Excellent experience! So peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful scenery. The cabin is so cozy on the inside. We cannot wait to go back!

Everything about this property met my expectations. Seclusion, peace, wild life, fishing, and the people we interacted with were all friendly. Would definitely visit again!

Our stay was so pleasant and the property was beautiful! We enjoyed all the amenities of the Lily Pad such as the lake and the mountaintop view, and there was a lot to do nearby. BOC has a great website with lots of info. It was very helpful to have a stovetop and oven, as many cabins do not! There was no cell service, but the Wi-Fi worked well for everyday use. Connie was very nice to offer us farm-fresh eggs and beef from the livestock. The dogs on the property, Pearl and Leo, were so sweet with guests and visited us every morning. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back and stay here again!

Small cabin just right for 2 people. Very secluded and quiet but access to activities around the Buffalo River. Enjoyed sitting on front porch and fishing in the pond. Owner is very kind and dogs are sweet

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Connie was so very nice and very kind with letting us roam her land! The cabin was just perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the peacefulness and quiet of the farm! Leo and Pearl were super sweet! (Connie’s Pyrenees)

The Lily Pad was an excellent get away and base camp for all of our hiking adventures in AR for the weekend!!! Such a cozy and welcoming cabin The dogs were so sweet. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our Christmas stay at the Lily Pad. The pond was frozen over and there was still snow on the ground when we arrived and it made for pretty view. The dogs were super friendly. It was just a short drive down the mountain to Boxley Valley to see the elk. The cabin was cozy and warm even with the crazy below average temperatures. I would highly recommend the Lily Pad.

My husband and I really needed to get away and relax. Everything was perfect for us. The view was beautiful and loved the nightly check from the dogs. I'm already ready to go back.

The Lily Pad was an excellent escape from the daily grind. It was clean and homey. The farm dogs come and visit every morning to say hi. We really enjoyed waking up, drink coffee on the porch and then fishing in the farm pond right outside the front porch. We both caught bass and sun perch. The owners are kind and have assorted farm fresh produce to purchase and eat at the main house. This cabin is close to Lost Valley, Steel Creek and Kyle’s Landing. Which makes is great if you are going to float the famous Buffalo River. We will definitely be going back to the Lily Pad for another escape!

Lots of great hiking and waterfalls close by to go to. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate but we were still able to get a couple of hikes in and a little fishing, just not as much as we would have liked, maybe next time. We still had a great time though.

We were looking for a quiet getaway (preferably on a farm) to celebrate our anniversary, and the Clark family exceeded our expectations! The cabin had everything we needed, and we loved having access to the lake for fishing, Connie even brought us some worms she dug up for us to use as bait. We appreciated her company and hearing her family stories. The views were awe-inspiring. The fresh meat made the best steaks we’ve ever had, and the fresh eggs can’t be beat! We plan to go back and stay here again and hopefully bring some family with us!

Be ready to drive on a very remote rural road for your rustic senic cabin experience. Beautiful farm land with upclose personal views of farm animals.

I loved every minute of my stay. The cabin was clean. They left me wood for xmas! I didn't have a lighter and they were nice enough to bring me one from the main house. I would recommend this place to friends

My wife and I had a very relaxing and fun weekend. The cabin was very clean and well kept. We bought meat and eggs from the property owner (very tasty and cheaper than the grocery store) and went on a nice hike. Loved the hiking! My wife fell in love with the two very friendly dogs. I would definitely stay again!!

The cabin was great. Perfect for our family of 4. My 5 yr old.slept in an air mattress we brought and my son got the bed on main floor. Me and my husband slept in the loft. The host ran out of beef so we couldn't buy any of their farm raised beef and the laundry wasn't hooked up as advertised which was a little disappointing, but it was a great location for our day trips in the surrounding area. The pond was really nice and they provided kayaks to use. The stargazing was amazing.
