Price and quality stand together, the flat is in a quiet and well maintained neighbourhood. The AC’s were working great, the interior resembled cozy home. We loved the terrace, it’s so spacious and nicely decorated. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone for a short vacay 👍
The biggest challenge for us was the bed. It was quite uncomfortable - mattress has been worn out and duvet to sleep with is extra cheap and from synthetic material. We do hope that in the future it will be changed !

Very nice, cosy and clean apartment. Really nothing to improve. We stayed 3 days over new year and really enjoyed it. The only thing to know for those who wants to book it, it's quite far from the life, so get there with the car.

AMAZING!!! In the apartments you’ll find everything and even more you can need! Lidia was great host! Perfect location close to the beach, restaurants as well Marbella and Estepona old towns. Sad that we have spent there just few nights, but we definitely plan to stay here again!

Clean nice apartment - owner was very communicative. Aircon in the apartment is very good. The stretch of beach (15 minutes away) is very nice.
- There was a slight ant problem.
- The complex is on the less busy side of the road so have to walk quite far to the nearest crossing. There is a shop near by but is less stocked than the one over the road.
- The nearest beach isn't great as cliff has eroded and stairs to beach need repairing. Nicer stretch of coastline is a short walk away (15 minutes).

The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and beautifully decorated. Comfy bed, good shower, nice kitchen plus dishwasher! Great proximity to the pool and great location to get to every where! Really great will stay again!

We were looking for a quiet place to stay with our 1 year old and this couldnt be better!
It’s a wonderful apartment in a quiet and green urbanization in the Estepona/Marbella area, with a huge pool just a couple of steps from your door.
Perfect place to stay with a baby/toddler. Everything we needed was available (comfy baby bed and chair/well equipped kitchen/laundry machine/dishwasher/terrace and even Netflix). A really family friendly place.
Lidia was very responsive and the checkin with her husband Vincenzo went very smooth.
Highly recommended!
