Everything was exactly like it states in the add! VERY SAFE PLACE TO STAY! Room was clean as a whistle when we arrived. And any questions were answered promptly

Very communicative and informative. Would select the Signature towers over MGM hotel rooms any day.

We booked a 2 week stay at this property, while we are very familiar with Vegas, we had not stayed at the Signature property previously. The owner was very responsive when we reached out with questions. The room would be fine for a long weekend, but since there was no housekeeping service included in the cost, 2 weeks with the same linens and bath towels is a challenge. Luckily we found a 2 extra sheets in the closet and used them. Also there was no where on the floor to empty trash, the owners indicated there was an additional cost for trash removal. We took the full garbage bags down the elevator and disposed of it. Also when we checked in, the bathroom and toilet area had hair piled in a couple corners, not a welcoming sight.

Room was clean, owners were very informative with the check in/out process leading up to the check in date. Very impressed with the property and room!

This was our first time staying at The Signature Tower based at MGM. We were not disappointed in the slightest. Check in was extremely easy and the front desk staff very friendly. The suite was a great size and was clean and tidy with plenty of amenities to get us started. The walk into the MGM was under cover and took at maximum 10 minutes and then out on to the strip. We had communication with the hosts during our stay due to a flight issue and at one point they even discussed the possibility or altering the dates which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Communication prior to and at the end of the trip was concise and gave a good direction on what we had to do on arrival and on checkout. The hot tub bath is a great way to wind down after a long day. Hope to stay again soon.

We had a lovely time. The room was quiet and has a fun view of the strip. We had everything we needed and siak We ordered groceries and had the most relaxing time at the 21+ pool. Wear comfortable shoes!

My kids and I really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The close proximity to the Strip, and CVS and Walgreens for a few food items, made it very convenient. We will definitely try to stay here again if we return to Vegas in the future!

From check in to check out there was nothing we didn't love. The lounge in the lobby was a great place to wind down from the days adventures. Joe was in contact from reservation to check out. I would highly recommend his suite to anyone visiting Vegas. GREST STAY THANK YOU JOE! The Hollands

The room was immaculate and our hosts provided everything we needed to know. The pools and access to the strip was everything we wanted. Having a jetted tub was a wonderful luxury after long days of hiking and evenings walking the Strip. The bed was extremely comfortable we slept like babies. The location of the Signature Tower is perfect and the building is so well constructed that once the sliding glass door was shut you cannot hear any road noise whatsoever. We will definitely return!

Signature property is great. Conveniently located. Hosts communicated immediately via email prior to out stay, day of our stay, and checkout. The Signature property appears to give priority to guests that book directly through them. We arrived early to our 3:00 check-in and there was no wavering on their part with that time. It all worked out because the bell desk was very accommodating in holding our luggage so we could immediately begin our vacation.

The room was great and the hosts so easy to deal with. Highly responsive.

It was a nice room in a good location. The TUB is awesome. I recommend staying here.

The room and hotel were lovely. However on our first night we had smoke from the neighboring room pouring in to ours from marajauna use. My son and I have asthma. We reported this to the hotel FOUR times and nothing was done. In fact the problem got worse, so much so that we had to pack the door openings with toilet paper and the bottom of the door with towels. It’s sad because we had a tiring week of hiking in the mountains and our last 2 days in Vegas were to relax. The smell filled the entire corridor and was awful. I get that weed is legal in Vegas but we booked a non smoking non casino hotel for a reason. We won’t be returning.

We really did have a great time and Patty slept like a queen in this bed.

I surprised my husband for Christmas with a 6 night stay, and we both loved the place! Loved the location attached to MGM to all the restaurants, shows and casinos, and loved the space. Comfortable bed, and the kitchenette made it so nice for breakfast in. It was very spacious for a studio and fit all of our needs!

Once again the Signature Resorts did not disappoint. The room was immaculate and our hosts provided everything we needed to know. The pools and access to the strip was everything we wanted. We will definitely return!
