The apartment has an excellent location, close to the beach and the historic center of the city. It is comfortable and well equipped. The owner is an extremely nice and helpful person, she handled all our questions and requests immediately.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Marita was really nice, she speaks English well and she helped us with everything. The beach as well as the city center is very close.
The air conditioning in the living room could use some improvement as the device is quite old, but it wasn't a huge problem.

Very small point no bread knife or small sharp one

Great location just 1 minutes walk from the sea and 12 minutes to the old town. Plenty of space for a family. Bottle of wine and fruit in the fridge were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.
ACs seemed to struggle with the August heat.

Everything was great! the apartament, the location was amazing. But most of all we want to thank Marita for the hospitality. It was a wonderful trip!

The apartment was well decorated, spacious and clean with good sized bedrooms and very good air conditioning. Good sized balcony. Kitchen had all we needed. Host provided fruit and wine which was a nice touch.
The apartment block was quite rundown, and there was a taverna on the ground floor and one next door. Parking could be difficult at times.

The house is perfect. The host- Marita is the best host we have ever met so far using reservation via booking.com. Marita is very helpful and serve the help if you need it. She answers all questions via e-mail or SMS almost immediately.
The apartment is very well equipped ( kitchen, bathroom, bedroom etc ). Very Clean house ! Very good and speed Wi-Fi. Very nice terrace. The AC is perfect and works very well in each room what is very important during summer.
The location is very good - around coffees, pizzeria and many others. The beach is 200 m away, the market 50 m away, the bus stop to Airport 200 m away. The walk to beatiful Old Town or Maridaki port (form you can sail a boat e.g. to Lindos) is 12 minutes by foot. Thanks to courtesy of Marita we could check-in early and check-out later.
I highly recommend Marita and Melita Apartment.
