This was our first time to panama as a family so we were pretty excited & we were not let down. We loved it. The location was perfect. The condo was how it was portrayed in the listing. It was clean & updated. There were a few small things like a broken closet door or a broken window blind but im not picky, as long as it is clean, safe & close to the description, were happy. I would deffinatly recommend staying here especially if you plan on spending alot of time at the beach. It was beautiful.

The place was spacious and clean w/ breath taking views! We really loved the 2nd bedroom with 3 beds in it for our big kids! The tile made for easy vacuuming. The living room furniture was comfortable and the Roku tv’s great! The king bed was comfortable -we were thankful for the extra pillows! The pool areas were nice, security guards a bit overboard-couldn’t have an empty sippy cup by the edge for our 18month old, he took it back to our chair for me lol. H2O yummy!!! Couple of things that could improve in the unit- While clean, upon arrival paint was chipping off everywhere, the door to the washer/dryer couldn’t reattach to the track, ceiling light in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work and the lamp blew out before we left-dark lol The Kitchen had most things you’d need- cookware/dishes etc, but overall the place was the least stocked with ‘essentials’ which made for large grocery trips. As a big family we would have appreciated more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, Kleenex, paper towels, etc. The pantry was locked so we had to store everything on the counters. The elevator situation was bad- not just the wait times but no ac near or in them. The heat plus the wait times were a little much. Check-in was impossible to take 20 min to get your stuff to the room when you are spending most of that time waiting for the elevators. Also not being allowed to leave your car unattended while unloading your stuff was frustrating- our 13yr old had to sit in the car instead of helping my husband.

Mike was great. Thr room was great. The parking garage spots are too narrow.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, updated, and spacious. The kitchen was decked out with all appliances, plates and utensils. The master jacuuzi tub was a nice treat. The patio scared me at first being on the 18th floor but the view is beautiful. We had to put away the plastic tables as we have two small toddlers who kept wanting to stand to look. We just hid them in the bunk room. The resort itself is very nice but they definitely could use more elevators for the amount of condos/units. One day we stopped at every floor going down to the beach. Also if you get there right at check in time, the loading/unloading ramp is a madhouse. We just made sure to pack the car the night before to avoid any chaos. The pool area is super nice with perfect kid pool and infant pool. Bar is right next to the pool but beware they do not allow any drinks near the pool ...even can/plastic. Mike, the owner, was great with communication and seems he cares that you have a great stay! We had a great time overall and will be back when we stay in PCB!

We were first timers in PCB and loved our stay. The building amenities were awesome for the kids. The layout worked perfectly for us. At first glance we noticed some peeling paint, broken toilet paper holders, a overly noisey toilet, dingy bath rugs, no hot water in kitchen sink, no parking pass (grateful the cleaner tracked one down for us) but once we got settled and just enjoyed the beach, the pools and the views, we soon saw past all those things. It didn’t change how we felt about our stay. We still give this property a 5 rating as we will be cherishing our memories and would even rent the unit again. A perfect location and space for families. Sure you, too, would be happy here! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. God’s blessings to you!

Hassle free! The condo was perfect for us. We were there for a softball tournament, so we didn't get to enjoy the beach as much as we would like. The condo is as described and owner was very professional. I would stay again.

Overall, the unit itself was nice. It was clean, had the best view, and provided everything needed. The building was decent. Depending on which unit you are in the walk from the parking garage to your unit can feel like a hike in itself (definitely bring a wagon). When we first got there a elevator was down. So for the first weekend and into mid-week, we had to sometimes wait 30 or more minutes for the elevator. They finally fixed the elevator mid-week which made it easier for the rest of the trip. Overall, not a bad spot. Would stay again, but maybe on the 3rd floor next time lol.

