The pool was quite small but good for children. An extra parasol at the pool would have been good.

The view, pool and apartment were fabulous. It was very relaxing either siting on the terrace of by the pool looking at the wonderful view. The apartments were very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host was very helpful and welcoming treats were appreciated. There is a supermarket at the end of the road. The apartments are up a hill but the 20 walk from Cavtat centre kept us fit and taxis are available if needed. The location of Cavtat has plenty of restaurants with a local friendly feel. There are enjoyable walks around the mini headlands of Cavtat or just strolling by the harbours. Would definitely recommend.

Apartment was very clean as well as pool area. There was air condition in each room separately. View was AMAZING. Staff was super friendly and everything worked really well.

The accommodation is absolutely stunning, facilities were great and the beds were super comfy. Stanka was amazing and super amenable and helpful! the property has a restaurant on the harbour and we ate there everyday - the staff were incredible friendly& the food amazing !We had a 3 bed duplex apartment and a studio and both were great.

Great hospitality, clean and spacious apartment with free parking. Very nice pool with direct sea view. Walking distance to the restaurants and town center. We would definitely come back.

Excellent property. Have never had such beautiful views. Property owner met us and was always available for any questions that we had. Small unit outside apartment with useful things on it (towels, iron, extra loo rolls etc - really handy to have) Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable.

The hill back up from the town but you get used to it

Cavtat is a quiet sleepy cove town 20 km away from Dubrovnik and is the perfect starting point for day trips to Montenegro, Bosnia, Dubrovnik and the Croatian towns further north, such as Ston. It does not have the hassle of Dubrovnik. We were given the top floor 2-storey apartment with a large area of space in all rooms, huge bed, perfect balcony, kitchen etc. The sea view from the house is amazing. The parking area is within the yard. The hosts were perfect and there were some welcome fruit and sweets left for us. Chairs, seats, pillows, towels and linen are more than abundant.

Nothing major to dislike. Of course at closer look there are some unrepaired small traces of wear-and-tear on the balcony and in the garden, but these were trifles. The greenery on the slope from the house to the sea had been cut a few weeks ago and left to rot and dry on the slope, that was an ugly spot upon the perfect view to the sea. The hot water is coming slowly to the upper floor. The stairway from the lounge to the bedroom upstairs has no solid construction and each step makes a lot of noise, disturbing any sleeping person while another is trying to exit or enter the sleeping area. The restaurant options in Cavtat are limited, their prices are hugely inflated, but I would say the whole area shares this problem.

Although a bit of a walk from the main harbour and restaurants, because of its high position the view across the sea was magnificent. And the size of the balcony meant we could sit in comfort and enjoy it. Also, with 5 adults, having a toilet separate to the shower room is ideal.

The location was good, stunning views and a lovely walk down into the village, pleasant walking once you were at sea level around the coves and harbours. Corner shop 3 minutes away that sells everything you could need.

The photos were obviously taken when the property was new, the pool area was very unkempt, nobody even bothered to tidy up and the pool had green algae on the bottom, not an inviting area at all. The apartment we had "duplex" was good enough, but not worth the money and I was disappointed that I booked this property due to the amazing photographs

7 apartments only 3 parking spaces, dirty glasses, dirty plates, dirty cutlery, dirty dining table, chairs on the balcony full of hair, dirty all around the swimming pool (deck chair, fence) full of bird droppings, missing: wine glasses, strainer, dishcloth, broom and spatula. Irregularities: The refrigerator opens on the wrong side. The toaster blows out the fuse. The hob overheats and blocks. Bunk beds terrible (really difficult to climb on). Insufficient wide curtains in the bedroom. Too little space in the closets. You’ve 15% discount in their Restoran I said 3 times that I’m from residence delta but got no discount.

Parking is small and the wate in the shower takes a little to long to warm up.

The location was awesome, we were the only guests so it made everything easier.Szvv Our room , and the view was spectacular. The pool was super clean and the water was a perfect temperature. I would definitely like to come back in the near future.

The host was amazing, our flight arrived late Saturday evening and she made sure that we were collected from the airport and that somebody met us at the property to pass us the keys and show us around the apartment. The apartment was clean and modern in style. Cavtat was amazing a truely beautiful village, there were some lovely restaurants on the harbour but our favourite meal was at a restaurant called Dalmatin which we received 10% off the bill because we were staying at the Delta.

It’s not that we didn’t like it but it was quiet a steep walk from the apartment to the harbour. We have three young children and they didn’t moan too much about the walk and we used it to burn off the ice cream.
