The property was easy to get to and roughly 7-10 minutes from the river! Very clean and rooms were so comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Great time, great home for kids. Our grandbabies are all 3 and under and we felt very safe letting them play in the backyard and enjoy the home and property. Lots of room to spread out and play. Great kitchen for gathering and spending time with everyone. We are coming back and bringing our dogs next time.

This house has been the locale for the second year in a row for my husband and his brothers and father. They do an annual trip together and this house is perfect!! Clean, spacious and has all the amenities!

The only thing missing in the house was a private butler! If you want a place to just get away, sit around a fire, or cook a gourmet meal, this is your spot. Accommodations were perfect, perfectly secluded, but close to town. We could not have been more pleased and have already started looking at dates for the house next year!!! 5 Stars!!!

Our daughter is a student at Texas State and we came down to visit her and all of us stayed at this property. It was wonderful. All of us felt very at home and had a great time.

Wanted a house for family to gather during a family wedding in the area- this was perfect- quiet, secluded, and spacious yet very close to lake, Gruene and New Braunsfel for food, entertainment, and shopping during down times around wedding activities.

The house is beautiful and very well appointed. It’s extremely convenient to Whitewater and the Horseshoe, and it’s just a short drive into town. It was clean and picturesque. We prepared large meals in the kitchen, the grill worked like a champ, and sleeping arrangements were plenty comfortable for four adult couples. I would definitely love to come back.

We rented this house because we wanted a great space to gather but also something that was close to the river. This definitely fulfilled both. Lots of fun, lots of memories made!!!

This was probably the best rental I have ever stayed at! The house is absolutely gorgeous! It's very spacious with plenty of room to accommodate the seven people who were in my group. They had plenty of supplies available for cooking our meals, which was very helpful. The backyard area was absolutely beautiful as well. I highly recommend this VRBO rental if you are planning on visiting Canyon Lake!

We booked the house to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The house was very nice and everything we had hoped for as far as getting away. The fire pit was nice out back to enjoy with a glass of wine. Highly recommend if you want to do a couples getaway or family getaway

We stayed here for a wedding with family. We had a wonderful time yet I wish we had a few more days. The house is beautiful with all the amenities needed. The outdoor area was spectacular. This house will not disappoint. Exactly like the pictures.

We had such a great time here! The house is beautiful and situated on a quite spot about 8 minyoes from Gruene. We met our family there for the weekend - there were 8 of us. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements. It is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen and outdoor kitchen were so nice- Our sons love to grill and when they saw the outdoor kitchen they ran to the grocery store and whipped up a fabulous meal before our concert. The view is just so peaceful. We met our grown children here for the weekend - to catch some music in Gruene and New Bransfels. Everyone wished we had another day to enjoy the property and next time we will be prepared to float the River! Great location and we will definitely want to rent again! Thanks for a great weekend!

Loved this house a lot, very close to the Guadalupe River if you want to go in the tubes, they had a good outdoor kitchen for grilling, and logs for fire pit. The house was clean and had scything you might need in the kitchen just if you come with family bring extra coffee. Only thing that made it perfect was the he grass needed cutting and since it was the weekend they didn't have know one available to go and cut it. Overall, we do recommend it everyone loved the house.

Our group really enjoyed the large areas of the home for gathering and eating. Much larger than we had expected. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was very spacious. Wished we could have enjoyed being on the deck and patio, but didn't get to because the weather was much cooler than expected. Highly recommend this rental.

This is a beautiful property and great location but the patio and outdoor surroundings were a bit un kept. Overall a great house! Will definitely be back.

I rented this home to celebrate my 34th birthday with family (ladies weekend- it was 6 of us in total). Not only did I want for us to have the opportunity to spend some time together, I also wanted the possibility of being sepeeate at times or social distancing if necessary. One reason, I was attracted to the area was because of its proximity to the San Marcos outlet mall. While the property was secluded and private it was a quick drive the wonderful shops and restaurants. I have the best birthday ever in this house. I will always cherish the shopping, the cooking, and the games we played.

The property was amazing and beautiful. The house was very spacious and had everything you needed for a relaxing getaway. Wish we could of stayed longer but will definitely stay here again in the future.

Spacious home. Provided ample space for our family. Minor issues like plugs in upstairs master bathroom did not work. Did locate the breaker box to flip tripped breaker. Low battery in upstairs smoke detector caused main control box downstairs next to bedroom to beep every few seconds, corrected by lowering the volume in Settings. Front yard grass/weeds were overgrown, not as manicured as it appears in the property photo. Large ant nest next to the sidewalk leading up to the main entrance. Killed a couple scorpions inside the house so we were careful not to walk barefoot. All in all our family had a very nice place to stay together to celebrate the wedding of one of our own.

We had a great experience here. Will definitely stay again next time and recommend this property.

We evacuated for Hurricane Laura and found ourselves safe and sound in this amazing home! Everything was beyond our expectations. The house is nestled in the Hill country but less than 20 minutes from the lake as well as restaurants and shopping. We will most definitely rent again!
