Very nice accommodation within walking distance to the city centre. Clean room, everything as in the photos. Possibility of private parking in front of the house included. Owner was very nice and attentive, very good breakfast served outside. Recommended.

The property is located conveniently close to old town, we walked with 2 kiddos. Parking is also available and a beautiful garden. The facilities were clean, well maintained and the host Walter was absolutely great in making sure everything was to our satisfaction. The breakfast was beyond our expectations with produce from local farms. Farm to table and really tasty! If one calls in advance, Walter can arrange to have a steak from the farm!

property in a nice building, parking is adjacent to the building very convenient. well kept and maintained room although on the second floor no elevator so carrying the big luggage up may be a bit hard. Walter the owner very friendly and responsive to our requests. he also showed us the drinking water fountain, the tea cabinet, etc. he allowed us to park the car for a few hours after checking out. Arrezo city center is an easy 10-12 min walk from property. breakfast was excellent!

It is located in a nice residential and quiet area of the city. Friendly, helpful host, easy check-in. Everything was new and bright clean. The common kitchen has coffee-machine (with coffee), teapot (with teabags), refrigerator, milk shaker, dishes. The room was large, comfy bed, good wifi, good sound insolation. The house has free private parking space for each room.

The breakfast was basic, and mostly sweets. To reach the historic center of the city you have to walk under the railways, near the station.

Everything - the host, Walter, was attentive, kind and helpful. Nothing was ever a bother and he was happy to help us with anything. He recommended a small restaurant near the accommodation and kindly helped us book a table and it was incredible - the best food we had in Arezzo. The centre of Arezzo is only a short walk away and you have everything in the vicinity. the room was clean and the bathroom was new and modern. there’s even aircon in the room which is rare in Tuscany. breakfast was delicious and we will definitely stay again when we’re next in the area.

Great place and fantastic owner! Very nice breakfast with fresh, local products. Really spacious, modern room, every thing you need is there. Super clean place, easy check in, parking place (on a small, dead end street by the building - there is a red pole - but you can take it out and enter comfortably, places are marked Casa Mirko) awsome restaurant recomendations from the host (afordable and delicious toscan food). Old town just minutes away. Recommend it 100%

The LOCATION: super near the center of Arezzo but also away from the busiest zones. The area is safe. The breakfast 😋 with bread, salami and cheese typical of Tuscany. And really delicious extra virgin Olive oil. The host: Mirko is very kind and very pleasant. And he recommended an amazing restaurant about 20 minutes away from the center. The room is clean, minimalist (which I love) but has all the things needed. I've been to Arezzo thrice. But this time, I really fell in love with the place. It was amazing.

I wish we could have stayed longer.

Morning noise from traffic

Lovely property with parking. Friendly host and great breakfast served in the garden. Property backs onto the park and is 10 minutes walk into the beautiful centre of Arezzo. Pleasant stay.

Everything was excellent

The noise from the clima was a little annoying

Walter the host was very attentive and went out of his way to greet us and insure that all of our needs and requests were met. The breakfast consisted of a sweet croissant and also a type of focaccia with tomato or zucchini which was delicious. Also coffee with refills. The place is close to the train station and also to the city center. Walter´s recommendations for a place to eat were also appreciated. He sent us to a small family run place that we wouldn´t have found by our self. The food was all home cooked and great value for the money. If we return to Arezzo we will try to stay at casa Mirko again.

Place that we got was very spacious and well equipped, perfect for family of 4. Location was very good to reach oldtown on foot and breakfast was also nice. Mirko is a great host!
