We loved our stay at Sea Shells Beach House. Location was great and the house comfortable. Communication with Fiona was clear and easy. Would definitely book again.

A very comfortable and functional holiday house with a lovely garden. An easy walk to the beach and local cafe. We headed to the Portarlington market on the Sunday and to Barwon Heads on the Monday; We took our two small dogs to the beach everyday, my 15 month dog enjoyed her first paddle in the ocean and frolicking on the beach.

Fiona's place was exactly as it said; a short walk to the beach and cafe with great coffee. The high chair, change mat and cutlery made it feel like a home away from home, and so much easier with our 10 month old. The fact our 12 year old Beaglier could join us made this place one of our favourites.

What a wonderful place to stay at! Great and quiet location, just walking distance to the beach, even for the oldies at 75+ and over. The houses had everything you needed, even more. Modern appliances, great Wifi, clean and beautiful inside and out. We will certainly be back. Thanks heaps for your hospitality, Fiona and Tim.

The property was perfect for our needs, especially a secure yard for our dog, and it was easy to spend 2 days there, and appreciated that there was no owner clutter inside. The dog did bark at a few people and dogs going past the gate. we were surprised that the OG pub would not allow dogs on leash in the quiet beer garden for dinner. Local beach is great. Was surprised that signage said dogs on leash for many metres either side on stairs, but this was not local practice , nor was it enforced. The property photos on line looked brighter/smarter than the property. But it was OK. Liked the deck. The bath mat was hanging in laundry, and was very wet. so we went and purchased a bath mat. should have brought our own. Enjoyed the ever present bird song.

The house had plenty of space and a perfect yard for the dog. a short walk to the beach and a short drive to some nice cafes, shops and the Barwon river.

I would happily recommend, we had a lovely stay. The house was as expected and the hot-tub was a big hit with the teenagers. Our 2 Labradors felt very at home & I felt very reassured with the secure and fully fenced front and back yards. The beach was just a short walk away making the location ideal.

Great house Private and good for a dog. It was also a good walking distance to the beach. The cafe opposite beach had very good coffee and lunches. You need to drive to main Ocean Grove shopping centre for food supplies.

Walking distance to the beach. Ocean Grove hotel and Dawn cafe. Perfect for families and those travelling with pets

My partner and l have stayed here quite a few times . The house is comfortable, with all that we need ,close to the beach the pub and best of all we can bring our dog . He loves ruining in the surf on the dog friendly beach . Can’t wait to return

Thanks again for a wonderful weekend. We love the location, especially as we have a dog, and the beach is walking distance. The house is very roomy And comfortable, and well equipped. The big yard is great too. We love being so close to the Dawn cafe,which is excellent, and the pub across the road. A great stay. Thanks.

Close to the beach, Ocean Grove Hotel just 50 meters up the road. A quick drive into the town, or you can walk. It was a great little spot, our fur babies loved the beach, and they had a secure backyard. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would go there again. If I had to say anything negative, it would be, it could of been handed over a little cleaner

We had a wonderful stay the property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to cafes and restaurants, and of course the beach. Will certainly will be staying there again. Thank you Fiona.

Everything we needed was a great place to stay to pend some time

The property is great second year we have stayed. Made suggestions to the owner on cleanliness was not as good as last year and a few other things that need to be addressed was obliging

We have stayed at this property several times now and have always had an enjoyable and relaxing time. In the past the property has always been very well presented but this time unfortunately cleanliness of the house was not great and the bed in the main bedroom was almost broken, It was just lucky only one person was sleeping in it .

Beautiful house located just a short beach from Ocean Grove’s pristine beach - and a short drive from the beachside villages of Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff. Lots of room and beautiful garden made for a nice relaxing holiday for all including our furry friend.

What a wonderful place, clean and tidy. Everything that we needed was there. The outdoor setting and bbq was a delight. Our 2 dogs also loved the backyard. Thankyou Fiona for letting us stay.

The property was within easy walking distance to the main Shops with close proximity to a cafe 300 meter away. Nice relaxing stay. Lounge was comfortable and kitchen clean.

My partner and I (and our Golden Retriever) had a lovely stay. Felt like a Home away from home - right near Ocean Beach - you could actually hear the Waves at night.. The Stars & Vibe of Surroundings were Special too.. ✨ This exceptionally Spacious & Homely Holiday House has everything provided, for a relaxing Holiday Getaway. The tranquil Gardens are fully Gated, with a Separately Gated Backyard for your Furry Friend/s.. So you can rest assured that your Doggo &/or Kiddo's will be safe! Affordable, Dog Friendly Accommodation can be hard to find so close to the Beautiful Bellarine Ocean Beaches... 😊 Everything was nearby; with a Magical Dog Friendly, Ocean Beach (which seemed to change every day, due to Tides & Light) an easy walk away... 'tis a Stunning Beach Location! Our Goldie loved sitting on the Back Porch, wandering around the Gardens & Walking down to the Beach. She's a Mature, Big Dog, but had no issues accessing Beach nearby. Plus, she happily used the Ramp & Steps to access the Front & Back Yard! My partner loved the Speedy Internet Connection, 'adult friendly' Swing Set (lol) & BBQ Area.. I loved the Spa, Heaters, Cooking in a lovely Kitchen, and watching Netflix/ Catch Up TV on the Smart TV's. Internet and Self Check in was Flawless.. Communication with Host Fiona was Excellent. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and happy.. We highly recommend this Holiday House, and hope to return again in the future. Thanks you, Fiona; We had the bestest Holiday... And, Woof from Bronte, our Golden Retriever 🐶.. 10/10...

Large easy going house, perfect for large groups. Safe back yard for the kids and medium to large dogs. Close waking distance to the dog beach. The perfect house for a relaxed no fuss holiday. We will be back.

Very spacious and clean rooms, and a walking distance to the beach! We will definitely book this place again when we go back to Ocean Grove.

Nice to be able to walk to the beach each day. Ate twice at the Ocean Grove Hotel which was a short walk away. House was roomy and had all the basics you need. Great that we could watch Netflix too. Our dogs were safe in the yard and our car secure in the carport. Would stay again. Thank you.
