Great vacation

We enjoyed staying at Seychelles. The extra touches with decor, lounge chair on patio, hand soap, and cleaner was nice! Plenty of hangers, which was a huge plus for our family of 5. The host was PHENOMENAL with some issues that did arise and did everything in his power to correct issues. Being able to park on the 3rd floor and walk into the room was nice! Two elevators did stop working several times during our stay, but the steps were nearby for when working elevator was too crowded. And the elevator in parking deck was available when needed. Excellent view from balcony and loved having a door to the balcony in the master so we could go out in the mornings without waking the kids in the living room. Complimentary chairs for beach service is a great addition as well.

Beautiful sunset views,and ocean views on the nice sized balcony.Easy access from parking to rental.The unit is by the elevators,which could be very noisy, only downside. We had everything we needed,loved the walk-in shower,and Gerry was very polite and responsive to work with.

I was surprised how clean and spacious the condo was. The extra room was small but everything else was beyond expectations. Great view from the balcony of the beach and surrounding area. And the beds were a dream! Definitely booking this again. Also the manager was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed .

We brought our grandson to the beach on his spring break. He is 11 years old. We had a great week! We loved the condo. Being so close to the elevator only posed a problem on the Saturday night that we arrived. Noise from some type of maintenance which seemed to be directly over our unit on Sunday morning was very aggravating, but did not last too long. Gerry was very responsive to my concerns about these noise nuisances. The remainder of the week was peaceful and very enjoyable. We always enjoy our stays at Seychelles, and we liked this condo.

We loved our stay in this Condo. I was skeptical about the noise being right at the elevators on the main entry level however the previous reviews were on point. The quiet hours were observed and noise was minimal unless you were napping during the day. The mattress was comfortable and the unit had everything we needed, including a blender.

This condo was perfect for our group of three. 2 adults and 1 child. It is conveniently located right next to Schooners and we loved being able to simply go down 2 floors and out to the beach and could rent her skis or parasail. We had trouble finding parking in the garage on Thursday and Friday if we went out for the evening, but otherwise everything was great and we would 100% rent this unit again!

Great condo, clean and as expected!

We stayed the last week in May. The condo was clean and description of the condo was accurate. It was in a great location, walk right in from garage. Great view of the beach and the pools. Quiet after hours. Mostly everything that we needed was provided and stores and restaurants were close. Overall we had a great we and were very pleased with the condo. We will definitely be back! We have stayed at Seychelles several times and always enjoy it. This unit is exactly as shown and had everything we needed. Gerry was very easy to communicate with. The convenience of the 3rd floor was a bonus and elevator noise was not an issue as quiet hours were observed.

We had at fantastic time at Seychelle's #305. We thought being right by the elevator would be loud, but it turned out to be the perfect location for us! The view from the balcony was perfect - overlooking the pool and beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we need for our stay! The property & pool were kept well cleaned and maintained. Gerry was very helpful whenever we had questions! Beauiful condo!

Condo was everything advertised. Super clean, tastefully decorated with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Gerry was very communicative and helpful. The view of the Gulf is amazing and the beach literally steps away. The only thing to be aware of is the proximity to the elevator—it can be a little noisy at times. Not an issue for us though.

The property suited our needs for an extended getaway. It was clean, well maintained, and well equipped. We stayed for six weeks, preparing most of our meals in the kitchen (in light of the ongoing pandemic). Gerry facilitated our arrival and departure, and was quick to respond to our occasional questions. We would be happy to spend more time in this property.

Thank you for helping us in our stay....your condo was beautiful and your extra support you gave us ...when we had problems with another condo to transfer us into yours, was gracious and kind. This is not seen always when traveling but you made it personal and our week was enjoyed. Your condo had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Thank you

The stay was great. The only thing is the noise being right by the elevators. Some people don’t know how to use their inside voices. Haha

We have been going to Panama City Beach for close to 23 years now and have lots of memories at Seachelles. This unit was very nice and clean and had everything we needed.

Really enjoyed our stay, Condo was very nice and had easy access to it/ Pool and beach was great. Maintenance people were spraying and cleaning every morning. Would recommend staying there.

Wonderful condo with beautiful ocean view. Centrally located to many amenities. Parking was great with walk straight into condo from 3rd floor parking deck. Nice swimming pools with great ocean views.

The property was very ice, very well stocked. only thing was the rugs throughout were dirty and needed to be sent for cleaning. the property has no grills and that was a bummer. we love to grill at the beach. over all the condo was great.

Enjoyed our stay. Property manager was excellent to work with.
