The villa is lovely, extremely comfortable and superbly located. It had everything we wanted and more, however the best thing was the family who own the villa and the taverna across the road. They made our holiday perfect with their friendly hospitality and generosity.

We were surprised that number of rooms were different to how booking.com described it. we did realise this after studying the pictures before going and luckily had people happy to share.

Eveything was perfect. We were 2 families of 4 people and all of us felt very comfortable. Indoor and outdoor spaces very carefully made.

.we had the best vacation ever. the host elftirha and her family were amazing the food was great and the villa was beautiful .we defiantly going to come back

Fabulous Villa in a lovely location near to Lake Kournas. The people who own the Villa have the adjacent Taverna and were very accommodating and friendly and a few times we ordered lunch and they brought it across to us! Any minor issues easily sorted. Fantastic outside space for eating and relaxation with large bbq and outside fridge. The heated pool with a childrens area was a bonus as we had a 2 year old with us. We had maid service 3 times during our stay keeping the Villa fresh and clean. The Villa was well stocked with all the essentials and more too. We really enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend it!

The Villa is perfect for 6 adults (we were 5 adults and a 2 year old) or families with children. 2 additional people could use the lounge settees as beds if required but the loft rooms in my opinion are only really suitable for children ideally 5 upwards due to low headroom and difficult staircases.

Very nice and comfortable villa. The kitchen is well equiped and on arrival the owner left soms basic things for us (milk, coffee, bread,...) We (4 adults and 3 children) enjoyed our stay. The pool area is clean and spacious. The location is perfect, near to the lake, the views are amazing, especially at sunset. Georgioupolis is very near with lovely taverna's, supermarkets and a beach. We also recommend Taverna Kavalos, opposite of the villa, where they serve traditional Greek food.

Me and my family just got back from this beautiful villa. The owner of the villa was extremely welcoming and did above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and make our time enjoyable. The villa is modern, well furnished and very clean. There is a beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool area. Thank you for your hospitality - we will definitely return back.
