for our family reunion. Between high chairs, baby gates, totes with all the baby needs, little souvenir gifts in so the rooms, etc, I could not have been more pleased with the welcome we received! Thank you!!

Al was great! Everything/anything we needed was there. We only left twice to go out to eat and once to shop and get souveniers. Will absolutely stay there on another Stuart, Florida trip

If you think this place is gonna be awesome, well you are right! We have absolutely ZERO complaints. Actually one complaint, the bar was set so high that we will never be able to stay at another property managed by anyone else! We had 4 families, all with children and everyone was so pleased! You seriously dont need to bring anything except food. They have an over abundance of coffee, espresso, paper plates, towels, TP, cups, plasticware, condiment packets, spices, beach towels, beach accessories, adult/kid games, crayons, toys, books, etc.... There was a Bday in our group, and there was a gift basket there, CMON! Are you serious!! We were literally blown away and cant wait for next time! Al Roberts was incredible with communication before, during, and after.....but we never needed him during. We never left the house in 4 days and never ran out of things to do. In fact, we had a list of a bunch of other things we wanted to do and didnt have time cause there was so much to do! Again.....blown away! Dont hesitate booking this property or probably any of the properties that Al and his team manages cause they won't last long. Thanks so much to Al, his team, and company. WOW....just WOW

Absolutely everything was available. We just bought food. Everything works well, very well stocked, clean, FUN and definitely meant for relaxation. Great communication with AL and check in/check out was easy. Everyone had a wonderful time all the time. Highly recommend. You will be delighted with everything - we were!

This rental offered a wonderful, trouble-free vacation. We were celebrating my parent's 50th anniversary, with nine family members. The house has perfect gathering areas both inside and outside. The sleeping quarters are extremely comfortable. The house is stocked with some many fun things for people of all ages. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed, including condiments. The house manager is awesome and made everything very easy for us. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Thanks!

My children, their spouses, and my grandchildren (17 in total) had a wonderful time at the Aquarius house in Stuart, FL. There was plenty of room for all of us. As it indicates, this house has everything you could want to entertain yourselves from paddle boards to kayaks to fishing equipment, ping pong and golf. You certainly don't have to leave the house to have fun. Other than groceries, the house was stocked with everything we needed. The week went so smoothly, we had no need to contact Al. I would love to go back!

Al and his whole team are A+. Had two small issues that were addressed in less than one hour. The house was amazing with everything you could think of and more. We had 13 people (7 kids ages 5-10) total with space to spare. Having the pool and river at our finger tips made everything so easy. The beach is a 1-minute walk with great access. We will be back!

The house was perfect for our family. Communication with Al the property manager was great, he was helpful and always responded quickly. Everything we needed was there plus more. We have never stayed in such a well stocked home with everything we needed for all the kids and adults to be happy with. The fishing equipment kept so many busy with good fishing right off the pier. If we had any issues, Al responded quickly and the issue was resolved with in hours. The cleaning crew found items we had left that were of value and Al shipped them back to us within days. A great place where our family made great memories

The best experience for vacationing we have ever had, and there was 15 people in our group. Always something for everyone to do, from the beach, to the fishing from the dock, to paddle boarding, to having fun in the pool and hot tub, and then on over to the ocean side. Everything we needed was right there waiting for us, just pack our clothes and come and enjoy!!!! The manager Al, was very easy pleasant to work with.

The property and the location are just amazing. Beautiful views and sunsets. The house is fully supplied with all you need inside and outside. Plenty of toys for children and adults. It had everything we needed so no need to go anywhere just grocery shopping which is a mile or so away. The house made it a perfect vacation.

Very well organized. Al is very communicative and made sure everything was top notch for our family Christmas gathering. They go above and beyond to make sure it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Will certainly stay with them again in the future.

The home was perfect for our group of 8 (4 couples). When they say the home is stocked with everything, they really aren't kidding. There is an endless supply of towels, paper products, coffee, and so much more. Lots of areas to relax and lounge while enjoying the view. Al, the property manager, was responsive for any question or concern we had, it never took longer than 30 mins for an answer. I would highly recommend booking this with friends or a large family. All you need to bring are clothes and a couple items for your fridge and you are all set.

We needed to get away but didn't want to travel far with our two year old and two dogs and this house was the perfect spot for a staycation for us. The location is ideal with options for beaches to the north and south and even better most are dog friendly. The property manager was very quick to respond to inquiries and made us feel very taken care of. The property was immaculate when we arrived and we appreciated not having cleaning chores like stripping beds or gathering up towels. We will definitely be booking a repeat staycation with this management company and would love to stay at this home again.

This was our second time staying here with family and friends. Hard to believe, but the property upgrades offered even more amenities. The house is so well equipped (they've thought of everything), that it actually feels like you're home. We bring our clothes and buy food. Everything else is here in this beautiful, clean property with amazing views. Al Roberts, the property manager is so helpful and responsive. He makes sure you don't have to worry about anything. Highly recommend if you want to truly be on vacation.

First, let me start by saying the property management/manager is on his game. Attentive, thorough, and quick to reply, we never had trouble having our concerns and issues resolved. Leading up to our stay, we were provided a ton of accurate information, and we're partly to blame for some of Aquarius's shortcomings. (I'm sure the property manager will be on here shortly to rebut my critiques!)Which leads me to: this is a 3-bedroom house, or maybe 4-bedrooms if I'm being generous and including the king bed in the studio apartment which doesn't have a window, and you have to keep the doors to the bathroom open all night for a few rays of natural light. In the studio, there's nowhere to hang clothes or towels (not even a hook!), and there's no dresser to put clothes away, so we were living out of our suitcase, which I don't like to do for a whole week. The studio smelled of an awful mix between cigarettes and Febreeze trash bags, and the couple who stayed there had to wash our clothes twice after coming back from Aquarius. One of the 'bedrooms' in the main house is actually a converted closet, again with no window, and you actually have to exit the bed at the foot because there's no room on either side of the bed to get out.There's no closet in the master bedroom, because they converted the closet to a 'bedroom' so my infant nephew was sleeping in the bathroom.Everyone says the house is 'well stocked' but in actuality, it's 'weirdly stocked' - a ton of mayo packets, hotel toiletries, and disposable (stryrofoam in 2021!!) plates and cups, but then not a SINGLE place to put pantry items, so we were storing our groceries on the dining room tables. There were no sizable glasses or cups for drinking water, so we actually purchased large reusable plastic cups, so we could drink water by the pool without having to refill twice an hour. There were maybe ~10 silverware forks in the house, which wasn't enough to get our large group through a dinner, so we had to use plastic which a) is terrible for the environment and b) terrible to eat steak with! "Bestpresso" pods not Nespresso!Aquarius is on a way busier road than we'd anticipated with no sidewalk and cars flying around corners, so it was a nerve wracking experience to take small children to the beach across the road, so we mostly opted to swim/recreate in the water by the house.All that said, the kids in our party had an absolute blast, and I understand this being a fantastic house for children.