My family of 5 came to town for a dance competition with the knowledge that two other families in our group had been scammed and had to quickly search for new lodging. We were a bit worried, but conversations with Mike seemed very legitimate. All I can say is, Wow! Mike uses no hyperbole or camera tricks to make his unit look better than it really is. In fact, my only worry about the condo when I booked it was the size of the bunk beds. The pictures made them look like little kid beds, but they are full length, normal twin beds and my nearly 6ft 13yo had no trouble. My only suggestion is to familiarize yourself right away with where everything is stored and know if there is anything in short supply. We were low on toilet paper but didn't notice early enough. We did have just enough to get through the week, but Mike didn't have time to get more for us. He likely would have if we'd noticed it earlier.

Was easier than staying in a hotel

We we’re staying at the property for my sons baseball World Series. Though we didn’t spend as much time at the condo it was perfect for our family! The condo was much nicer in person than the pictures with is normally the other way around! We had a lot of teammates staying at the same place & they all had issues with their condos, so we were so thankful for this property!

First time to PCB and this was a perfect property. A few minute drive from just about everything. Centrally located, great amenities, and very well maintained. View was fantastic and the furniture in excellent repair. Looking forward to booking again!

No complaints other than waiting on elevators. Tower 1 had 2 at each end which one was broke down for 4 days. Wait could last 20 minutes. Traffic from 3rd floor parking garage has high traffic waits were lengthy at that end also.

The condo itself was super clean and very nice! We were very comfortable! The only thing that I really could not stand was the elevator situation! There doesn’t seem to be enough elevators and they were so SLOW!! It was a huge chore getting bags and groceries to and from condo! Other than that the condo was awesome and the owners were also great! I definitely recommend!

The unit itself was clean and in a very great location, overlooking the gulf. The property has everything you could need (beach access, fitness center, pools, bar, etc) and private beach access. The beach rentals are cash only and the elevators are extremely delayed. We waited 20+ minutes at one point for an available elevator car. There are stairs, but nobody wants to haul their luggage up 18 flights. Mike was extremely helpful and fast to respond and I would absolutely stay at the Majestic again in the future.

Everything you need Great stay

This property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It is located directly on the beach and has three outdoor pools and two indoor. The owner was easily accessible and extremely friendly. We were able to park and go straight to our condo with no check-in necessary. Check-out was a breeze, just follow the few steps from the list.

The owner was very professional, responsive and customer service centric- loved the layout of the condo and the view from the 18th floor! I had a family of 5 and the condo was more than enough space. The master bed was comfortable but the bunk beds mattresses could use an upgrade. Loved that they had an umbrella and a few beach chairs so we wouldn’t have to rent them from the resort. One more umbrella would’ve been perfect. The padded patio furniture were very cozy and a nice added touch as we spent good time on the balcony enjoying people watching on the beach. The condo is perfect for the busy and active family. Has all the necessities you need to cook but you might would like a couch as opposed to a love seat and an over size chair if your a family that would like to relax and watch tv together. Very busy resort. Elevators were always going. May have to wait; but only a few times was it unbearable - It would’ve been nice if they had cool air for the elevators. For the price - definitely met the expectations for our family. Thank you Michael for having us as a guest!

Everything was very smooth with regard to the rental. The property was well kempt, and beds were really comfortable. They thought of everything from the fully stocked kitchen with all the plates, pots, pans, etc, to beach chairs and pool toys for the kids. Even the patio furniture was comfortable! My family would definitely use this rental again! Great experience!😊

This condo is spectacular!! It contains everything you need to live comfortably. Kitchen supplies, toiletry items, very large tv’s in the living room and both bedrooms, great air conditioning, and many many more. The bed in the master bedroom was amazing. Three twin beds in the second bedroom were comfortable and convenient. The living room furniture was easy to fall asleep on after a long, relaxing day at the beach or pool. And the 18 floor view! What can I say? It was breathtaking!!! The only issue (just trying hard to find something not perfect) was the pool space. For a complex so large, it would be nice to have larger pools (something along the lines of Shores of Panama). Lastly, Mike, the owner, is great to deal with. We thank him for all his help. Again, a fantastic vacation!!!

This property was amazing. Beautiful views (very accurate description in listing) the beach was beautiful and the pools were amazing. Communication with owner was very smooth and always answered within a timely manner. Gave us some suggestions for thing when we asked. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook many meals. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Thank you again
