Great place, clean, well decorated. Great location.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was extremely spacious and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Roland was a wonderful host as well! We will definitely consider staying here again!

We enjoyed our time staying in Lincoln with a few exceptions. I had to reach out to the owner to get the code for the front door the day before. At that time he explained that there was a minor issue with the central air and to call if we had an issue. When we arrived at unit the ac was off and we couldn’t get it on. I called the owner, who called me back about 15 minutes later and was told to use a kitchen spatula to give the fan on the outside box a push to jumpstart the fan. This was not as easy as it sounds and my husband ended up with a nice gash on his arm from the sheet metal. I’m sure we are not the first people to have to deal with this issue. This continued to be an issue for our entire stay whenever the ac went off. Would not recommend staying here. The owner did give us a partial credit. There were also large stains on the carpeting but it is a “pet friendly condo” so I will let that slide

We spent the week and had an absolutely amazing time! The condo was spacious, well equipped, and great for my family. Pool was great, both indoor and outdoor. We saw shooting stars from the back deck, and the location was perfect! Thanks for a great stay!

The property was clean and surprisingly spacious. Upper corner unit made for a nice private experience with beautiful views of the South Peak. Proximity to Pool/Clubhouse and Recreation area was a great add-on for the kids. Loved our stay and hope to return soon!

Great condo for our annual hiking trip of 6 adults + dogs. Beds were incredibly comfortable and leather couches were a great place to hang out after a long day. The indoor and outdoor pools are a very short walk away. We loved walking the dogs around the pond that is right next to the condo. Roland was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

The place is so nice! The owners are responsive and kind. It was spacious,clean, and accommodating in every way. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved our weekend stay at this three bedroom condo. It is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with 4 twin (bunk beds) are great for two families traveling together - and the beds are crazy comfortable (We all remarked on how great we slept). The owners were great with communicating with us - and provide lots of information on nearby activities and restaurants. We’re looking forward to staying here again.

Fantastic location, convenient to attractions and activities. The condo is spacious and comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The clubhouse is just steps away, which is a plus. Our host was helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Loved the stay!

We had a great, but short stay. Our kids (3 & 6) loved the toys and the pool! Nice and clean and comfy and Roland was very helpful.

The condo is very well equipped. We had everything we need in the kitchen. Roland was very easy to communicate with and we had a wonderful time!

We took our three girls up to visit Santa's Village but wanted to stay somewhere with more to do in between. This spot in Lincoln was absolutely perfect for our family of five- clean, plenty of space, and a full kitchen. Plus the place is right across from the pool, which was a huge bonus for my water-loving kids. Roland was a perfect host- communicative, friendly, and full of great recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again on our next White Mountains adventure!

Having stayed at Forest Ridge multiple times in the past, I have to say that this was our favorite rental! The location to the pool was perfect for our family, and enjoying the view of the mountains was our favorite way to end the nights! The layout of the condo was such that we could put the kids to bed without worrying that they would hear us conversing in the living room or on the deck out back. We’re already planning our stay for next year!

Roland was an outstanding host who very responsive to any inquiries. He provided lots of information about the area and made recommendations for almost every possible interest and hiking ability. The condo was homey, spotless and extremely well stocked. We loved sitting on the porch and cooked on the grill most nights. Our goldendoodle pup loved the pond and the opportunity to chase the ducks We hope to return in the near future

Condo was perfect and met all of our needs. Our dog enjoyed the long walks in the neighborhood. The condo was convenient to all the trails we wanted to explore. Roland was gracious enough to give us information and recommendations on what trails to hike. Would definitely stay again.

Roland was excellent to rent from, and made the rental process seamless. The unit was so clean and had everything needed for a week's stay. Our 13 y.o Doodle was right at home, and enjoyed the deck and pond for her morning stroll. Close to everything too. We will be back!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Roland’s condo in Lincoln. It’s officially become one of our favorite places to be. The condo has everything you’d need, the beds in the master and second bedroom were changed since we were there last and are even more comfortable. Being able to use the grill on the deck was great. The location of the condo with in the complex is very convenient, walking distance to the pool and the pond. Roland is super easy to correspond with. We can’t wait to visit again.

Perfect location to enjoy the White Mountains. Quiet condo, very clean. Kitchen well equipped as we cooked 6 of the days. Had a gas grill we used often. We had a wonderful time.

Despite the limited opportunities in the area, we had one of our best vacations yet! The condo fit 6 people (ages 13-adult) with room to spare. The pool was a nice end to each day and the deck a nice beginning to each morning. Roland was very communicative and provided a copious amount of details from entering the property to places to eat. Our nervous dog even settled in just like she was at home. We will definitely reach out next time we are heading to the Lincoln area!

The condo was very nice, clean, and exactly like the photos. The complex was quiet and peaceful. The close location to the pond was wonderful, Bear our dog, loved morning walks around the pond. The complex was close to the main road and many activities. The owner, Roland, was kind and very easy to communicate with. This was our first time in New Hampshire during the summer. It was beautiful!! We loved it and plan to return.

Our stay at this condo was awesome! We try to make it to NH every year and this was our first time staying at this place. It is now our favorite place to stay. It was spacious and felt very cozy. The scenery is very nice. There is a cute little pond across the lot and a mountain view from the back deck (go out there at night to see all the stars) It’s also close enough to hiking spots we frequent and the supermarket is right down the road. Roland was very accommodating and sent us a list of things we could do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!

My family and I loved this condo! The entire process is seamless, and hassle free. Roland the owner is fantastic to deal with and makes everything easy, we will def stay again!

Very clean. Easy communication with owner. Pool house and gym are a short walk. Quiet and private (except for some construction on nearby units). With restaurants, Loon Mountain and lots of nearby attractions. Very comfortable for six adults during our stay.

The owners were wonderful. The condo had everything we needed. The location is central to everything. We played tennis and swam on the property and then took day trips for hiking and exploring. We would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Lincoln. It had everything we needed and more including toys and games for our daughter for those times we just wanted to hang in. It’s close to all the big attractions. With in the complex the condo is close to the pools/club house and tennis courts. It was clean and smelled nice - we’ve stayed at other pet friendly rentals that had an animal smell when we opened the door. The air conditioner was a great amenity for a couple of the nights that were hot and humid. It was an overall wonderful experience and we hope to rent again.

Our stay in Lincoln was wonderful. Condo was everything it promised, plenty of space for our family of 5, comfy couches and beds, neat kitchen with pots and pans, etc. Lots of helpful information provided about area attractions as well- we loved spending time hiking in the White Mountains, at Clark's Trading Post and Whale's Tale Waterpark, and just swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools. Highly recommend!
