The house was well equipped and had a good floor plan. The louvered doors are a problem, no privacy snd sound carries. I would suggest lower wattage light bulbs to prevent glare and conserve energy. Great proximity to delnor Wiggins.

Wonderful, clean property in great location! Pool was warm and fun although small. We traveled with 5 couples. Two had to share a bathroom but having 4 bathrooms was wonderful and better than a lot of other properties. The kitchen was fully stocked and lots of beach chairs available. Only improvement needed is to put screened doors on the sliding doors for the bugs. We wanted more fresh air. Would definitely stay there again. We had a lovely time and the property managers were amazing and very quick to respond.

The pictures are nicer then actual. The towels were sub-par, not enough blankets and sheets when your paying this much money you should have extra items there. The pool heater did not work, they tried to fix it and got it working for about 1 day before it broke again. I would had expected a full refund on a pool heating charge since it didn’t heat for the week, but they prorated out the one day. It might be the policy, but the policy is not good, they should have refunded considering we only picked the house because it had a pool with a heater. It’s close to the beach and shopping. I would say again.

The thing that stands out the most is that it is very well appointed and was spotless. The management is really responsive. Great stay.

The Sorrento Beach House has been renovated and looks nothing like the video on your website. That said, it is very nice. There are now six bedrooms (including the cabana). Two of the upstairs rooms share a bath, all the others have their own. We were unable to use the spa because of inadequate internet signal. In general the internet was not good. Also, unfortunately a transformer behind the house blew midweek, hurting the pool pump system. Hopefully that will be fixed.

Contact was great in preparation and as we arrived at the property. Minor issues were corrected very quickly. House was great and there were a number of items in the garage we could use for the beach.

Location was excellent...place was super clean....and everything was in fantastic working order. Pool was small, but well maintained and great spot to cool off. Listing didn't mention it, but 5th bedroom is actually really private and has it's own entrance....very cool little wrinkle that I think they exaggerate! We had an excellent stay and will be back for sure.

Rented for a birthday weekend and very much enjoyed the house! Conveniently located near the state park which had parking with beach access.

Overall, I would say "pretty good." Great location, nice house, good amenities. Some negatives: - the upstairs bedroom is open to the living room, making it very noisy when anyone is in there. not sure why that makes any sense in a rental house - there was construction next door, which I realize was just the luck of the draw, but it got noisy at 8:00 AM and stayed pretty noisy until 5:00 - when we arrived, there were no paper towels, dish detergent, etc., so we went out and bought those supplies; the cleaning person returned in a few hours with those materials, so we felt like we wasted out money on those things; - light and fan not working in upstairs bathroom (bedroom overlooking LR) - several lights out in kitchen and in ceiling in LR - light at stove not working - sinks didn't hold water - outdoor grill not working (broken ignition switch) But we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. The house was generally OK. But lots of things are bad. In cabana bedroom is mold and dust mold on the wall in bathroom. We didn't have hot water there, too. In the house you could use only one shower or sink at the time cause it switching you on cold water. TV in master bedroom wasn't working. It main room it took us 30 minutes to put cables together. The contacts are bad.very hard to back up into main road.

This house was the perfect size for my family as my three boys are now adults with their significant others. The location was just one mile from the beach which is a nice walk. The attached pool is small, but was fine for just hanging out. There were a lot of switches that no longer do anything which was confusing, and we were never able to get the external ceiling fan to work, but we figured out the important light switches and were fine. Also we were constantly washing dishes as there were very few forks relative to the other silverware. All in all it worked for us. We were gone all day either at the beach or visiting relatives.

We came to celebrate my husbands 46th Birthday with our closet friends. We had an amazing time. The house was very spacious that accommodated us very well. We ate breakfast outside at the table it was a beautiful morning for it. The hot tube was worth it! It was easy to check in and out and the private quarters was a plus. The property was conveniently located not far from Publix, Coopers Hawk and the boat ramp. We will definitely recommend to others. Thank you, Keisha

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. The only real complaint I had was that the house was noisy with the louvered doors as bedroom doors. I think solid doors would have helped. Enjoyed the pool immensely but wish there had been some lounge chairs for additional comfort. Overall, enjoyable place to stay.

We loved the space of the house, but we had a few issues with pool heat, and smelling propane around the hot tub. When I emailed my issues I never heard back from anyone. We had issues with the side door, rats running around everywhere at night, and the fan in the guest room was not working well it was almost shaking off the ceiling.

Great location, convenient to Naples and Fort Myers.

I had read reviews on this property, and one in particular noted that the house was dark - lots of light bulbs burned out. I figured that would have been remedied, however, it was still missing a number of lights. We even purchased bulbs for over the stove to provide a little more light in the kitchen. The cabana bedroom / suite is a nice feature, but it really needed aired out and the floor wasn't clean. I purchased wet and dry swiffer to clean it before our weekend guests who were going to stay in there arrived. Overall though, it was a very nice and accommodating property and a very pleasant walk to the beach.

Overall had an amazing trip to this vacation rental. The house was exactly as advertised, very spacoious for our large group + pet. The home was clean and tidy, and getting in was a breeze. The location cannot be beat, and the staff was friendly. We will recommedn you to others!

We enjoyed our stay at the Sorrento Vacation Rental. The kitchen was well stocked and had anything we could need to cook and eat meals at home. The beds were very comfortable, you can tell the mattresses are newer. 4k TV in the living room was great. My mother liked the private cabana room, as she goes to bed earlier and was able to enjoy a little peace and quiet. The home is only a 15 minute walk directly to Vanderbilt Beach. Many restaurants and stores were within a 1 minute drive of the house. The staff was very helpful. We were able to get in 3 hours early for free. The home was very clean. You can tell they are professionals and not just some random people renting a house. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back next year.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Sorrento House! The house provided just the right amount of space for our group of ten adults. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools we needed to make wonderful dinners. Privacy was a bit of an issue since only two of the bedrooms provide real privacy. We knew that one of the rooms would sleep four adults and were prepared for that, but didn't realize that another bedroom is really more like a loft over the living room. This made it difficult for the couple who slept in that room to sleep while anyone else was awake. The pool was rather disappointing. It had a lot of debris in it when we arrived and was even smaller than it appears in the picture. The hot tub was proportionately small and when we arrived there was a hose in it from when the previous person had to fill it with more water. Each day we had to add water before using it. Whenever time the heater turned on it made a terrible smell. Finally, the lighting was poor. There were lightbulbs out all over the house and outside was not well lit. None of these were major issues. We were pleased overall with our stay and especially grateful that the property was so very clean and well supplied. We would return to this property.

The Sorrento Home provided our group of 10 with plenty of space. We never felt crowded. The home has a nice layout, especially for families with kids. The hot tub was a bonus and worth the extra charge. We could walk to the beach in under 15 minutes which was very helpful. We would recommend this home to any family looking for a professional company and rental.
