We had a wonderful time and enjoyed Robin's beautiful home peacefully nestled in the big trees. While the weather was raging outside, we were warm, comfortable and safely tucked away in this cozy home, enjoying the warmth of the fire. Our first night we experienced a hard winter rainstorm that blew through the area, followed by a foot of fresh snow the next. We had a great stay with spectacular views of the forest and nature at its best. We highly recommend this home in the woods for a mountain retreat or ski weekend.

Robin was an amazing host, very informative and super easy to communicate with. The cabin was spacious but the fireplace and decor made it feel cozy. The views out of the main room into the giant trees was definitely a highlight!!! We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved staying here! Very well-appointed house with something for everyone - puzzles, books, toys, lots of cozy spots to just chill. The views were phenomenal - really did feel like we were in a tree-house. We hope to be back again!

Great central location to the local areas we typically visit - Bear Valley, Calaveras Big Trees, Downtown Murphy, Moaning Caverns. Robin's Nest is located in a quieter more secluded area which was nice and it was close to the entrance to the National Park. The property was very clean and spacious for our family of 4 to enjoy. We would definitely would return! Thanks Robin!!!

We used the property as a base for an extended work project. A great place of support us after long 12-hour days. Every amenity was available in working order to allow us to quickly rest and prepare for the next days work. Would recommend for any purpose.

Robin is a wonderful host and we enjoyed our time at Her lovely home. The accommodations were comfortable, deck, bbq, living space are all great! The house is stocked with all of the essentials. Being able to use the recreation areas is a huge plus. We can’t wait to return to BLS and Robin’s Nest.

We had lots of fun inside and surrounding the neighborhood was full of lovely helpful people. Everything was easy to get to. Although it rained my kids and I had an indoor pizza party. I was notified about service but there was no landline access my entire stay.

This home has stunning views of the trees all around you with large windows surrounding the living area. Normally with so many windows you may feel a lack of privacy, but not here- you are surrounded by trees, almost as if you’re in a treehouse. It is so peaceful and beautiful, we did not want to leave. I’m usually an early riser, but sleeping in the upstairs loft with views of the treetops, I wanted to stay in bed all day. The home is very comfortable with everything you may need. Next time I will bring the grandkids. The owner is easy to communicate with. There was a power outage while we were out, and Robin sent texts with estimated restoration.

I really liked the location of the rental located in a bright and sunny part of the community.. Sometimes some of these cabins can seem dark and cold especially in winter but this cabin is wonderfully located with adequate sunshine and shade. It is roomy and clean and with a nice open layout. It is fully loaded with everything you need and then some. I would highly recommend it for any family. The host was also very responsive and helpful in her instructions ect.

Well-appointed and very clean. Most comfortable beds we have found in a vacation rental. More spacious than can be seen in photos. A great stay.

Beautiful cabin nested in the hills of Arnold, surrounded by trees from 3 directions. You can see the trees from anywhere in the cabin. Living room & kitchen are especially surrounded by great views. Very relaxing and comfortable.

My kids and I had a great stay at Robin's! The kitchen was well stocked (great for hot chocolate after coming in from the snow), and the location was great (in a quiet part of a forested neighborhood). We had fresh snow on the day we arrived and had lots of fun throwing snowballs and making snow angels. TVs and Wifi meant we could stream movies, and there was plenty of space and comfy beds for us to crash at the end of the day. We'd love to stay again!

This is my second time staying at Robin’s cabin in Arnold and it was perfect for my family of 6! we loved being surrounded by the trees and being in a cozy, clean house. Great place to stay!
