The most atmospheric spot in gulf highlands is around the big pool with the beautiful palm trees. It’s so tranquil in the evenings. The house is nice too. New plush carpet upstairs. Huge bedrooms with your own bathroom.

The townhome was spacious, conveniently located beside the main pool. Communication with Vacasa is terrible. Washing machine did not work and it took the entire week to find a solution.

Got there and everything was set and ready to go for us. The living room furniture was a little out dated but it was still quiet comfortable. The TV volume wouldn't go up so we kind of strained to hear some of the shows when we were relaxing at the end of the night. The deck umbrella had a broken arm but not a issue. Loved that the pool and a playground was right outside the back my 5 yr old stayed entertained the entire time when we were at the condo.

We absolutely loved staying here. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. Beds are very comfortable. Nice swimming pool within just a few steps from back patio. Beach access is maybe a 2-3 min walk. Highly recommend.

3. Huge house even for 6 people as advertised. We were a family of 4, and to our mind, we could easily share it with the same size family.
4. As we cooked all our meals ourselves, we were pleasantly surprised to find a wide variety of dinnerware, pots and pans, utensils. I took mine just in case, but I never used them. Also tons of towels in each bathroom!!
5. New carpet. And private washer/dryer!!
6. All attractions, dining and shopping are within 5-10 minutes drive.

Cons:
Though the place was overall pretty neat, there were really dusty spots (like table lamps, ceiling fans). My kids also found smb’s bra under their bed. And the shower curtain is not white anymore-I would replace it for a fresh one.
We also arrived earlier and spent time by the swimming pool. While there, we saw the maintenance team. There were 4 people, 2 young men and 2 girls. It took them 35 minutes to clean the house.

So, we were very satisfied with our stay at this place and we’ll definitely come here again. We also recommend it to our friends. And some are trying to book it for themselves. Thank you and be blessed!!

Great Location! We have stayed in several condos in Gulf Highlands and found this one to be great! Very conveniently located to the rear entrance for beach access, and the pool was right outside the back door. Appears that it was recently recarpeted up stairs. Plenty of kitchen utensils, new refrigerator with plenty of room. In walking distance to plenty of restaurants, and only a mile away from Pineapple Willy’s.

I chose this one because I have seen it before and loved it. Only thing I noticed was some of the rules from Gulf and Vacasa don’t exactly match. Couldn’t start laundry cause no soap. Non room etc. I worked at Gulf And was offered to come back so I wanted to stay and see the place and observe. But we loved the condo.

My wife and I have been coming to Panama City for years now and we've stayed within the Gulf Highlands property numerous times. This was our first time at a Vacase property and overall, it was a intensely okay experience. To preface, the communication, cleanliness, and location of the property is not, at all, poor or misleading in anyway. The check-in process was quickly and easily handled. As a matter of fact, it was one of the more simplified and easy handled check-in processes I've had coming to PCB. My only issue with this property was reserved for the second floor only. The upstairs portion of this property is severely dated, with some questionable furniture arrangements made and a few issues are present with the utilities. The master bedroom is not situated to be comfortably sat in. The only television is positioned on a small end table on the other side of the room from the bedroom, in a small extension that has two chairs. The chairs face the TV and the TV itself is facing parallel to the bed, so that it cannot be seen without either moving the TV itself around or shifting the table around to face the bed. Even then, only the person on the side furthest from the door will be able to see the TV due to the other person blocking their view. It's extremely strange and it is essentially like having a sitting room conjoined to the bedroom. Also, the master bathroom toilet ran after flushing and continued until I fixed it manually by taking the lid off of the tank and correcting it. The second bedroom features a walk in shower that cannot be used because the door doesn't properly seal itself shut and hangs slightly open. Also, the carpet on the stairs are stained and do not seem to have been cleaned in some time. But that was the only housekeeping issue I saw. Ultimately, these things didn't derail our stay in the slightest, but they are things I wish I had known before I chose this property to make me at least think twice or see what is available elsewhere within the community. It is certainly not the worst property in Panama City. It isn't even the worst property in Gulf Highlands as far as I know. But I do know there are BETTER properties out there that you can find.

Very nice place, clean and close to beach. Beautiful pool right outside the ground floor condo. Exactly as advertised and I would recommend it to anyone. When first driving into the property, it was difficult to find the condo (It is a huge complex!) Thanks for the great trip! My grandkids loved it also!

Very convenient location. Very nice amenities as well. I sent a review back to the management system that texted me on arrival about the main TV. We could not figure out how to use it (maybe print and laminate instructions?), and was wondering if it was even working, because we also noticed that it was almost too large for the table it was sitting on and when we turned the TV, there was a colored band across the screen. Also, we suggested leaving a broom/dust pan available to the visitors so they can keep the place cleaner during their stay. Overall, we had such a great time and absolutely loved it.

Much needed getaway and it was clean and homey

I chose this place because my mom lives in the same neighborhood. It was a nice place, however, the carpet needs to be replaced badly. Other than that, everything was perfect!

I loved how the apartment was literally walking distance from the beach. No one was loud and obnoxious. It’s equipped with everything you’ll need and more! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was just steps from the pool and playground (which my Grandson loved). I would highly recommend this property. With that being said...When we arrived I noticed a lack of towels. I didn't realize until I went to do some laundry the next day that there were wet towels in the washing machine. Needless to say, I had to spend some of my vacation washing, drying, and folding towels from the previous tenants. I'm sure that it was just an honest mistake made by housekeeping. I would love to give this property a 5/5 but because I had to do this I will have to give it a 4.5/5. Overall it was a wonderful trip.
