Excellent experience from start to end of holiday weekend. Michael is an excellent host, very helpful. The house is extremely clean and feels like home. Highly recommended property,great views from the balcony. We will definitely visit again.

We loved our five night stay, the house was beautiful and felt like home. All modern luxuries, separate TV room for the kids and husband got to surf everyday with excellent surf and swim beaches across the road. We definitely plan to stay again soon.

Location, location & location with an immaculate property stocked to the max !

A wonderful experience for our son's wedding preparations, music throughout the house, sunny morning deck overlooking the ocean. It was a very homely and welcoming house with everything that we needed. The owner, Michael, met us at the house explaining all the electronic equipment and was very helpful. The welcoming package made us feel very special for this special weekend. We would not hesitate to recommend and will return one day.

What a Fantastic House and Location.Michael our host was most accommodating and helpful when we first arrived showing us everything this house has for us to use, and let me tell you this house has absolutely everything.Everything has been catered for including complimentary Bread, Milk and even a great bottle of Red. I cant recommend this place any higher, other than the 5 star rating and that we will be back to Casa El Punto very soon. Thankyou!!

Wonderful hosts who have thought of everything (beach gear, kitchen utensils and even kids toys). The location is perfect with a cafe a few minutes walk and the beach just across the street. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beach getaway.

We've stayed at this fabulous property twice - and that's a first! You'll return too when you experience the instant feeling of coming home as you step in the door. It doesn't feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a holiday HOME. Generous provisions, plenty of cookware (if you are so inclined), beach towels, bikes, boogie boards...and then there's the balcony. Sit back and watch the waves roll in, or walk across the road to the patrolled beach. We'll be back again.

Casa el Punto was our home away from home. All facilities were at our disposal. Lovely home very well appointed and very suitable for our family. We had a fabulous weekend,Michael explained all aspects of the house to us when we arrived and gave pointers for local eateries. Great views, close to beach and cycleway/walking path. Cofortable space with lots of extra little touches to make the stay memorable. Awesome music system as well :-) Thankyou for sharing your house with us.

The house had everything 4 couples could need and right across from the beach. Very comfortable beds and lots of,little extras to make our stay special. Would highly recommend.

A perfect house in an incredible location. All the comforts of home plus more! Comfy beds, fluffy towels, good coffee, all the electronics gadgets, wifi... absolute perfection!!! Loved sitting on the balcony with a wine watching the ocean in all directions. Amazing. Thank you Michael for thinking of everything and making our weekend away perfect!

We had two 5 night stays in 2 weeks with a mix of grandchildren and parents. The best holiday house,location and facilities. We made good use of the bikes and boards. Michael gave us a great welcome and we certainly plan to return. A great house and a great location!

Had the most amazing Weekend away with some family and friends. This house looks much better in person believe it or not. Absolutely stunning views and everything about the house especially the sound system was 5 star. Incredibly hospitable and friendly owners, who really went above and beyond what you would expect from literally anywhere else.

The house and the location were the perfect venue for a 6 night stay over Christmas for 6 adults and two children 6 and 4. There was plenty of space for everyone. You could regulate the temperature in different parts of the house. There was better equipment in the kitchen than most people would have at home. It was a pleasure to cook a turkey and have a baked dinner on Christmas Day. If the weather had been bad (which it wasn't) we would have found plenty to amuse ourselves. What a well kept secret Bulli is and it is so close to Sydney too!

The property lived up to its promise. Superb location with sweeping views of the coastline across the road from the beach. Thoughtfully fitted out with quality equipment and other inclusions making meal preparations and entertainment for children a pleasure. Personal reception at arrival and a tour of the house made us feel at home. A short stay of 3 days did not do justice for the place. Perhaps a bit picky but a Jack was missing from one pack of cards!

Beautiful property very close to the beach and some quality cafes. Michael and Janice went well and truly over and above to make the property feel like a holiday home rather than a holiday house, catered very well to our young family. Access to WiFi, Apple TV and a huge (huge!) music library was brilliant when the weather turned. Will certainly return. If we had to pick a small hesitation (really small and only applicable to very young families!), it would be that our young boys (1-5 yo) and their curiosity became a small challenge with the fantastic range of music instruments and ornaments throughout the property, but also that with property being on a blind corner opposite the Surf Club (busy on weekends), you needed to make sure you had your eye on those wondering feet when leaving the property.

Our family (5 adults and 2 small children) stayed at Casa el Punto over the Easter Weekend to attend a family wedding. It was one of our best holidays ever! Michael and Janice provided a wonderful base for our weekend. We can't believe how comfortable the house was and how many inclusions were provided to make it a truly 5 star stay. The food inclusions were excellent and we enjoyed all the comforts of home.. and more!! Thank you!!
