Very clean house, easy check in and out process, property had amble amenities

It was absolutely beautiful, everything you could possibly need is there , more than enough room for big family and the owner Julie is so easy to communicate with , we hope to be back in the future as we absolutely loved it , would recommend this place to everyone I know , perfect for family holidays 😊😊

This is by far one of the best holiday houses I’ve stayed in. Julie has thought of everything - cupboard is well stocked with everything you need. Activities for days. Would definitely book here again.

We were at Boathouse Toukley to celebrate my 70th birthday with our kids & grandkids (a party of 13). We can't really add much to all the other great reviews. The house, the outlook, the pantry, kayaks & canoes were all fantastic. We celebrated my birthday at the Beachcomber Resort (15 minute walk) which we all enjoyed. We used the barbie & had a sing a long around the pitfire. Thanks Julie & Peter for thinking of everything needs. Loved our stay.

Our entire family was impressed with the pretty location and amazing amenities of this property. The house had everything you needed from kitchen appliances, pantry essentials, children's entertainment, games, table tennis, fire pit, bbq, kayaks & paddle boards which we all thoroughly enjoyed! The home was also nearby many of the tourist attractions, beaches and restaurants of The Entrance. We had a wonderful time and thank you for creating such a cozy, thoughtful, well-equipped home for all your guests!

Julie & Peter's property has all you need and more to enjoy a lovely holiday in the central coast. Plenty of living and sleeping space for 10 adults. Personal access to the lake allowed us to have lots of fun on the kayak and paddle boards. Kitchen is so well stocked, has more than what you need! Managed to use the outdoor fire pit to toast some marshmallows. A very relaxing stay at this place!

The home was presented beautifully. Very clean and lots of modernised spaces. Well stocked kitchen and amazing entertainment supplies of games and water fun! Enjoyed sitting outside watching the family playing with kayaks and stand up boards. Close to shops and lovely beaches. Just a perfect family holiday. Host were excellent and easy to talk to. We had an absolute blast! Paddle boarding, Bath tub, So many leisure areas and so many beds! Beautiful view from every point. Walking distance to all things needed a pub, coles and cafes.

This House has a lots of of room perfect for a large family we had four married couples 3 married couples have their own bathroom and toilet the beds were extremely comfortable we did not wake up with broken backs We were so impressed on the cleaness of this house especially the kitchen everything was sparking this house has everything you need if going with large group the bbq area was perfect The fire pit to toast marshmallows was a hit with the kids and the kyaks were loved by all young and old What can I say you won't be disappointed with this one ! This house ticked all the boxes for our large family. we would love to come back Thanks Julie.

The house is spacious and in a great spot right on the water. It was great to have paddle boards and kayaks to use as well.

Had a wonderful time staying at this property with family and friends . The house is right on the water with fantastic views. It was very well equipped with everything you would need to have a pleasant stay. The host Julie was very welcoming and answered my questions. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful home.

We had a small (10) group of family and friends for a surprise 50th gathering for my husband’s 50th. Could not have booked a better house if we tried, everything we needed was at our fingertips. And the canoes and paddle boards were so much fun. Thank you Julie for allowing us to use your beautiful house, we can’t wait to rebook and come back again.

We had a boy's golf weekend and the property was well situated to get to the local golf courses. The Beachcomber Pub is within walking distance which was great to get a feed in the evening. The outdoor fire pit was great to sit around in the evening for a few beers and chat. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Very enjoy the stay

When we entered the house and saw the view, we knew we had chosen well. Added to this, we had a substantial amount of kitchen equipment, great pantry, little added comfort touches, a boat full with kayaks and paddle boards and plenty of ways to entertain the kids - it led us to believe it was going to be a great weekend. And it was was! Many thanks to the host who supplied lots of helpful advice.

We had a lovely weekend getaway with our extended family at the Toukley Boat House. The house has so many spaces to enjoy and nothing beats an evening firepit session overlooking the beautiful lake at sunset. Would love to stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay even though it rained throughout. Everything was available at the property and Julie was an excellent host. Adults and kids had fun a lot of fun!

