Well-taken care of, up-to-date, clean, small apartment with easy access to bike routes around Lake Annecy. We loved the convenience of having a well-equipped kitchen - very convenient, especially with a grocery store within a 5-10 minute walk. The balcony was our favorite feature. The owner had several brochures and pamphlets available and also made some great suggestions for both bike rental and dinners nearby. We easily found a parking spot in the lot or on the adjacent street.

There was quite a bit of coordination to set up a time to collect the keys and check-in, but the owner was very responsive and friendly. Shower was only hand-held and there was not a place to secure it at a taller height to take a shower without holding it. Glad we asked for extra towels. Just a caution if you're coming during the warmer months of the year - there is not air conditioning.

Nothing to dislike

Lovely property. Very practical, clean and cosy. And comfortable bed (important detail for those with a bad back!). Sandrine was also very nice.

The apartment was clean, with everything that needed - kitchen staff, bed linen... The location is great, quite neighborhood. Easy check in. Nice host.
