The stay was excellent. Justin was extremely responsive and friendly. There were a couple of issues that he was willing to take care of immediately. The kitchen was probably the best most well appointed kitchen of the 15 to 20 VRBO proerties we have stayed at and were so appreciative of that. The location and access to the area was superb! The neighborhood was so quiet! It seems as though Justin has been busy making improvements and we caught him beteen projects that prevent me from giving 5 stars. I am sure these things will get resolved soon, but I want to be fair to Justin and his future guests. Justin has a great vision for the future. New LVP is in the whole house and the fridge is new. Awesome! There was evidence of some construction dust, the downstairs TV was missing, the bed in the master did not have a boxspring and was too low for my 6'2" frame. We also didn’t find the game system listed. We will definitely look for this property whennwe return to Vegas in a couple of years even with these experiences.

We had a great time, this house was perfect for what we needed. We had an issue with the shower and Justin responded right away and had the issue resolved very quickly!

Our host was great with responding quickly and the description of the house was accurate. Great location to stay at if you want to visit Vegas without the hustle and bustle of the strip. This property also has a good sized fenced in backyard that would be perfect for pets and children! Highly recommend

Anyone wanting to have a great place to stay in Vegas, stay with Justin! Awesome place, perfect for going to South Point to watch all the roping during the NFR!!

This is a split level home with parking in the garage and driveway and a very secure back yard. Street parking is pretty limited. Entry is up steps to the front door which opens to a landing. Up is kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living area with couch and TV, down is 1 bedroom, laundry room, bathroom and living area with couch, bed and extra fridge. The back yard is cinder block fence with grass and a BBQ, great area if you bring your dog. Gate is metal bars, a very small dog might be able to squeeze through. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. Beds are comfortable and neighborhood is quiet. We were there for 13 days which included 4th of July. We were in town to attend a horse show at South Point. It was super easy to get there and we could stay off busy Silverado Ranch Road by taking Pyle. Will definitely stay again.

Property was large and airy. The host, Justin, responded promptly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We had a couple of small issues but they were either cleared up or explained. Justin was a life saver as we had so many issues with our original booking that VRBO was slow to address. Justin allowed us to book at the last minute and saved the day.

Great house, newly renovated, with tons of space to spread out. Great location, convenient to everything. Shopping, grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minutes. Had a competition in Henderson and auditions in Vegas. Perfect location!!! Also, a 2 car garage with space for large cirque equipment.

House was perfect base location for celebrating nieces 50th bday. Our original plan was to fly out for celebration- but pet sitter was sick. Justin was able to accommodate us on short notice & even accommodated extra nights when snow storms prevented our planned departure. Very comfortable accommodations would recommend
