The location is great for family vacation. Its in a gated community of 8 villas, very safe and quiet. There is a community pool and veranda to relax. Territory well maintained and clean. The villa itself is nice, clean and quiet comfortable for a family stay. Beds are comfortable, linen and towels provided were clean. Kitchen has all amenities to cook yourself. An access card to near by Reef hotel infrastructure (pools and beach) was a great bonus.

The open air BBQ facility was available only for the owners of the villas but not for the guests.

Host was always on hand to iron out any issues. Excellent customer service.

Family.of five means you getting in to The Reef Hotel to use their facilities becomes problematic and costly of you intend to go there every day.

Minerva is a great host, very helpful and always available! Place is also great, spacious and fully equipped. Solid internet connection on every floor which was very important for me since it was a work trip. Would definitely recommend it!

Nothing, everything was great

Comfortable and spacious villa for our family of four that includes two adult children. The grounds and shared pool for the condominium are attractive and well maintained. We enjoyed the location which is walkable to town and close to the beautiful Playacar beach. Minerva made sure that Vila Ikal was very clean upon our arrival and provided extra cleaning and household supplies available for our use. Minerva was exceptional in terms of her responsive communication with us and showed an obvious interest in making us happy with our stay at her property. All of us enjoyed our week long stay and recommend it to others.
