Denise put out extra touches - with marshmallows for the kids, firewood and ice cream. The house has everything you need when you’re holidaying with kids including a tonne of toys, balls, bats, books. It’s tranquil and also a short drive into town so pretty perfect if you ask me.

Wonderful peaceful location, everything
needed for a recharging break. Birds, the occasional kangaroo, short drive to town and sea but away from the bussle.

This was a great place to stay. Everything you needed was provided, all you need is your beach towels. Comfortable, clean, peaceful. Just a short drive out of Dunsborough, but close to everything. Highly recommend.

We had such an enjoyable stay - especially our 4 year old as there were lots of toys, Crayons, books etc. for her to play with.
A convenient location with everything that you could need nearby, but also peaceful and secluded with picturesque bush to look out onto.
Practical and comfortable lay out with everything we needed for a young family. We will definitely be back!

Winter break stay
We had a great stay at Panda’s Patch. It was the second time we visited as we really like the location and the comfort of the house. This time around we also enjoyed the fire pit. We will be back.

Convenient location and beautiful spot
A really nice guesthouse - comfortable, modern and stylishly decorated. The back verandah and lawn was a highlight for us. The kids loved playing sports on the grass and watching all the different birds in the bushland. Very well stocked kitchen and lots of nice little touches in general that made everything easy and relaxing. Loved our stay, thank you Denise and Sean!

Great Family Retreat
A great place to relax with the family. Close to all the major attractions down south and the kids were excited to be close to Simmos for an ice cream at the end of the day.

Girls Trip
We were very impressed Panda's Patch! The location of property was so close to Dunsborough town for any urgent supplies, wineries and restaurants, whilst still being hidden away. Quiet and relaxing spot in nature. Beds were comfy, smart TV allowed us to access apps for entertainment and property was well equipped with kitchen essentials.

A perfect stay
Panda's Patch was exactly what we were hoping for. Clean and cosy, fantastic location (there's a lovely walk around the firebreak that I'd highly recommend ... saw lots of roos) and so well stocked. We loved our visit and will definitely be back.

Pandas perfect little patch
Everything was well thought out and provided. Location was only 5 minutes from the town centre. The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

Quiet Get away
Just stayed for a weekend and was a perfect little get away.
2 bedroom studio apartment is all that was needed. BBQ and fire pit outside.
Fenced off grassed area so kids can play and plenty of toys/board games provided.
6 minute drive to city center so location is perfect.

Hide away within mins from the town.
Wonderful stay with friends. Beautiful home with everything you need. Sad it was raining and we couldn’t make use of the fire pit which looked fantastic. We will just have to come again.

Perfect family holiday pad
We had a wonderful three-night stay at Pandas Patch and wished we could have extended our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and decked out with all the extra supplies you need and games to keep the kids busy. The beds were super comfy too. Denise was a great host.

This place is unbelievable. It had everything you want in a place to stay (even toys for my 2 young daughters) and the location was unbeatable. We will definitely be back. Thanks Denise for being a perfect host and having the perfect house for guests to stay in.

Gorgeous Spot
The place was really clean, lovely decor, excellently stocked with fun things to do and the perfect size for our 2 children and ourselves. We loved seeing the sweet blue wrens in the garden each day and the kids even saw a kangaroo hop last the yard one morning. Denise was super helpful and lovely to communicate with too.

Nice but a bit disappointing
We were thinking we were getting a rural place but you are confined to your small yard and house. Kids can’t ride, scoot or explore anywhere.
No washing machine which was odd.
Owners place is almost within touching distance.
No curtains on the large window and sliding door which was also odd.
No proper oven.
Owner called me at 8:40 in morning when I was sleeping to ask something which was a bit annoying.
On the whole it is clean and cute but not worth the price.