We had such an amazing time at the Toukley boathouse. The house was a beautiful property that was clean and had such warm vibes the minute we stepped in. I especially loved that it had views of both the sunrise and sunset and then we were able to sit by the fire every night. I always love a place with good views. There was more than enough space to move around as we had 6 adults and 7 children. They were happily occupied in different little nooks with games and activities provided. The house had everything! The kitchen was fully equipped and to the detail too. From condiments to seasonings and even little breakfast spreads. You know the owner had put much thought and detail to make your stay most comfortable. We had really enjoyed being there and can’t wait to stay again. Can only imagine how much more fun they would have in summer. Julie was an amazing host and very understanding as well as fast response. Thanks again Julie we can’t wait to come back.

Honestly one of the best holiday houses we’ve stayed at. We had so much fun here!!! On arrival we were blown away by the gorgeous panoramic view of the lake from the enclosed balcony area. Just gorgeous. The house was so clean, comfortable beds made up with a bath towel and cute soap waiting on everyone’s beds. A portacot and toddler bed made up and even a little toddler table and chairs waiting for our little ones. The kitchen is big, spacious and clean and so well equipped with everything you need. We love to cook and found everything we needed, there have times in past holiday houses where we wished we had brought more from home but not here! We were a big family group and found plenty of space, upstairs and downstairs for everyone to really enjoy themselves. The kids entertained themselves with the games, toys, futsal table and ping pong table- so much fun!! The kayaks and paddle boards were the highlight of our weekend, with access to the lake right there in the backyard, we spent our days paddling around on the lake becoming friends with the resident pelican who came to visit every day. In the evenings, we cozied up around the campfire, kept warm by the thoughtful blankets set aside for the campfire, toasting marshmallows, sitting by the lake watching the beautiful sun set. We didn’t need to leave the house, it was so fun and relaxing all at the same time. Julie was lovely and easy to communicate with, a great host with so much thought and little details going into this holiday house, ensuring your guests have the best time- and we really did- thank you! We would definitely love to come back here one day! We all agreed that the only issue was that our holiday was too short ☺️.

A group of friends and I booked the boathouse for an annual team trip. I don’t think you could give the property/overall experience enough credit. The house was amazing - great condition, clean and had stunning views. There were so many forms of entertainment provided (table tennis, foosball table, kayaks, SUPs etc) that we never left the house! Thank you so much for the hospitality Julie. The team is very keen to come back again next year!

Julie's home was the perfect spot for a weekend away from the city with friends. Her home has exceptional views of the lake, with a range of local wildlife residents! I think this has to be one of the most well-equipped homes I've stayed in over the years - there's nothing you can't find in Julie's home. We absolutely loved using the kayaks and stand up paddleboards out on the calm lake and we made good use of the outdoor space with the bbq and firepit. The space was clean (despite some mild condensation on the floor due to the humidity/moisture levels being so close to the lake) and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Overall, it was a fantastic weekend stay and we were sad that it was so short but we would definitely choose to stay at Toukley Boathouse again.

No complaints with the property at all

Toukley Boathouse was everything we needed and so much more. The view was amazing and the house itself had everything you could think of to make a weekend away just wonderful. Bedding was very comfortable with a toddler bed for our grandson. Kayaks, coffee machine and seating by the lake took our stay to the next level. Julie was great to communicate with. Will definitely recommend a stay at the Toukley Boathouse.

Our second time staying at this place. Really enjoyed our stay and all of our friends that went with us had a great time as well. Will definitely come back in the future. Very recommended the place!

This is the best holiday house we have ever stayed. Magnificent views!! And there are much more than you saw on the photos. Our four teenage Boys had lots of fun with all the activities Julie provided. Fully equipped kitchen and bbq area that can easily prepare meals for families. Highly recommend and will defiantly go back again.
