We loved the place although you should let those looking to rent that it is next to the airport. The planes didn’t bother us but it may bother others. The cleanliness of the room was excellent but I did have a problem with the pool area. The pool and the surrounding area was not cleaned on a daily basis. There were iguana droppings there the entire stay. My granddaughter was cut by a piece of glass on the pool deck. Overall though we would definitely stay next time we are in the area. The location was perfect! We had a slight issue with one of the tv’s but the owner was quick to respond and the issue was resolved in 24hrs!

This property was wonderful. It was clean, completely stocked with everything you need and the owner was very quick to respond. The condo was near the airport and we would sit out in the morning to watch the planes take off and land. The planes do not fly in or out between 10pm and about 7am so staying next to the airport was not a problem. Would highly recommend this condo and the owner. We would definitely stay again.

I’d like to start by saying that Margaret is absolutely amazing and very very accommodating. The property is perfect with location, pool, convenience store even and upkeep. Margaret’s unit is very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. You’ve got a balcony with a cool view of the airport. We will definitely stay again.

Our party of 3 had a lovely stay. The condo has everything someone would need, comfy beds, a fun view of the planes landing and taking off at the airport, and a super sweet and accommodating host. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Ms. Margaret!

Good location. On the top of the island. But close enough to be anywhere in minutes

We enjoyed our stay in Key West . The apartment had everything we wished for . It was close to the beach and a short drive to the center

The condo is on the 4th (top) floor and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The sunrises and sunsets are lovely. The airport is very close but we really enjoyed watching the planes come in and out during the time we spent in the condo. Air traffic slowed down around 7pm and on one day only the earliest plane was heard around 5:30 am. We spent 3 nights here during Fantasy Fest. The condo is approximately 4.5 miles from Duval Street so you can easily take advantage of e-bikes or scooters to get back and forth. We chose to drive each day and parked in one of the local pay-to-park lots which can be quite pricey, but for us it was worth it. The kitchen is stocked with staples (dinnerware, pots and pans, etc.) The bathrooms had baskets of shampoos, conditioners and body washes and there was plenty of towels available. The condo’s grounds are well-kept and it was pretty quiet. We saw a few people walking around but never really crossed paths with anyone in the halls or in the parking lot. We didn’t visit the pool. All in all we had a pleasant visit. We felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Communication with Margaret was great, too. We appreciate you having this space available for us. Thank you!

Margaret is a great host that communicated quickly and effectively. The condo was very clean. The property felt very safe. If you are a planned spotter like me you'll love the vantage point of the airport. If I come back to Key West I'll book here again.

We didn't walk anywhere from this property, but everything is a short drive (or rent a golf cart). The beds were incredibly comfortable!! It could use a few updates, but overall, was perfect for our needs! We enjoyed watching the planes, and had a beautiful sunset on our last night.

Comfortable stay, right next to Key West airport. We enjoyed watching planes take off. Easy drive anywhere on the island. Would recommend.

I surprised my fiance and brought him down for his 40th! We had an awesome time..renting the golf cart was a must since this property isn't walking distance from duval but the cart made it fun. This property could use some updating but all we really did was sleep here so it was perfect for the 5 of us. I would stay here again 😁

A little dated, but the unit had adequate pots, pans, dinner ware, etc. to enjoy a meal in. The washer and dryer were a definite plus. There is a great sunset view from the balcony.

Throughly enjoyed. Unable to get TV in living room to work. The manager did come and try and was unable to get it to work, no one fixed it. We were able to get TV in bedroom to work. We enjoyed the natural preserve that we viewed, right next to it was the airport. While we enjoyed watching the planes others may not. Commercial flights stopped around 10 and private jets much quieter. Pool was heavenly, nice big size and wonderfully warm. Hot tub by pool very nice. Everyone very friendly.

The property is in an area that's convenient, not too close to all the noise, but close enough to Duval for those who know the area. But, it's old, not clean, needs updating, A LOT of cleaning, and it's not well maintained. They should remodel the whole unit, and while at it, give it a thorough and deep cleaning. Change the carpets, clean away all the dust, replace the shower knobs, replace the front door which is very hard to open. Maintenance/cleaning crew does not do a good job in this particular unit, I don't know about the rest.

Love that the place had elevators and a sofa bed. Highly recommend.

Great place to spend with family or friends. Plenty of room for everyone. Relaxing on patio watching planes and storms. Would definitely come back again.

My friend and I enjoyed the vrbo - the convenience of the beach, the quiet, the pool, cleanliness, etc. Thanks for the spices and amenities.I wish we had known about the airport being so close prior to renting. It wasn't bad but just wish full disclosure had been made.
